I know it’s been said right that a decade of waste accumulation will take a decade to clean out!? I don’t believe this and I think we need to be intuitive with our body and listen to the singles when it comes to cleaning and when it comes to building.
Yes, the iris is a mirror showing your lymphatic system and if you dig dip and you are eliminating well you should see your eyes changing colors and getting lighter.
I don’t think we should be in a constant catabolic state for years on end. What I mean by the catabolic state is when the body is constantly breaking down and not building up. An all-fruit diet is very effective when it comes to the body removing the acids that cause systemic inflammation in the body. An all-fruit diet can take you from hellville to wellville without question along with herbal medicine.
However, if you go past 6 months on a fruit diet and you are still losing weight, muscle, and energy I would get yourself out of cleansing (detox) and I would start building up with some foods that are more amino acid-rich so that you can put on some weight and muscle.
This is the thing we live in 2020 and with eyes wide open it’s quite apparent the food is lacking in minerals, vitamins and nutrient density. The soil is full of metals, chemicals, and acids and the fruit is being picked unripe and shipped across the world. This is a key reason why I believe people are struggling long term on a fruit diet. I know you are a frugivore right? You want to eat the fruit on the tree and you don’t want to eat cooked foods, veggies or nuts and seeds and animal products. Well, you can’t bank on your “species-specific diet” because we don’t live in a world that has food that nature created for our species and the genetics are so damaged and mutated and being used to eating modified cooked foods it’s hard to build upon the diet that is healing you. Meaning long term it may not sustain you and you must look at your body and listen to it so you can determine whether you should supplement with other food sources because we are in a fight to absorb nutrition and unripe fruit may not be enough to get your needs met.
I know we need to clean the mucus out of the small bowel to get proper absorption and fruit, herbs and fasting are really going to be the best effective tool for that.
We need to have a level of common sense as well and that means you can clean and pull the mucus out all day but if you keep losing weight and muscle after years of cleaning you should stop obsessing about mucus and acidosis and start thinking about it’s probably also the fruit you are eating that’s not vibrating as high as it should and the nutrition might be lacking as well.
I think that if you are not dying on your death bed you should detox in seasons not straight through. This is the detox and building method. This is 30 days on fruit only and 30 days on fruit, salads, nuts, and seeds and possibly some cooked food sources to build up and repeat in this cycle so you don’t get to ratted out from detox in a catabolic state.
Let’s be honest here and observe the primates in nature. We are 97% Identical regarding physiology and anatomy And they are not even eating all fruit let alone all vegan and the fruit they have access to is most likely more nutrient-dense than what most of you are getting in your grocery stores. The primates eat fruit, roots, veggies, bugs, seeds, and even animals for survival and to Compensate for the lack of nutrition because of the problems that are occurring in today’s matrix world.
I wouldn’t worry about nutrition when you are ravished regarding your health because you need to clean out the chemicals, processed foods, and all the modified foods that you grew up on that got you sick in the first place however you don’t want to live in this world for too long and that’s why I believe in detox and building in phases. I wouldn’t be living on an all-fruit diet relying on grocery store fruit for longer than six months. I tried for two years and then found myself plateauing with how I felt regarding my health and created tons of fermentation in my body trying to live on unripe chemical-laden fruit. Enough was enough so I started adding in greens, nuts and seeds and even some cooked foods.
I think in a perfect world living in a garden of Eden we would be able to adapt our natural diet and thrive long term but one thing I do know is that an all-fruit diet definitely worked for me pulling me out of pain and suffering, but long-term for lifestyle I don’t believe it gave me that perfect health that I was hoping I would achieve.
I’m very grateful for what I’ve been able to accomplish looking back at how bad my health was and how much pain I was in. But the truth is I don’t believe I’ve achieved that “perfect health” that some people falsely assume you can achieve on 100% raw let alone just fruit. I have not been able to achieve perfect health on a vegan diet to be upfront about the facts and I’m not saying that adding on animal foods would solve the problem either. I think that all the foods are being altered and manipulated and sprayed with toxic chemicals and I also believe that our health is being damaged by the 5G frequency, and what they’re spraying in our skies and the plant foods been watered with toxic water, etc.
You got to do your best and eat the food you have access to, and I did end up healing myself on grocery store fruit and not 100% organic, but intuitively I felt like I needed to build up because I wasn’t able to achieve that on just fruit and to be honest I’ve never heard of one person that has been in a chronic debilitated state regarding there health that has lost tons of weight on fruit be able to build it back on just fruit and I’m not saying that nobody has done that but the hundreds of people that I’ve worked with that have gotten great results healing themselves on fruit still struggle to manage strength, muscle and a healthy weight being a militant fruitarian for years on end.
I definitely had the passion, the hope and the determination to help people heal and I often just parroted information I learned thinking that well if we are frugivores that it’s is just detoxification and eventually the body will rebuild itself. Too many people have experienced the opposite including myself and I just don’t think it should take longer than two years to gain weight on fruit regardless of how backed up your lymphatic system is. Maybe in a natural environment where we’re eating ripe organic fruit that’s growing on nutrient-dense soil that hasn’t been manipulated, We would be able to build upon the same food that is detoxifying the body but we don’t live in that world and that’s why I think we’re having this issue and I’m not gonna bullshit and sit around and pretend like oh no you’ll be fine your body will get everything it needs because you are a frugivore, yet what would a primate eat even if they did have access to an abundance of tree-ripened fruit? I mean come on guys do you really think that insects are going to provide their needs but yet they still desire to eat them??
Just saying when we observe the primates which like I said before have the same digestive tract as we do are not eating an all-fruit diet year in and year out and I think we need to observe this to understand why and understanding why nutrition is lacking like it never has before in a world of chemicals and processed food pleasure eating.
We must tap into our instincts and common sense and avoid getting obsessed with detoxification because were in a fight to even get quality food and I never once believed I would say this but the reality is I think nutrition is vital because it’s never has been so low like it has been today regarding the food supply we have access to feed ourself and our families.
We are not living in the same world as Herbert Shelton and Arnold Ehert Meaning that taking information from the specialist of the past and trying to make it work in today’s world may be a mistake regarding the current circumstances that we are facing. The facts are the world government wants to genetically modify all the foods and this is why we should be growing our own food and doing our best to transition out of the concrete jungle back to nature so we could take our health in our own hands.
This is an article of thinking outside the box and this is why I believe that as a specialist I want to help people detox but I also want to help people build. I’m still on a quest and journey to figure out how to build properly after long-term detox and trying to find an adequate enough nutrition observing the current circumstance wherein regarding the foods and how they are being used against us as a weapon to control the population and trust me the chemicals on the food are not to keep the bugs away let’s be honest. ?
