It is without question that human beings in the world today are born with a serious genetic weakness in the adrenal glands. It is also without question that humans are mainly consuming acid and mucus forming foods. In our culture today, it’s very common to wake up and stimulate the adrenal glands with caffeine. When you drink caffeinated beverages, what happens is you create over amounts of cortisol, produce hyperfunction to the adrenal glands, which will produce too much epinephrine, norepinephrine, adrenaline. The adrenal glands are the most important gland in the body. They produced neurotransmitters which are essential for brain and nerve function.
When you deplete your neurotransmitters by artificially stimulating them, you produce over amounts of epinephrine, norepinephrine, and dopamine and these are important natural chemical that help with the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system, and also deal with nerve responses of the body. You also must understand that the adrenal glands are responsible for producing hormones and steroids in the body. When you over stimulate the adrenal glands with acid forming foods and drinks, and supplements and the like, you destroy your nervous system. When the nerves become compromised in the body builds up with acidosis, then you deplete the function of the adrenal glands and the do effects are going to be anxiety.
When you’re producing over amounts of cortisol, this could raise your blood pressure. When you elevate your blood pressure then your going to run into anxiety. You never want to exacerbate and over stimulate the adrenal glands because when you do this over time you lose the natural function of producing these neurotransmitters, hormones and steroids naturally. When you deplete this process from abusing this important gland, it takes time to regenerate them to produce proper function the way that nature intended it. You don’t want to drink caffeine, soda, energy drinks, coffee, teas Etc, because this will produce an over amount of excess cortisol. All the steroids hormones are synthesized from cholesterol, which also act like anti-inflammatory agents. Cortisol also helps to fight off inflammation, so if your in a lot of pain, and you continue to put wear and tear on your adrenal glands, your going to run into more inflammation. You must understand though that inflammation is a response from a backed up lymphatic system, and it’s acids chewing on the body. If you deplete the function of the adrenal glands from abusing them with acid forming foods and caffeinated substances, then you will lose cortisol function and run into more pain.
You definitely don’t want to build a habit of stimulating your adrenal glands just to find energy, not understanding their important role when it comes to neurotransmitters that the body needs for proper brain and nerve function. You don’t want to damage your nervous system, because then you will definitely suffer with anxiety. You want to bring calmness and proper function to the body by removing acid forming foods and acid forming drinks and acid forming supplements from your life. If you complain about dealing with anxiety, but continue to eat acid forming foods and drink caffeinated substances, then there really is no curative answer for you, other than to just continue to suppress the problem and never get to the root cause. We must understand as humans that are diet plays a huge part with why we deal with anxiety and depression. If you change your diet, you could work on your emotional part of your body as well. Because it’s the obstructions the block the flow of energy the compromise our abilities to think, react, and make wise decisions in life. We remove the blockages found in the foods, the drinks, and a toxic and stressful lifestyles, and we get back to nature, then we could bring restoration to the whole body when it correlates to the spirit, emotions, ego, and of course the physical aspect that we cherish to keep healthy, so that we can function in life as an active human being on this plane.

You don’t want to deplete glandular function and throw our body out of balance, and turn of these glands that produce these natural chemicals the body needs for vital health and function. You can get back to a normal life of feeling calm, active, and alert, if you just find the self-control, determination, and willingness to change your lifestyle around by getting off all the stimulants, and the stimulating junk foods, and adopt a raw living foods diet based around fresh, organic ripe fruits, and use herbs for medicine that will help the body function the natural way.
