When it comes to true regenerative detoxification, it’s not what you add on that will promote this process, but rather the focus of eliminating obstructions that are blocking the flow of energy and creating dis-ease in the body that should be the focus when it comes to Restoration of acidosis. What happens is when the body breaks down interstitially, and becomes backed up from head to toe with systemic lymphatic acidosis and congestion. A lot of people end up discovering, they have an absorption issue, and so the body wants to break down, to fix this problem. You will end up losing more weight than desired. If you are somebody that is dealing with malabsorption during detoxification, you want to understand the process of elimination, in order to mentally push through the struggle when it comes to body image when you lose more weight than expected. If your eating fruits, berries, melons, green juices, and herbs your getting more nutrition than your body actually needs and requires, so it’s not a nutritional issue that your dealing with. Also it’s not going to be about the calories you consume either, of course you want to eat until your satisfied, and get full on your food, but the focus of eating more than the body requires, will not fix this issue, it’s not going to matter how many calories you consume, when the body’s trying to eliminate the obstructions that are creating the absorption issue in the first place. The only way to fix this imbalance is by removing the mucus plaques in the GI tract that’s blocking absorption in the small bowel, as well as filtering out acids that are interstitially creating this problem in the lymphatic system. You also want to focus on healing and regenerating your adrenal glands, and kidneys, so that you can move your lymphatic system, getting rid of cellular waste that have been stagnant in the body, creating an absorption problems over a lifetime of consuming acid-forming and mucus forming foods. This is an interstitial problem, not a lack of nutrition, or lack of calories problem. If you are losing weight on foods that have the most nutrition you have malabsorption. it’s very easy to find all the nutrition your body requires with fruit and herbs and vegetables, this should never be the reality you face on the most nutritious foods on the planet raw, fresh in their natural state. You can never get more bioavailable nutrition in cooked food, because cooked food is dead, and depleted of nutrition, and the calories will just be more of an empty calorie vs that of a raw food.
Putting your focus on consuming more calories than you even desire, to hold on some weight, will actually be detrimental to moving your lymphatic system, because the whole goal to remove the stagnant lymph acids that are interstitially trapped in the body. You don’t want to put your focus on digestion, but rather allow the body to detoxify and eliminate should be the focus. This is also counterproductive for one, because counting calories, will not do much for you, if you have malabsorption, and if your eating foods that you’re not designed for to put on some weight, is very counterproductive to your whole focus of healing, and detoxing your body in the first place. For those that have malabsorption, actually could put on more weight, juicing there fruits and vegetables, with fewer calories, then if they were to eat more calories than they desire, to try to compensate for weight loss. It’s about absorption not about quantity, and you could add on all the nutrition you want, and still not absorb it, so it will do you no good to fix the problem.
You need to come to terms that your car is in the shop (your body) and that you must tear it down, and rebuild it, nature’s way, and that’s going to be to get out of the way, with focusing on nutrition and calories that do not fix the problem in the first place, and just allow the body to clean out the obstructions that are blocking the flow of energy, remove the mucus from your bowels, and your body will get absorption again.
When it comes to detoxification and healing of the body, the body will naturally want to break down and get rid of all the metabolic wastes first in order to repair itself and rebuild the proper way. When your trying to force the body to build and detoxify, you will find yourself getting frustrated and not getting to the root cause of the problem, which is acid trapped interstitially. Acids could only come out of the body when you allow the body to rest and create a fasting state, rather than a feeding state. This may be difficult temporarily because of the weight loss, but it’s a better investment to allow the body to break down and heal, so that it can rebuild naturally when the time is right. I’m a living example of this, dealing with malabsorption and also healing my body through detoxification. I may have lost about 45 pounds dealing with malabsorption.
