Society today is built and designed for highly processed, and highly damaged cooked food. We have built a society that’s designed around convenience to cooked food. It’s not a shock that cooked food addiction is an epidemic in today’s world. The majority of people in the world today even eat 20% of their calories coming from raw living Foods. If fruit sweet, fresh and ripe is not appealing to you then you are highly addicted to corrosive an acid Ash forming cooked Foods. Cooked foods are not healing you’re depleting the energy and the electricity of the food when it becomes cooked. If the food is not cleansing and healing and hydrating then it’s only going to have corrosive like effects to your health down the road.
In nature when you are surrounded by an abundance of tree ripen fruit cooked food doesn’t even cross your mind at this point. The reason humans put fire to food was not because it was an essential need, but rather for survival. If there wasn’t any natural disasters that took place and environmental compromises to the habitat the men would have no essential need to create fire for food because they’d have an abundance of fruit trees around them.
If we look at are anatomy in its simplicity you will come to understand that were designed to pick, peel and eat. I think it’s vital and important to rearrange your life to make a living food diet more conducive to you, because society is not built to make this lifestyle convenient and catering to your needs in this regard. If you don’t feel well on cooked food and you have a chronic health condition but keep battling with eating these cooked foods, then it’s quite evident that your highly addicted to them and you have the same problem that a drug addict would have but drugs.
This may sound like an extreme statement but it’s factual. For those that have cancer and serious systemic acidosis when they’re still dabbling with cooked food this alone is evidence that cooked food probably is more addictive than drugs, alcohol and sex combined. If we don’t break the seductive temptations of eating cooked food we will soon come to realize the consequences that we have caused, which are caused for one from the foods that are not biologically designed for our species, and two have been highly cooked processed and denatured, which in returns denatures our body.
I highly suggest anybody that has lots of starch cravings as well as meat and dairy cravings to do a parasite and worm cleanse. This activity of these worms and parasites in the body do play a huge part with your cravings to these foods. These bugs do not crave raw living foods, because they seem to come out of the body either alive or dead when we consumed them. If you take an (herbal killem) and you eat an abundance of fresh ripe living foods, and you make sure your full all throughout the day and fully satisfied, you will be less likely to give in to these cravings and sooner or later they will go away.
If you want to be successful transitioning off of cooked foods, to a living food diet, I highly suggest taking herbs. in my experience they help with cravings, and are also very high in nutrition, that keeps you satisfied throughout the day, while your body learns to adjust to high fruit diet.
If your trying to heal yourself with living foods, but thinking about eating cooked food in your future, it’s going to be very difficult for you to succeed long-term on a raw foods diet. I highly suggest you start detoxing in a slower rate until you can get over these cooked food cravings, because the stress and the strong desire for eating this will not get you far in your healing anyways, because it’s not just the foods that heal the body, it’s a healthy mind and a desire to heal and to do whatever it takes to heal mentality that will benefit your healing the most. Going back to cooked food may just get you back to the state that got you in the in the mess your in, in first place. If you don’t enjoy a living foods diet you shouldn’t be on one in the first place.
Whenever you cook food, whether it’s on a stove top, in an oven, on a grill, in a microwave, or in a fryer, not only does the molecular structure of the food become denatured, deranged, and or degraded, but those molecules are changed into new chemical configurations (this is a bad thing) and carcinogenic and mutagenic byproducts are formed. The degree to which this happens is dependent on the cooking temperature, time cooked and method of cooking.
Grilling, barbecuing, smoking and frying are the worst offenders; they are literally the fires of death, but steaming also affects the food. You know that old saying that there are more nutrients in the water of steamed veggies than are actually left in the veggies when they are done steaming? That’s because heat destroys nutrients, especially the water soluble vitamins like vitamin C and all the B vitamins. The heating of food also destroys the food’s enzymes. In fact, 100% of the food’s enzymes are destroyed at temperatures as low as 118 degrees Fahrenheit. In addition, the oxygen and water content of the food is drastically decreased, fats are carcinogenized, crabs are caramelized and proteins are coagulated and become virtually unusable by the body. Even the fiber in food loses that sweeping-like action in the colon.
