When you understand the simplicity of chemistry knowing there are only 2 sides of chemistry acid and base/alkaline and you know what foods are dominate regarding the 2 sides of chemistry then you can make your life much easier regarding to cause and effect when it comes to the chemistry that enters your body.
Acid dominate foods (heavy complex proteins) leave ash in the body and this acid ash causes damage if not removed out of the body quick enough. Proteins don’t build tissue it’s the amino acids that do and foods low in protein such as your raw living foods high in base dominate chemistry happen to be fruits and vegetables in their unaltered state.
Base dominate chemistry hydrates and protects your cells and acid dominate chemistry damages cells causes dehydration and inflammation in the body.
If the chemistry you breathe in, put on your skin and ingest by mouth is acid ash forming and this is a constant cycle day in and day out your lymphatic system is going to get congested and the body is going to create mucus to try to protect your cells and tissue from being damaged. The problem is too much mucus in the body blocks the flow of energy from removing your waste and also creates toxemia within the body causing dis-ease and dysfunction.
Processing of all these foods of course makes them more acidic.
Worst to least ??
The most damaging acids you can consume regarding diet are your animal products. All dead tissue filled with stagnant blood, eggs or hen period, dairy or animal fluid-filled with mucus and pus is the most acidic “food” you can consume and the ash and mucus produced from them create systemic acidosis damage the Endocrine glands, the eliminative organs to remove waste such as your kidneys (metabolitic waste) and your bowels (digestive waste) when your kidneys shut down, bowels and your skin stops sweating from a damaged thyroid then acids back up in the body Interstitially and the body shuts down and chronic dis-ease is Eminent!
Grains and beans would be your lesser acidic foods other than animal products and grains and beans also are heated to high temperatures in order to break down the heavy fiber just so you can consume them and they are also high in phytic acids, enzyme inhibitors, anti-nutrients, and beans can literally kill you if you eat them raw and not properly cooked. Grains are very acidic hard on the digestive tract, very starchy and whole grains eaten in excess can add up too much protein which means more acid in the body. Tubers of all kinds and pseudo-grains would be a better alternative to avoid too much of an acid Ash build up in the body.
I’m not sure if these foods create an acid ash in the body but they are without question acidic cooked if you observe what cooked tomatoes can do to a Teflon frying pan!?? Yes, remove the metal right off the pan so not a good idea to put that in your body knowing your GI tract is sensitive tissue!!
For one oil is not a food it’s pure fat and it’s isolated and processed and not a whole food. cooked oils are highly acidic and rancid and the very substance that wares out the gallbladder and causes gall stone formation. Oils are very high in fat interact with sugars causing insulin resistance leading to sugar metabolism problems and cause chronic Fermentation in the body. Oils are for cars not human body’s.
nuts that are not properly soaked and sprouted the Phatic acids are high and some nuts can be too high in protein which would create more of an acid ash. Nuts lower in protein and higher in fat are more ideal because the fats buffer the acids. Always soak and sprout nuts and seeds and try to keep the protein on the low end when consuming them.
Starchy tubers cooked such your potato varieties are acidic as well because they are mucus-forming and any mucus produced from a food is a response to acid and burning up electrolytes (dehydration) so potatoes even though are lower in protein still contain a lot of starch and too much sticky starch in the body can create acid ash accumulation. Sweet potatoes are the least acidic out of all the starchy tuber varieties. The least acidic foods you can consume cooked and the least mucus-forming if mucus-forming at all is going to be your starchless vegetables and foods like winter squash and pumpkin and the like.
Now the natural citric acids in fruit are converted to alkali in the body which don’t create acid ash. Fruits are low in protein and fruits hydrate the body which protects the cells. However, if you eat unripe acid fruit varieties the fruit will be typically more high in acid then they should be because it’s the ripeness and sugars that make the fruit alkaline in the first place. Don’t eat unripe fruit
True alkaline foods and true electrical foods are fruits and vegetables in their unaltered state. Ripe juicy fruits are very alkaline and your dark leafy greens. All your vegetables are as well but the vegetables outside of the herb and leafy green kingdom and sprouts are hard to digest raw and better to cook to break down the cellulose but again any form of cooking is acidic at some level because the combustion is acidic.
The best focus regarding keeping the body properly alkaline is going to be foods that are fully of energy, hydration and help the body with moving the lymphatic system and removing the debris and metabolic waste build-up and these foods are your fruits, berries, and melons and your herbs and tender leafy greens.
Get back to nature my friends, get back to a diet that your biological design to eat, tap into your intuitive Consciousness, let your instincts guide you, live in the present moment, and I promise you my friends you will thrive!
