Adding on nutrition is not as important as the subtraction of mucus and acid forming foods


It’s easy to get caught up in the whole nutritional hype of taking your multivitamins everyday, or drinking your protein shake, or green powder drink in the morning before you go off to work thinking that your doing something good for your body because you added on a little nutrition. This modality is just a habit that we have adopted due to the high marketing of products that are advertised. If you have come down with a health condition that has drastically lowered the quality of your life, then in my opinion it’s a waste of time to add on some nutritious foods if you’re not going to subtract the food that is causing the problem in the body. The body cannot fully regenerate and restore the issue by just simply adding on some nutrition, the body doesn’t heal through nutrition alone it heals by removing obstructions the block the flow of energy the create a state of dis-ease in the body.

You could have a 32 oz green juice in the morning with your multivitamin, and then eat a cheeseburger midday, and you just wasted all your money on that supplement because it’s not going to change the problem your facing until you remove the cheeseburger for good! You must understand your septic tank that you have in your body which is the great lymphatic system (the sewer system of the human body) that inhabits all the metabolic waste from the trillions of cells in your body each day, and if you’re not removing this metabolic waste through the kidneys because they have been damaged by these mucus and acid forming diets, then just adding on a little nutrition isn’t going to get rid of the swamp, you must clean it out in order to benefit from the nutrition that your bringing in.

The question is how do you remove the sewage in a septic tank, well it’s not by adding on nutrition, but it’s about subtracting the acid and mucus forming foods first, and adopting a 100% raw food diet predominantly based around fruits, berries and melons. If you don’t create the detoxification process of cleaning out the body’s terrain you will only end up finding yourself more frustrated not getting rid of the bad habit foods, and wasting your money on this so-called nutritious foods. Green powders, supplements, mineral supplements or what-have-you is not going to get rid of your problem, this is only a so-called natural way to treat a problem. If you really want to heal yourself, you don’t want to think about treatment, because treating is basically suppression of symptoms, and this concept and modality has been created by medical doctors, and unfortunately even naturopathic doctors have adopted this theory as well when it comes to supplements, and also not understanding how diet plays a role in cleaning out the body, and you must eat foods that allow the cleaning process.

You’re not going to clean out your body on proteins, and vegetables such as the ketogenic or paleo type of diets, your also not going to clean out your body on starch, you need the raw living foods to allow the body to accelerate the healing process, and to go on and heal itself the way that nature intended it.

If you put your focus on subtraction and simplicity, you will get much farther in your healing then you would if you were to just adding on a bunch of supplements and green powders to your diet. If you really want to clean out your body, and get rid of the acid stagnation that’s causing systemic inflammation in the body, then I highly suggest getting on a fruit-based diet, that will promote the kidneys to filter and drain the septic tank. Fruits are highly energetic and electromagnetic food’s, just like our bodies are electromagnetic. If you eat foods that are electromagnetic then you can move the lymphatic system, and clean out the metabolic waste material that has been stagnant in the body for many decades. When you fast, and allow your body to rest, this will also help the kidneys to filter out metabolic waste, and it’s when the metabolic waste comes out of the body that will fix digestion, absorption, utilization, and eliminate your waste. If you fix this through detoxification, there is no so-called disease that can exist. Nothing obstructive can survive in an alkaline environment. Your kidneys are the most important eliminative channel, and the kidneys become extremely damaged when human beings eat high protein foods, and foods that create mucus build-up. It’s as simple as clogging up a valve that makes it impossible to drain. If you clog up the kidneys, then you can’t get metabolic waste out through the urinary tract.

In my experience, less is more when it comes to encourage kidney filtration, the more simple you keep your diet, and the more you allow your body to rest by not eating and drinking in the evening, will take less pressure of the kidneys, and allow the body to eliminate more effectively. The more supplements and nutrition that you add on if your diet isn’t on the alkaline side of chemistry, you will only make the body work harder to process and utilize the nutrition, and to store the metabolic waste coming from the junk food that you’re still holding on to. The body in today’s world has become so oversaturated by metabolic waste, there is nothing more than fruits, berries and melons and your tender vegetables that will help accelerate the healing of the body. You could even eat whole foods such as rice, beans, potatoes, and lots of steamed veggies and think that your on a healthy diet but the body is not eliminating old stagnant waste, because it needs the raw living foods that contain the energy and electromagnetic currency to clean itself out properly, and dead foods just don’t have the hydration and energy to promote this process. Don’t get frustrated if your plateauing with your healing because you added on some healthy food, it’s not about diet, it’s not about nutrition it’s about detoxification, and if you want to promote detoxification I highly recommend as simple fruit based diet and use the herbs to bring enhancement and function to the damaged organs and glands in your body and to also help to clean out the colon. I also highly recommend fasting because that’s nature’s remedy for true effective healing. You could fast every single day by simply not eating and drinking when the sun goes down.

It’s truly up to you to create effective detoxification and if you want to create effective detoxification, get outside of the constant thinking and questioning and just keep things as simple as possible. We are so scared to skip a meal, or to not get enough nutrients in the foods, but really in my opinion you would be surprised on how little amount of nutrition you actually need, and that the body will actually come to function more effectively when you eliminate rather than add on.

I also find it interesting that when people start eating a raw food diet they worry about nutrition when there actually getting more nutrition than they ever have their entire life on a cooked food diet. Cooking your food doesn’t increase your ability to absorb nutrition, it kills the food and depletes the nutrition quality and quantity. You could eat a couple pieces of raw fruits and vegetables and get plenty of nutrition that your body needs, but if you don’t clean out the body from the sewage waste that’s blocking the flow of energy, you will never get the utilization and absorption from the nutrition anyways, and this is what I’m trying to stress for people to understand.

Don’t get caught up in the supplement marketing hype, and the green powders, or the green juices, or adding on nutrition if you’re not removing the acid and mucus forming foods which happened to be your beans, grains, rice, starch, dairy and meats, and all these foods do not promote detoxification, they clog up the body and prevent the body from cleaning itself out effectively. It truly takes a diet of fruits, tender leafy vegetables, and fasting to truly heal yourself effectively. And if you truly want to know what foods your designed for and know what your physiology and anatomy you will come to terms that you are a frugivore species design for predominantly 90% of your intake coming from fruits, berries or melons. This also happens to be the most effective diet to go on to promote the cleaning process. You want to clean and enhance the body on foods your species is most compatible with. It just makes sense to be more aligned with nature in order to create this process from taking place.

Just understand my friends when it comes to true and effective regenerative healing, you must remove the junk, because adding on to a diet that isn’t compatible with your species design, and also promotes detoxification of cleaning out the sewage system in the body which is the great lymphatic system, then your only wasting your time going down a road of constant blowing in the wind and getting nowhere.