The heating of food also creates toxic byproducts. Here is a list of some of the dangerous byproducts you are most likely unknowingly consuming every time you eat cooked food, whether it’s a carb, a fat or a protein:
Acrylamides: These are the cancer· causing byproducts of cooking carbohydrate foods such as breads, potatoes, pastries or any kind of starch. Even the EDA (Food and Drug Administration) acknowledges the perils of acrylamides. In fact, on their website (www.fda.com) they have a list of the amount of acrylamides found in various common cooked foods, but you better believe the processed/ fast food industry doesn`t want you to know about this! http://hippocratesinst.org/cooked-food-whats-in-it
If your body is telling you it doesn’t feel good on cooked food, then stop putting it in your body.
Obviously when it becomes a negative and guilty battle of going from raw foods, to cooked foods, then you need to realize that you are fighting an addiction the same way a drug addict would fight an addiction with drugs.
This mental and physical battle of addiction will only create more stress on the body, and cause more detrimental health problems in your future.
I highly suggest you build a positive relationship with the raw living foods, and you enjoy eating them, and you focus more on enlightening yourself spiritually, rather than just filling a need, that is designed to fill a void, like cooked food temporarily fills. it’s a pleasure trap of covering up an emotion most of the time. You already set yourself up for failure when you say I can’t, and it’s hard, and I wish I could be like etc. Start saying I can, and I will, and you will start to succeed when you change your thought patterns.
If you have a habit of yo-yoing going from raw foods back to cooked foods then you came into this lifestyle with the wrong intentions, and have not properly transitioned yourself off of cooked food you need to be warned that you may create more obstructive problems down the road when it comes to systemic acidosis.
I am highly against yo-yoing because I have learned from my own personal experience that it can create worse health conditions in the future. This is another reason why I believe in the transitional phase so much, and believe it is vital to make this lifestyle conducive to you long term. You have to ween off these highly addictive foods in order to thrive long-term on a raw foods diet.
You don’t want to shock your system cleaning it out after adapting to be healthy living foods diet, and then shocking your system with processed and synthesized foods when your body is no longer used to eating this way.
Anybody that has been on a living foods diet long enough that goes back to eating cooked foods will right off the bat get a huge dip in their energy levels, feel more inflammation, just overall feel weighed down, and have all kinds of digestive distress. This is a sign that your body is not designed for these foods and is no longer adapted to consuming them without getting a serious blow back from them. If you can’t give up this cooked food addiction, and you know that it’s harmful to your body, then you shouldn’t be on this diet in the first place. You must make this a lifestyle that it’s going to be conducive to mental stability, and understand that life doesn’t revolve around food and you must feed your spirit as well.
If you’re still transitioning off of a high cooked food diet over to a living foods diet please don’t beat yourself up for eating cooked food. It’s actually more important to transition properly with mental stability, than to aggressively jump into a raw foods diet overnight. A lot of people do this and express their thriving two months in, but then when the body starts to dig deeper and pull out these fungal beds that are stagnant in the body, find themselves craving cooked foods and falling back into the pleasure trap fairly quickly.
If your transitioning and still eating steamed vegetables, sweet potatoes, quinoa and millet which are lower mucus forming residue leaving types of foods, don’t stress about eating them and slowly wean yourself off of these foods, so that you could last long term, and be fully satisfied eating raw foods as a lifestyle, and not just a diet program.
This article is mainly addressed to those that already are 100% raw and have been for some time, but still have a toxic relationship with yo-yoing back to cooked food. Because cooked food addiction is much more serious than we think, it’s vitally important to transition slowly, and be ready for this when it comes. For those of you that have serious health conditions such as cancer, another systemic acidosis conditions, should not dabble with cooked food period. for those that do have cancer, this is evidence with how highly addictive cooked food is, and how our body responds to it in the same way a drug addict would with a drug addiction.
For those that are highly depleted on their way out the door with health issues, really don’t have the time to transition and need to be on a high fruit living Foods 100% raw food diet, in order to remove the acidosis, so that the body will heal and recover. So if this person is you and your reading this article, I highly suggest u-stop dabbling with cooked food, and do whatever it takes to make this lifestyle work from you, by removing these devices from your household and to rearrange your job, and your social circles and focus full-time on healing yourself.
