Their is so many excuses to remain in denial about eating dead animals! The more you eat them, the more chances you are to develop some kind of cancer! Your creating toxic carcinogens when you fry this dead carcass, and it’s damaging the cells in your body! All in the good fun of getting a taste bud kick, and an amazing animal has to die, because you have an obsession of eating dead body’s you have no biological need for!?
The International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) has classified processed meat as a carcinogen, something that causes cancer. And it has classified red meat as a probable carcinogen, something that probably causes cancer. IARC is the cancer agency of the World Health Organization.
Processed meat includes hot dogs, ham, bacon, sausage, and some deli meats. It refers to meat that has been treated in some way to preserve or flavor it. Processes include salting, curing, fermenting, and smoking. Red meat includes beef, pork, lamb, and goat. Twenty-two experts from 10 countries reviewed more than 800 studies to reach their conclusions. They found that eating 50 grams of processed meat every day increased the risk of colorectal cancer by 18%. That’s the equivalent of about 4 strips of bacon or 1 hot dog. For red meat, there was evidence of increased risk of colorectal, pancreatic, and prostate cancer.
The keto fad diet suggest to eat bacon and eggs for breakfast! But we have the evidence that these animal products are know to damage cells (cancer) and your also starving your body of carbon which is the body’s primary and preferred fuel source. Just because something taste good to you and is “natural” doesn’t mean your body will not get a future blowback when the lymph system backs up with acid waste, and you loose kidney filtration and cannot eliminate them.
The kidneys are a sensitive organ, and their also a very important eliminative organ as well. You don’t want to damage your kidneys with animal proteins, and you also don’t want to put carcinogens in your body because you love your family barbecues, but we live and we learn, and ta also very rare to see someone thrive and succeed long term on these high meat diets long term, because like I said once the kidneys shut down, you will wake up with serious inflammatory problems!
Their is only one diet that is known to reverse heart disease! It’s a Whole Foods plant based diet. Meat can’t accomplish this task, why? Because it freaking causes heart disease! These animal fats clog up the arteries, damage the Endothelial cells, leading the person right into a heart attack.
The meat and dairy industry is investing big bucks creating propaganda about carbohydrates, trying to create a carb phobia, but processed meat because it’s devoid of carbs is better for you ? lol! Whole food carbohydrates are not bad for you and nether is fruit because it taste sweet loaded with “toxic sugar” plant foods just because they contain sugar doesn’t mean their bad for you, it’s not the same as high fructose corn syrup lol!
Understand that the fiber and vitamins and minerals in the plants is what your body needs, and the natural sugars is what fuels the human body effectively, not toxic burnt animal saturated fat. The sugar in the Whole Foods is a vital nutrient, and not the same as fueling your body with processed sugar!
A major study published in February 2005 reconfirmed the link between animal products and heart problems. The study, which was published in the American Journal of Epidemiology, concluded that among the 29, 000 participants, those who ate the most meat were also at the greatest risk for heart disease. The researchers also reported that a high intake of protein from vegetable sources such as tofu, nuts, and beans lowers our risk of heart disease by 30 percent. Dr. Linda E. Kelemen, the scientist who headed the study, told reporters, “Not all proteins are equal”—while vegetable protein can help keep our hearts healthy, eating animal protein can put us in an early grave.
Don’t get hung up in proteins to, because it’s the least important micro nutrient the body needs. The body wants amino acids, not proteins, and you can find them in a variety of fruits and vegetables. Mothers milk is so low in protein anyways, so that alone debunks the myth, and importance of “needing” protein.
Your addicting to the meat and its ruining your health! If it was me I would run away from these trendy high protein diets that encourage meat, because it’s a dead end road when you starve the body of carbon, and it’s only a matter of time when the honeymoon phase ends, and you wake up in hellville because you bought into the myth that high fat and protein diets are good for you, and whole plant foods because they contain “carbs” are bad for you!, Instead of getting caught up in the trends, just understand that your a fruigivore designed for fruit, and you can get away with eating a variety of whole plant foods, but there is nothing about the human physiology that would indicate a need for dead animals, let alone the natural desire to eat one without salt, spice, and heat, let alone kill one in the wild, but you can’t say that you wouldn’t desire a fresh colorful ripe juicy fruit on the tree wanting to be eaten, fruit is a food that wants to be reproduced to continue the natural cycle of life, so get them in your body, and understand the research of achieving optimal health is found in the plants, not dead animal carcasses!
