Anxiety and depression


Anxiety and depression is mainly, or entirely do two consuming foods and ingesting chemicals that are not designed for the human body, that create an unnatural reaction to the body, suppressing its function, and overtime this will affect the brain, and the result will be anxiety and depression. If you keep it simple, in regards to theirs only two sides of chemistry, one side is acid, and the other side is alkaline, you can determine for yourself what side of chemistry you are living on, and what side chemistry you mainly have been living on the majority of your life? Alkaline chemistry restores, and regenerates, the acid side of chemistry, is corrosive, damages tissue, and cells, and creates a cationic environment in the body.

The bulk of the time spent in the day for most humans in today’s world is spent on consuming chemistry, breathing chemistry, and putting chemistry on the skin, and this will determine positive or negative outcomes (cause and effect).

So what are the foods that are acidic, and leave behind an acid ash that will affect the body negatively producing these blowback symptoms such as anxiety and depression? As simple as understanding mucus forming, and acid ash forming foods will help you understand, that when you take in consumption of foods that are not designed for your anatomy and physiology, there will only be a negative result that will be produced from this. When you go back to the diet your biologically designed to eat, and you detox all the excess obstructions that suppress, and strip away optimal performance and health, you will experience a natural joy, happiness, and contentment you never thought was imaginable, or even possible to attain in this world of unconsciousness that we become suppressed to.

So these acid forming, and mucus forming foods are mainly going to be foods you have to cook in order to digest them. If you have to spend a lengthy time cooking a food source, it’s not designed for your body to digest, assimilate, and utilize for optimal health. Beans, grains, and all animal foods are the most highly cooked, and processed foods humanity consume on a daily bases. These foods leave behind a lot of mucus, pus, and acidity, that will in return lead to ulceration of tissue, and this will tear down, and deplete the natural function of cells, organs, endocrine glands, blood, lymph, and the nervous system.

If you want to overcome anxiety and depression, you may want to abstain from these types of foods. You want to focus on the alkaline side of chemistry, and you want to focus on hydrating your body interstitially with alkaline foods that leave behind an alkaline Ash. Alkaline foods, are fruits and vegetables. These foods are high in vibration and electricity, and also provide the most energy and angstrom power, will remove the obstructions that suppress the body, and in return you will heal the body systemically. Acidic foods create the symptoms of anxiety and depression.

Anxiety it’s mainly due to having a neurological weakness, because the adrenal glands that are responsible for keeping an autonomic, and sympathetic nervous system healthy have been suppressed due to lymph stagnation in the body lacking the production of neurotransmitters, hormones and steroids, so in return your going to be on edge, and suffer with anxiety.

The adrenal glands are responsible for healthy hormone activity, so when the hormones are out of whack anxiety will also be present. If your having anxiety attacks, feel shaky and nervous all the time, you may want to consider changing your diet to a raw living food diet, (80% fruit based) and utilizing Nature’s medicine (herbs) to help your body to heal, and regenerate the endocrine gland, that is responsible for a healthy nervous system (Adrenal glands)

There are also herbs designed to help relax the nervous system, and are healthy for the brain, and these are also herbs to utilize on top of herbs that help adrenal function.

If you have low blood pressure, relating to poor adrenal gland function, I would also consider licorice root to help the body to create more neurotransmitters and to increase blood pressure, to help with chronic fatigue that is also related to poor adrenal function.

If your struggling with anxiety even long term on a raw living foods diet, you may want to consider doing your research, and understanding that God, and Mother Nature have provided us natural, non-hybrid, herbs grown on the earth to help, aid you in these weak areas. The herbs have been known to restore humans health for thousands of years without any negative side effects. Do not fear the herbs, and understand they are amazing, when it comes to enhancing, and restoring the endocrine gland function, that is responsible for why your having these imbalances such as anxiety and depression.

Also understand if your having poor adrenal gland function, that’s resulting in lots of anxiety, and neurological problems, you may want to also consider eliminating foods, that have been sprayed with toxic chemicals and pesticides, that are also neurotoxins, and very corrosive to the neurological system, and will in return create more anxiety for you if your already struggling in these areas.

Depression

It’s common to go through some depression symptoms, when the body begins to detoxify, the toxicity build up in the body, that in return When coming out of the body, will make you feel depressed. Most people that go through detox in regards to depression, have a lot of old stagnant prescription drug deposits locked in their body, and when these toxins come out, through detoxification. You will also experience the side effects like when you were coming off these drugs in your past. This is an only a temporary process of elimination. When you detoxify with living foods, and you pull these obstructions out if the body, sooner or later you will start to see the light, and will no longer be bound to depression.

If you already have transitioned yourself away from acid-forming cooked foods, and have adopted of living foods lifestyle, and are already going through the detoxification process, but still feel very depressed, you may also want to consider some factors that may tie into your depression. The parathyroid gland, are little circular glands that sit on top of the thyroid gland, they are responsible for helping the body to utilize calcium. When the body lacks utilization of calcium, what happens is, acids that are already present in the body, and that’s why the parathyroid gland is not functioning, steal calcium from connective tissue, and you will experience calcium loss, due to the body losing calcium, as well as fails to utilize calcium when consumed, depression is a result. Most people that have a parathyroid weakness also suffer with depression, and when they go after their parathyroid gland through detoxification on a living foods diet, along with herbs that are high in calcium, will no longer experience the crippling effects of depression when this issue gets resolved and the heal their parathyroid gland.

You must very effectively remove the acids in the lymphatic system out through the kidneys, in order for the parathyroid gland to regenerate and produce its function again. You may also consider doing a parasite cleanse, and getting rid of excess fungal overgrowth in the body. Fungal overgrowth in the body could also result in feeling depressed. Fungal overgrowth in the body is also due to poor adrenal gland function most of the time. The reason why fungus gets out of control is due to poor sugar metabolism due to low functioning adrenal glands.

The adrenal glands are responsible for carbohydrate utilization, when you don’t utilize carbohydrates properly, you run into sugar metabolism issues, and so you will ferment sugars that are in all plant foods you consume, and fermentation takes place, and it’s fermentation that feeds the fungal family that proliferate in the body. This is why in my opinion it’s so important to utilize the herbs during the detoxification process of eliminating these waste.

Fruits are very beneficial for enhancing, cleaning, and repairing the endocrine glands, but also the herbs are very powerful, so in combination with a fruit diet 100% raw, to heal these imbalances, is something to look into, and in my opinion will help accelerate your healing to overcome these issues with anxiety, and depression not temporarily, but for good. When you understand that anxiety, and depression is a big part of an endocrine gland inbalance, you will then begin to go on with a proper focus with healing them, and then you will experience the results I’m talking about, in regards to reversing this problem of anxiety, and depression.