I focused on superfood blends, calories, and trying to eat more, I had less success with detoxification, vs just allowing myself to eat when I’m hungry, and stop when I’m satisfied. Now that I’m just allowing my body to do its thing when it comes to regenerative healing through detoxification, I’m starting to put on weight, actually eating less, because I’m not needing to eat so much to be satisfied anymore, and I’ve gotten a lot of mucus that was blocking absorption in my small bowel out of my body, and now my body is starting to rebuild, through numerous days of getting my kidneys to filter, and cleaning out my bowels from the obstructions that are blocking absorption. I’ve made no changes, and I’ve been very consistent with the amount of food I eat, and I also dry fast for 18 hours every single day, and I’m fixing this problem. I’ve also have been on a one fruit alone vacation for 6 months straight, only eating mangoes and taking a variety of herbs, and I’m starting to get better absorption, and the weight is starting to slowly come back on. I am curing the problem, rather than trying to artificially put on weight, because I need to meet an expectation of making people in my life feel comfortable, based on fear because they don’t understand the detoxification process. Their starting to understand by my example of being determined to do this the right way. If you do this consistently, and the doubters in your life see you starting to put on weight, with no changes to your diet, this is a huge testimony to them, and will speak volumes of your testimony and experience, doing things the proper way.
For a lot of those that have struggled with ego and body image, need to learn to let it go, when it comes to not exactly having the body type you desire to have. Patience really is not on our side when it comes to our culture, and having a quick fix now type of mentality.
This will teach you patience, if your determined to really heal on a cellular level, and are someone that wants to cure the problem, rather than mask it, and manage it by treating the problem. One of the biggest problems when it comes to natural healing and detoxification, is that we try to treat, rather than restore. You cannot treat lymphatic acidosis, you must get out of the way, and let the body heal itself on its time, by creating energy for lymphatic movement, rather than putting too much energy on treating a cause that can’t be treated.
If your eating fruits and vegetables your getting all the nutrition you need. Every species requires a specific amount of nutrition, and if you look at all the animals in nature, nutrition is very simplistic, it’s no different with the human species. We also have a species specific diet, and all the nutrition that our bodies needs and require come from fruits, and if you are adding on herbs, and vegetables, your getting more nutrition than you actually really need. Unfortunately the health world, has confused the topic about nutrition focusing on meeting a certain nutrition requirement Rather than just focusing on eating foods are designed to eat. Cows eat grass, that’s their natural food source, and when they just eat grass, they get all the nutrition they need, and they don’t create any toxic imbalances like we do as humans. Humans get fixated on supplementation, mineral supplementation, and just consuming an over an abundance of chemistry, that is actually foreign to their anatomy, because your body is set up and designed for a specific food source.
Complexity can sometimes be a negative contributor, rather than something that benefits the body. Cows eat grass, and they also don’t type on chronometer to look for a specific amount of nutrition to meet their daily needs. Human beings are the most confused species when it comes to the food their designed to eat. We overcomplicate things, and we wonder why we are a dying species, with an epidemic of poor health worldwide. The more simple we make things, the healthier we get. Their is a reason why those that actually consume less, and fast seem to be the most healthiest in the long run. Their also have been plenty of people that have cured and restored many of their health problems, and so-called deficiencies by simply just water fasting. there is a good reason for this, it’s because their removing the toxicity build up in the body through elimination, so that the body will be able to absorb and utilize foods, to get the benefits from them in the first place.
I think it’s important to find a reasonable balance to the approach, and process of detoxification. Just simply eat when your hungry stop when your full, and eat the foods your biologically designed to eat that promote detoxification and healing on a cellular level. Don’t panic and think you’re not getting enough nutrition, because your getting more nutrition you ever have your entire life when your eating fruits alone. The problem is you’re not getting absorption because your body has been fried by acids. You regenerate your entire body by removing these acids, you will fix absorption, and experience all the many benefits you will get from eating the most superior food source on the planet, which are going to be fruits.
You can fix any problem you have, if you attack this long-term, have a balance of just eating when your hungry, stopping when your satisfied, and allowing your body to rest through fasting. Get your kidneys to filter, clean out your bowels, and eventually you will be glad you didn’t float around like a confused puppy, trying to get results, through ignorance, do to fear, not understanding the body must break down to a remarkable level, in order for it to rebuild and repair properly.
Don’t fear the process, look towards those that have been living examples, that didn’t focus on nutrition and calories, that have reversed their health problems just by getting back to the diet their biologically designed to eat, eating an abundance of fruit, or eating what their bodies can handle, it doesn’t matter. If you stick to the fruits and the herbs, it’s just a matter of time that your whole body will come into balance, with regeneration, and you don’t need to force the process, by trying to find a specific nutrition ratio, and meeting your so-called specific calorie needs. You just eat when your hungry, stop when your satisfied, and you learn to fast a couple times a week, and not focus so much on consumption.
