Breaking a long term fast

Breaking a long term fast

You need to know when to fast and it’s important to know how to break a fast. If you’re not on a healthy diet I would avoid fasting longer then 3-4 days because if your body is clogged up and your kidneys, skin, and bowels are clogged up you might break up toxins/acids/chemicals/mucus to quick and this can throw you into a dangerous healing crisis. Transition first through the steps of the mucusless diet healing system and then when you fast your body could tolerate the detox and you will be safe. 3-4 days of fasting on the water are one thing but I don’t recommend anyone that is on a western diet of junk to do any longer-term fasting on water or dry fasting.

If you have already adopted a mucusless diet for a while and you are ready to fast then be wise on how you break the fast. You always break a long term fast 12-30+ days with fruit and it’s best to break any fast duration with fruit to ease the body into turning on digestion.

You don’t want to break a fast with cooked foods because why dehydrate the body on cooked when you just spent a period of fasting on trying to remove the acids out of the body so that you can set up an environment of alkalinity because it was the dirty terrain that created the blowbacks that lead you into the fast in the first place. Fruit will be hydrating easy on digestion and will be easier for your body to eliminate the byproducts and you don’t want to burden a sleeping pancreas with heavy food but you want to gently wake up the pancreas with fresh ripe enzyme-rich fruit like ripe mango, melon or papaya.

If you are highly depleted and underweight, very weak I wouldn’t even recommend a long term fast on water but if you already have done the long term fast and your undernourished I would break the fast with a small bowl of fruit and follow up with a bowel of organic mushroom broth. The mushroom broth is very medicinal, high in minerals and calcium and nourishing to a person very underweight and dealing with weak bones. The mushroom broth would be the same thing as having a herbal tea except for it will create minimal digestion. If you’re not extremely underweight then stick to the fruit and continue to hydrate and alkalize the body on fruit and I would eat small bowls of fruit for a couple of days before you eat anything heavy in cellulose and fiber.

If you try and break a fast with meat dairy or eggs you can really hurt yourself and shock the body meaning your glands and organs decide not to work and now you fail to eliminate all the toxemia and acidosis you just pulled to your kidneys, skin, and bowels. Why would you turn on digestion with acids!? And heavy to digest foods that are already known to be constipating? Even a meat eater knows not to break a fast with meat! And would break it with bone broth. How can you say meat is healthy if you can’t break a fast with it? There are so many things you can’t do with meat when it comes to health and regeneration that you can with raw living plant foods specifically fruit and herbs.

If breaking a fast with dead tissue whether it’s raw or cooked can kill you than it’s quite obvious that meat and animal “foods” block the flow of energy and roadblock fluidity and that’s the last thing you want to do when you are trying to take out the trash from a long term fast!

The first thing you always want to do when breaking a fast is to eat soft ripe organic fruit or raw fruit juice before you consume anything else because fruit is hydrating encourages fluidity and helps pull out lymph and most cooked foods will cause constipation and that’s the last thing you want to do when you have done a long term fast.

The only cooked foods you will get away with when breaking a fast are herbal teas or broths but I prefer fruit or fruit juice before anything else. If your not a raw foodist I still would recommend at least 2-3 days on fruit to make sure you pull out the excess of waste that you steered up on a prolonged fast because the last thing you want to do is lock up the kidneys bowels after a long term water fast, dry fast and even a juice fast. You might also want to do daily enemas to pull out any hardened mucus in the bowels and after you turn on digestion to assist with a good non-laxative herbal bowel formula for at least 2 weeks after the fast especially if the fast was 20-30+ days.

If you don’t know what you’re doing then please don’t fast unless you are with a professional that knows what they are doing so you can get some experience with a supervised fast before you do them on your own in the comfort of your home. True fasting is water or dry fasting and juice fasting is more dietary but can still be very effective for bowel cleansing and moving lymph but you want to transition first and open up the doors before you pull too hard with fasting because if you are but filtering well, your kidneys are locked up you already have a history with constipation and adrenal weakness (low neurotransmitters) it would be best to adopt a raw plant-based diet for while focusing on the fruit before you do any long term juice, water or dry fasting.

The End

Get back to nature my friends, get back to a diet that your biological design to eat, tap into your intuitive Consciousness, let your instincts guide you, live in the present moment, and I promise you my friends you will thrive!
