Many of you raw is law people think that because a food is raw it’s “healthy” for you? I find it funny that people ware this superiority blanket because they are eating “all raw” and all cooked food is evil! Lol! It’s true humans and all species are designed to eat their foods raw in their natural state. But at the end of the day if cooked food is unnatural for humans then so is raw food. Don’t take me out of context you silly person! What I mean is not all raw food is designed for humans, just like cooking food is not designed for us ether, it’s survival food. Humans are fruigivores designed for fruits. It makes sense digestive wise, and our physiology is designed for a diet of fruits, berries and melons.
If you’re against cooking food, and go on your superior rants about raw food, then you need to understand that raw foods apart from fruit is unnatural as well just like cooking your food is in my opinion, and here is why. For one the body will still have negative reactions to any food it’s not designed for wether it’s raw or cooked, because it’s simply not designed for it.
Cooking creates combustion and can create Acrylamides and carcinogen compounds and also damage nutrition and enzymes this is true, and raw food has the advantage on that, however who cares because you’re still eating food you’re not designed to eat, just like cooked food is “unnatural”
humans are designed for carbon rich foods, that being simple sugars found in fruits. Raw foods that are lipid rich are not designed for us, and nuts and seeds just like cooked contain phytic acids, and enzyme inhibitors, and anti nutrients just like many vegetables as well, which makes them unnatural, and a compromise to your health at a certain level, so think before you go on your raw is law tangent, because if you’re not just eating tree ripen fruit then you’re on an “unnatural” diet, so slow your role when you talk down on those who eat some cooked food thinking you’re above them.
Most everything we do is unnatural in today’s world. Even your all fruit diet is unnatural because it can be hybrid, GMO and picked and eaten unripe. We need to think properly before we open or mouths and judge others for doing something “unnatural”
There are cases of people that have reversed a lot of health problems on mainly cooked plant foods, and also there are people that have reversed illnesses on high fat and greens all raw, and ate zero fruit. The fact the remains here is cooked food and tons of raw foods that people eat wether they are “unnatural” or not still can serve a positive purpose, and they are and have.
What irks me are the arrogant raw foodists and even the vegan “cooked foodists” lol judging people and coming off all superior, thinking they are so smart when they are missing a lot of rational information to the “logic” they hold onto.
If you’re eating an all fruit diet then you’re the closest to doing things natural when it comes to what you eat, because you are biologically designed, and created to eat just fruit as far as my research goes, and what science and common sense tells us about fruit and the human physiology.
But even you all fruiters are still not on a natural diet if you’re eating store bought shipped picked unripe fruit, and hybrid fruits, but who cares, you don’t have to do things perfectly natural to heal, and find your peace in this life. The world is unnatural, and all the foods are unnatural in today’s world.
Cooking food is unnatural, and so is eating foods you’re not biologically adapted to that are raw, so stop judging each other about food, and acting better then someone who eats some cooked food, or who only eats raw food.
What I think is important living in this unnatural world is to just do your best to consume fruit, and make fruit the bulk of your daily calories you personally need. I don’t care if you eat foods cooked or if you eat raw foods you’re not designed for which are vegetables and nuts and seeds, just find your personal balance with what you eat, and one thing to be true, is that fruit and herbs 100% raw is vital for healing and regenerating chronic systemic acidosis conditions in the body. For daily living not bound to serious health problems, who cares if you eat some cooked food, or even raw foods you’re not biologically adapted to, because nobody is on a “natural” diet anyways even if they think they are.
If you’re going to adopt the logic of natural eating then you should be eating only fruit if you want to eat the most natural in today’s world, because humans species specific diet consist of fruits, berries and melons.
I personally think that a cooked Whole Foods plant based diet without overt fats, salt and sugar even though it’s cooked is more natural then a high fat raw food diet, because humans are carbon fueled species and need sugar for ATP and cellular activity and regeneration. Cooked veggies will clean you out better then nuts and seeds and avocados, and also it’s a fact that cooked vegetables digest better then raw vegetables because the cellulose fibers are indigestible, and at least cooked they are broken down enough to digest them better.
I’m not on an all fruit diet myself anymore, and I also don’t eat an all “natural” diet, and nobody does! So stop acting better then others just because you’re 100% raw, 100% fruit, or 100% cooked whole plant based vegan, because none of you are perfectly healthy, let alone consume a perfectly healthy diet, but just know that 100% raw is not natural and “healthy” unless it’s a diet of eating tree ripen fruits, berries and melons.
You can still become healthy If you get your kidneys filtering, and avoid acidic foods, and make fruit the bulk of your calories and fast more, because there is only so much “health” you can achieve with the foods anyways knowing the nature and damages of the human body in the world today.
Do your best that’s all that’s important, and understand that we may need to make adjustments in a messed up world that is not in the business of producing quality food, and also most of these raw food restaurants, and plant based restaurants are not serving “healthy” food and “natural” food anyways, that a lot of you go to and eat. Don’t beat yourself up if you’re not 100% raw or 100% fruit because it’s all an illusion, and silly identity people adopt, because in all reality it’s because they are holding onto ego, and also have not yet escaped the trivial things of this world, and way to focused on the physical body, and not enough on the spiritual body.
Get back to nature my friends, get back to a diet that your biological design to eat, tap into your intuitive Consciousness, let your instincts guide you, live in the present moment, and I promise you my friends you will thrive!
