When you are zen you are in a state of relaxation. A state of meditation means that you are quitting the chattering mind and redirecting your thoughts in a positive space.
The mind is always there to remind you about something and often because humans are under a lot of stress and disconnected from nature the mind often reminds the person of the past or of something that is uncomfortable and painful. the zen principle the way I understand it means that you are in control of the mind meaning that you don’t allow the circumstance to work you up and to create a negative chatter and headspace that leads to discontentment and dis-ease. The zen principle encourages meditation and breathing and letting go of things that may create a negative thought response that often leads to negative actions.
The originality of the word zen was birthed out of Buddhism which is a meditation practice. The focus is to quiet the mind and bring it to a state of relaxation and come into the present moment to calm the person’s hyper mind and redirect it in a state of total acceptance.
Zen centers the person’s relationship with there mind. Being Zen” is essentially a state of being at peace with your own thoughts, and being self-aware of your place within the universe.
We don’t always except are current reality and circumstances in life and this greatly influences the mind and causes unpleasant chatter!! Having a zen mindset can encourage and manifest positive outcomes because what we put in the mind attracts physical realities and lessons but when we acknowledge the fight to desire and “need” for something and we let go and just allow these things to flow in an organic fashion then most of the time the outcome is pleasant anyways and the manifestations lead to the desire of the heart-centered in life and purity.
The zen focus allows you to sincerely free yourself from the tangible and illusory bonds of the physical world, and Allows You to tap into the unseen fabric of life, and be fully satisfied with your place in it.
The zen principle motivates and encourages time set aside to relax the chattering mind and to meditate to silence the chatter and redirect the thinking to areas that heal the mind and help the conscious mind to collect downloads of awareness which leads to more positive patterns of how we Pursue life and how we live on the moment which also helps decision making anyways that is more directed from a place of awareness rather than from a place of impulse. When you process the situation from a place of “zen” and you don’t allow the mind to panic then you will know how to Calculate the situation and find out how to go about dealing with it from a place of wisdom rather then from a place of mundane reacting which comes from a place of programing in a world that is asleep in the matrix instead of from a place that is natural rooted in the spirit.
The zen mindset and the zen discipline to meditate will help the body relax and help the mind to let go and accept the present reality which will help create wisdom with how to go about life in a state of spirituality rather then a state of black and white “logic and reason” which often lead to the opposite outcomes because true logic and reason comes from a place of awareness bred from the divine-spiritual world, not the conditional materialistic world that encourages act, act, act and fight, fight, fight from a place of impulse rather then from a place of wisdom and understanding. You want to be cunning as a serpent but gentle as a dove.
Love is understanding and love is gentle and kind, Love is loyal and love suffers long and endures all things, and love is patient and when the heart space and mind space are meditating from a zen mindset of acceptance and letting go of the ego then these traits of love are embodied!
Be “zen” and take time to meditate which I myself need more discipline in! Quite the chattering mind and peace will embody you when you let go of the negative programming and you can reboot the software of the mind to let go and to let the divine flow through you.
