All grains are unhealthy not just the gluten free ones


It’s quite obvious that there’s a gluten-free craze going on in the “health food world”. But you can’t call something a health food if it’s not a food designed for your body. All grains are toxic, mucus forming, acidic, contain phytic acids, anti-nutrients, and are enzyme inhibitors. Get off all grains for at least 2 weeks if you have inflammation and you will notice a large increase of pain reduction proving the grains are an obstruction and irritant to the body. It’s also quite apparent how far behind the world is when it comes to true regenerative health and the foods that we should be eating. We are obsessed with cooking our food, and we are obsessed with products that contain a shelf life and we call this health food? Grains are also fungal foods, there high in sugar, ferment in the body and feed the fungal family. For those of you that are caught up in nutrition and don’t understand specific chemistry when it comes to what species should be eating based on their anatomy and design need to understand that grains contain very low amounts of nutrition and are dormant foods that contain no nutritional value in my opinion. You would think that whole grains are better but their high in protein, hard on the kidneys, also very difficult to digest, and create an acid load in the body and over burden and clog up the lymphatic system which builds up inflammation in the body (acids) and the end result contributes to Chronic and degenerative dis-ease.

As a human species we need to focus more on chemistry rather than nutrition. Regardless of the ratio of nutrition, this does not feed and replenish the cells in the human body. We need to focus on specific chemistry, and specific foods that are most compatible with our design. For one we must understand that all living creatures consume raw foods and humans are not an exception to this rule that nature has laid out for us. Try eating a grain raw it doesn’t sit well in the gut, and is extremely difficult to digest. The level of mucus that humans have in their bowels, is extremely high, and I strongly believe that grains of all forms create this sticky glue-like mucus that clogs up the small intestine and contributes to absorption issues. When somebody goes on a raw living foods diet thats starchless, they experience sticky glue-like mucus in their bowel movements, this is old undigested residues from grains that have been sticking to the bowel walls creating an environment for microbes, biofilm, parasites and fungus.

Grains are enzyme inhibitors an enzyme Inhibitors are hard on the pancreas because it’s the pancreas role to facilitate and utilize enzymes because that’s how it functions properly, so to inhibit enzymes would burden the pancreas which would cause digestive issues in the long run.

Grains contain phytic acids and acids are hard on the kidneys, and bowels which are important eliminated channels to eliminate metabolic waste. Anything that is acidic and damages the kidneys and bowels should never be considered a health food or optimal food option for humans.

There is a good reason why grains are used as feed for Hogs & Cattle and it’s to fatten them up, so if you overdo the grains they will fatten you up to. Also it’s very rare for people to just eat grains plain so, they usually add in the fats, and salts to get flavor out of them. When you fatten up a complex carbohydrate this creates extreme amounts of fermentation in the body, is extremely difficult to digest, and will only create inflammatory bowel conditions. If you’re still transitioning and weaning yourself off the grains, I highly suggest you at least eat them sprouted so you could bring some life to this dormant food, because anything less than that there extremely toxic to the body.

We need to come to understand that complex carbohydrates are not designed for the human species, anything you have two highly cook and break down to get digestion, is not a suitable health food designed for your body. Complex carbohydrates are extremely high

In sugar and the human body is designed for simple sugars found in fruits and vegetables, mainly fruits. To think that just because a grain is gluten free but yet is highly processed like a flour, your just giving yourself a false sense of perception that as long as it’s gluten-free that it’s healthy, you must understand that all grains are toxic not just the gluten free grains.

carbon is an essential fuel source for human beings but it’s the right chemistry of carbon that feeds cells and replenishes the nervous system. Simple sugars found in fruits are healthy, complex carbohydrates no matter where they come from, are not designed to be processed and utilized to create optimal health in the human body, so should be avoided and not considered a health food option.

Truly if the food is not raw, and cannot be eaten raw with optimal digestion it shouldn’t be considered a health food. I highly suggest you give up the grains, give up the complex carbohydrates, but if you’re still eating cooked food transitioning to a raw living foods diet to focus on the starchless steamed vegetables as a staple, because grains will only increase pain, only cause digestive distress, overburdened the pancreas, clog up the GI tract and cause absorption issues, and also grains have been considered a dormant food that is detrimental and harmful to the brain and nervous system.

If you want to carb up I highly consider carbing up on the fruits for they are residue-free, create hydration and alkalinity in the body, create a healthy environment, and move the lymphatic system as well as eliminating metabolic waste, which would mean fruit is a health food not a grain or a starch.

The low carb so-called health world doesn’t understand true regenerative health either because they think that all carbs are bad not understanding that simple sugars found in raw living fruits and vegetables are essential carbohydrates for the body, understanding that the body is a carbon-based machine designed to get fuel from simple carbohydrates, not ketones. ketones are a secondary fuel source for the body to tap into when it has used up all its carbon stores “sugar”. When the body goes into ketosis it’s really just going into systemic acidosis. Simple sugars are alkaline, and when you understand there’s only two sides of chemistry, and that being alkaline or acid, you don’t want your body on the acid side of chemistry which it will go on when you deplete its sugar stores and avoid carbohydrates even in the forms of simple sugars.

When refined or complex sugars are consumed, this creates a glucose overload, which in turn creates excess carbon molecules. This excess carbon is converted into carbon dioxide and carbonic acid. Carbonic dioxide is eliminated via lungs, kidneys and skin. Carbonic acid requires oxidation or transfusion via oxygen or mineral salts, respectively. Both of these substances are acid forming and must be neutralized removed by the body as they are strong contributors to acidosis. The Detox Miracle Sourcebook by Robert Morse, N.D. (Page 63)

We as a species need to get back to our species specific diet, get back to nature, get back to are common instincts, tap into our intuitive consciousness, and understand that all complex carbohydrates are wasted fuel when we have the simple sugars found in the living foods such as the fruits and vegetables. Grains are acidic, a dormant wasted fuel source, and have no place for regenerative health, and should not be considered a health food regardless if it is a gluten free grain.
