When your on a diet that promotes detoxification such as a diet of fruits, berries, and melons, and you eat cooked food to “slow down” the detox, your actually stoping the healing process in my opinion, not slowing it down. Cooked foods will stop the body from healing itself, and sometimes it can be smart to do, for someone coming of a SAD diet in the beginning stage of their detox on a diet of fruit and herbal botanicals.
However you don’t have to stop your detox if its to aggressive for you, because you can just eat a salad, or some gourmet raw food to slow things down a great deal. When you have been doing this for a while, and you dry and water fast, just eating mono fruit meals will slow down a detox. The goal is to push through the detox if possible, because your working to get the sewage out, not steer it up, and put in all this work, and then lock it back in. To me it’s counter productive, and if your on a fruitarian diet, then I hope you took some time to transition, so you don’t need to stop a detox with cooked food, because just by eating a couple avocados will slow down a detox a great deal, and you don’t have to resort to shocking the body with cooked food, when it’s adapted to the living foods.
Cooked foods are for transition, but when you already transitioned to a living foods diet, you can stay there, and don’t have to use cooked vegetables as a tool to slow a detox down, because again it can stop a detox, and to me it makes no sense, because there are plenty of raw food options that can almost stop the body from healing itself, like sprouted nuts and seeds, but there is still energetics to them, and dead foods have none, or very little.
It’s truly about energy and astringents, and that’s what promotes healing. Fruits contain the highest electromagnetic energy, and they are the astringents. Astringents pull, scrub and clean residues, calcification, and harden mucus in the body that block the flow of energy, that cause stagnation of lymph flow, the fruit will move the lymph system, pulling acids to the kidneys, so you can filter them out. When the trash comes out, the body can regenerate and rebuild itself. But understand a body that’s made up of over 100 trillion cells, and a body with hundreds of lymph nodes stoned up the a rock, it’s going to take time to brake them loose, so things start flowing, and this is why you want to be patient.
If your on a grape and lemon juice feast, watermelon feast, mango feast, citrus juice feast, and your getting ratted out, and you feel to dizzy, you can’t walk to the bathroom, and detox is very aggressive for you to handle at the moment, you can slow things down simple by having carrot juice, if carrot juice doesn’t slow things down, then wait a little bit, and eat an avocado, and that should slow it down enough to stabilize yourself, and then you can jump back on the astringents the next day, without eating cooked veggies, and the reason why I think it’s important to abstain from the cooked food, is because of the reality of the addictive nature of cooked food, and you don’t want to be pulled back into that consciousness.
All raw foods are anti-parasitic, so when your detoxing the body on fruit, your killing off these microbes, and you want to get the fungus, parasites, and worms out of the body, and they only thrive on cooked foods. Yes starchless steamed veggies may not be problematic, but who knows it can be enough fuel for them to stay alive, and if it was me, I would just slow down a detox with some raw veggies, because they won’t thrive on them, and the faster you get them out, and the terrain that feeds them, the more content you will be able to be on a 100% raw food diet, because a lot of your cravings are due to taking the cooked foods away from them, and they are throwing a fit, because they are starving, because it’s the fruit that takes out the trash, and the energy and hydration that starve them. Cooked foods dehydrate the body, and create and acid ash in the body, and this is what they like.
If you need to stop a detox with cooked foods like steamed starchless veggies coming of Taco Bell and McDonald’s, I can understand that, but for a person that has transitioned to high raw 100% plant based, or 100% raw high fruit, that is on a fruit juice detox, or mono fruit diet with herbal botanicals, you don’t need to “slow” things down with cooked foods, because they don’t slow anything down, they just stop the body from healing itself, and you have to revisit that another day. Go to the lower vibrational raw foods to slow things down, because you don’t need cooked foods at all for a tool in the process, and I know from experience that an avocado will slow down a detox, carrot juice, or a salad with some organic sprouted nut butter in it. Just be carful with the nuts, because you don’t want to put protein on your kidneys, when your desperately trying to get them filtering, or you’re still dealing with chronic pain. There are other tools to slow down a detox, and cooked veggies is not a tool for that, it’s a tool that stops the body from healing itself, and there is no need to stop that process for most of you.
Get back to nature my friends, get back to a diet that your biological design to eat, tap into your intuitive Consciousness, let your instincts guide you, live in the present moment, and I promise you my friends you will thrive!
