Detoxification is vital for regenerative healing. We so often because of how society has brain washed us, have built a treatment based mindset wanting to add on health, or mask a symptom. We cannot treat a problem that is systemic. There is a good reason why your problems come back when you mask them with chemical drugs or when you stop taking supplements.
Systemic acidosis is the root of all dis-ease in the body. Treating acidosis with supplements or adding on the morning green juice, will get you know where when it comes to getting to the root problem. Acids block the flow of energy in the body, and create corrosive damage to every orifice to the human organism.
The goal to properly detoxifying the body is to eliminate the obstructions. The goal in detoxification is to hydrate the body systemically with alkaline chemistry. Acids, parasites, and other foreign microbes cannot thrive in an alkaline environment. Acidosis leads to dehydration, and dehydration leads to acidosis. Dehydration leads to hypoactivity of tissue, eventually leading to tissue death.
It’s difficult to move the lymphatic system until we remove the acid and mucus forming foods. The body heals itself naturally when we remove them.
You must be prepared for detoxification when your coming from a diet high in protein, and food that promote mucus in the body. Cooked food and processed food does not promote healing, so when you come Down with a health issue systemically, it’s going to be very difficult to fully heal and regenerate your body eating cooked food. The body drastically heals itself when we remove cooked food from are diet especially proteins. Acids suppress healing, so it’s vital to remove the acid forming foods if you want your body to heal itself. When you remove all cooked food and start eating 100% raw with fruit being the base of your diet, your body can start the detoxification process to bring back the body to alkalinity, and it’s proper function, and homeostasis.
If your coming off eating a lot of meat you may experience a lot of fatigue during the detoxification process. When you stop eating stimulating foods this can cause massive energy loss. This is especially true with someone that has hypoactive thyroid or adrenal glands. These are your energy glands, which become weakened from acidosis and toxicity.
Stimulating foods actually have a negative effect on these glands overstimulating them and weakening them overtime. The Constant stimulating from meat, coffee and teas will hide this reality.
Acid forming foods will inhibit the body from the detoxification process. Acid forming foods are mucus forming to the body, ultimately causing damage to your tissues and glands making very difficult for the body to heal itself. Foods ether clean out your body or they destroy it!
Acid and mucus forming foods bring heavy congestion and inflammation which leads to hypo activity and suppress the natural function of the body. If you don’t encourage detoxification by consuming the proper chemistry, you cannot bitch about the symptoms that aren’t going away. We must think of less, not more when we decided to let nature clean, repair, and regenerate our bodies. Trying to find a Special supplements or herb to add on to a diet that’s acid and mucus forming will get you know where when it comes to the root cause of the problem.
You cannot be on both sides of the fence if you want to heal yourself through detoxification. There is no cure all herb, supplement, or cream that can systemically regenerate your body. You must drain the swamp in your body. less will produce more results.
Simple eating a diet of fruits, herbs and dry fasting in my opinion can reverse any “disease” you may have, If followed long enough. Consistency, and a positive sound mind with determination can heal every health condition that plagues the human body.
Detox miracle source book pg. 190 It is vital to consume alkaline forming foods if you want the detoxification process to take place. Alkalization is the key to your success at regenerating yourself and getting healthy. In hospital emergency rooms, or with other on-the-spot emergency treatment, one is always given an IV with normal saline, which is a sodium solution. Sodium is called “the great alkalizer” this helps reverse acidosis, the main reason we get into trouble in the first place. Acidosis equals pain, swelling and inflammation.
Raw fruits and vegetables act the same way that normal saline works, but much more energizing and nutritional. You cannot alkalize yourself properly if you do not consume raw, ripe, living foods. Alkaline foods, like fresh fruits and vegetables, are the natural food of humans. You should eat at least 80-90 precent alkaline forming foods.
The more simple you keep things the more regenerative healing you will bring to your body. It’s not about adding on nutrition that regenerates your body. It’s about removing the obstructive foods that block the flow of energy making it impossible for the body to heal itself.
