Always make fruit the focus


Fruit should always be the focus because it’s the food that nature designed for the human SPECIES. Regardless of what diet you’re on and I highly recommend a plant-based diet. Fruit should be the base and chore of the diet because of this reason.

You may be transitioning to a fruit-based raw vegan diet and still eating a lot of cooked foods and you still want to make fruit your base so that you can help push through foods that cause residues and stick to the colon. These starchy and mucus forming foods will end up in the colon for too long and then fermentation will take place and animal tissue and their fluids will cause rotting to take place in the colon and this will invite microbes to feed on the debris and they will create waste and then the uric acid loads cause acid stagnation which will in return create a cationic environment Which causes damage to cells and tissue in the human body.

Fruit will help clean the debris out of the body and this is why fruit should be stable for every diet. The issue is simple sugars in fruits don’t mix well with starch, high fatty foods, and proteins of all kinds and this is why fruit should be 75% of the diet and the rest tender leafy greens. In the right climate, you can maintain yourself on an all fruit diet but the issue with that is actually getting quality fruit that is magnetic enough and rich in nutrition and that’s why leafy greens and herbs are a backup source because they are nutrient-rich and highly alkaline.

When you’re stuck in a cold climate fruit should still be the focus for regenerate detoxification and for maintaining health because again fruit is designed for you and helps the body clean itself properly and bring hydration to the body for proper homeostasis. But if your stuck in a cold climate for now and you can’t get quality fruit let alone fruit that’s not sprayed to death, then organic green juice or organic leafy salads and veggie broths or cooked starchless veggies would be an option but to still keep fruit as the base of your diet for optimal health and regenerative detoxification.

For transition most everyone that is not in serious trouble with their health should transition without question to ease into the detox without steering up a lifetime of metabolic waste in the body and not having the doors open to eliminate them, your eliminate organs (kidneys and skin) your skin could explode and pain and fatigue can happen at a drastic pace. If your sweating good and your kidneys are already filtering then transition can be done at a faster rate, but if not I would spend a couple of months on fruit, salad and steamed starchless veggies, then a couple of months on fruit and tender leafy salads for couple more months and maintain there if you desire and without question to dig deep and to regenerate chronic health elements to move to an all fruit diet with herbal botanicals to assist your detox because the fruit may not be magnetic enough due to the poor quality and herbs are needed to pull on the lymph system and wake up the nerve and endocrine system. If you’re in deep trouble the organic wildcrafted potent herbal botanicals can make a huge difference with regeneration and have for generation and generations.

Fruit should be the focus, not dead foods or vegetables because cooking is a survival mechanism to break down “foods” that can’t be eaten raw and this creation took place due to migrating away from the tropical jungle into cold foreign territories for the Homo sapiens. It only makes sense to connect to nature and be in harmony with her if we truly want to achieve optimal health.

Organic tree ripen fruit and berries are the most optimal nutritious foods on the planet and nature put these tropical fruits here for a reason because they were intended for a specific species and that species is the human species and with common sense and placed in nature around fruit trees you already know this and don’t need someone to tell you what’s the story about fruit being healthy ? let alone silly things humans say today being disconnected from nature saying things like fruits contain too much sugar and “sugar” is bad for you lol. We have lost our natural instincts due to thick brainwashing and need to understand that grit sugar is alkaline and impotent to fuel cells and the nervous system in the human body!
