Calcium loss, edema, and elevated cholesterol - the root cause


Why do these things happen in the human body? Your losing calcium? Your holding onto to, too much water, and your cholesterol is elevated, and it’s causing artery dysfunction, and plaquing in the body. There is always a cause to an effect when this happens, and it’s fork to mouth.

Systemic acidosis causes these things to occur, and it’s camping out on the wrong side of chemistry for too long, and the body is losing its ability to eliminate its waste. When acids saturate the body, then natural antacids will come in to deal with them, and if your kidneys are shut down, your skin is clogged up, and you’re not eliminating your acids, then water comes in as a universal solvent to buffer, the body will steal calcium from connective tissue to fight of acids, (calcium is an antacid) and cholesterol is also an antacid that buffers, but it also plaques up the body, and creates stagnation when it comes to blood flow, and lymph flow.

The body is always trying to protect itself, but it’s not worth going against your body by abusing it with foods that break it down. Work with your body, by keeping it healthy, and eliminating properly. If you don’t keep the body alkaline, then your body will be in fight mode, and you don’t want to lose calcium, damage your kidneys, and deal with edema, and deal with elevated cholesterol, that damages the arteries, and can causes strokes to occur, and heart attacks.

Acids cause these problems to occur, and when you’re out of sync with your body, and it’s natural design, with how it should function to maintain regular hemostasis, then we can’t bitch when the blowback occurs.

If your dealing with these problems that are related to your sewer system being clogged up (lymphatic system) then your kidneys and adrenals are down, and you’re not filtering, because If you were filtering, and alkalizing your body with foods that are designed for it, you wouldn’t be dealing with these problems, because raw fruits and vegetables don’t cause these things to occur, because they hydrate, alkalize, and clean the eliminative organs, so you can eliminate metabolic waste, before the body baths in the acids that break the body down.

Meat, dairy, grains, and beans are your acid ash forming foods when you remove them from your diet, you can set up the right environment for acids to come out, and the body to maintain an alkaline balance. Edema? your kidneys are not filtering, and your acids are being steered up, but not being eliminated. Calcium loss?, your body is stealing calcium from bones and connective tissue to fight of acids, and acids most likely have damaged the endocrine gland that helps you utilize calcium, (parathyroid) you don’t make parathormone, you don’t utilize calcium, so your body will lose it, and a body full of acids will continue to steal on top, and you run into serious bone and connective tissue related problems. Cholesterol? It stones up the body and causes plaquing, and damages the arteries, and endothelial cells, and strokes and heart attacks are around the corner.

All this is caused by acids, so you need to remove them, and treatment and masking the issue is not going to solve the problem. Changing your diet to a base dominate diet, that cleans and moves your lymphatic system, unclogs the kidneys, and creates the flow of energy to remove your waste, is how you fix this. If your alkalizing and you are filtering through your kidneys, the body will fix and correct itself naturally.

Fruits, berries, and melons are human food, and when you adopt a diet that is designed for you, the flood gates upon up, the acids and sewage come out, and the body regenerates itself.

You may not be able to just adopt an all-fruit diet overnight, because the body will go in aggressive detox mode, and your body may not be able to handle it, when the flood gates open up, because Mother Nature shows no mercy, so you need to ease into your natural diet, though transition. Focus on less, eliminate the worst foods first, adopt a low fat Whole Foods plant-based diet, and have fruit for breakfast, and after every 30 days, eat more fruits and veggies, and less cooked foods, and support your kidneys, endocrine glands, GI tract, and lymphatic system with herbal botanicals to buffer, and to supper structure-function to cells and tissue, while the body eliminates years of stagnating waste. Once you transition for at least 60-90 days to a diet that’s 100% raw and 80% fruit-based, the body will start to become alkaline, the sewage will come out, and it may be uncomfortable for a season, but there is a reward at the end of the tunnel, and it’s a hydrated alkaline body, that feels light, no more pain and fatigue, and a new life of reward, not suffering and being raped with pharmaceutical drugs, that only buffer symptoms, and prolong a blowback for another day.

These problems are diet-related, and the foods are drugs that humans consume, they taste good, but radically cause damage to the human body, and all we have to do is walk down the street to consumer land, to see humans are very obese, ratted out, and in very bad shape, and it’s because they are dinning at the food court, eating foods that are 100% acid, and 100% pus laden, and 100% mucus forming. The body is not designed for this abuse, so get your life back by eating more fruits and vegetables, and don’t focus on adding on to the junk, but rather the subtraction of foods that break down the human organism.
