Celiacs disease


Don’t be confused based on medical thinking and labels.

You must understand for one that disease is an illusion, and a world of dreams trying to figure out how to correct! There’s only two sides of chemistry that create health conditions and that could either be conducive to health or conducive to degeneration. Acid or alkaline it’s that simple! focusing on food intolerances will only get you so far when it comes to the understanding of what’s actually going on in your body that’s rejecting specific foods, and what’s going on in your body is acidosis. It’s acids that are trapped in interstitial spaces around the cell walls in your digestive tract, and specific foods that are highly inflammatory and acidic are aggravating the condition.

Any kind of inflammatory condition that expresses itself in damaged and genetically weak areas of the body is due to a lymphatic system that is backed up and not eliminating the body’s waste. Whatever the conditions name is and label, it’s not a disease but rather a body that is on the side of acid and not properly alkaline.

Every human being on this planet regardless if their expressing symptoms has a gluten and grain intolerance if you look at anatomy and physiology correctly. Gluten is an acidic protein found in specific grains, and anybody who eats too much of these grains especially the processed ones that are extra concentrated in gluten are going to damage their kidneys, their GI tract, and the body will build up acids and interstitial spaces and soon reject these foods that you ingest. Gluten grains are highly acidic that’s why most people don’t do well with them because their lymphatic system is backed up so much, and the body is on predominantly on the acid side of chemistry, it can no longer tolerate these highly acidic foods. The body will never fully tolerate these acidic foods, because these acidic foods are what caused the lymphatic system to back up in the first place.

It’s not a matter of having an intolerance to gluten grains, even though they’re more acidic than the other grains. The fact that remains here, is that humans aren’t designed for grains all together because they’re enzyme inhibitors, filled with phytic acids, contain anti-nutrients, and are not pleasant for the lining of the GI tract. All these silly labeled medical conditions, can be very quickly eliminated if we stop trying to treat and masks symptoms, and find specific cooked food diets that will continue to fail us as a species. If you have “celiac disease” or any other “disease” lol it’s only result of not even eating the living foods and the body is getting out of chemistry and balance, and in order for it to reach a proper homeostasis you must alkalize the body with foods that clean it, and allow the lymphatic system to flow, and remove the acids through the kidneys so that it doesn’t continue to backup and create these chronic inflammatory conditions.

The problems your body is expressing are much more serious then “celiacs disease” you could remove gluten from your diet, but this doesn’t eliminate your problem because it’s not the gluten primarily that’s causing this condition because this condition doesn’t exist in regards to medical thinking. Gluten grains are just telling you how acidic your body is, and the gluten grains because they are so acidic are just revealing to you the underlying cause which is not an intolerance primarily, but rather a body backed up with acidosis because of consuming foods that are predominantly mucus forming and acidic.

This is a sign that you need to detoxify your body and adopt a living foods diet that will clean out your lymphatic system, and continue on this diet as a lifestyle change understanding that humans have not adapted to these acidic cooked foods, and never will. Human beings just like all the other animals in nature are designed for raw living foods, and the human species amongst the majority of the other species in nature are designed for foods that are predominantly alkaline not acidic. Your acidic foods as limiting as this may sound for most people because of the way that we have been eating predominantly the majority of our lives, and the way we have been conditioned to eat are going to be your grains, beans, starches, eggs, dairy, and animal products. Of course your steamed veggies, and some of your tubers are not going to cause your body an issue like the majority of these other foods will, but still at the end of the day they’re transition foods, and shouldn’t be used as a staple to promote health, but rather to help you wean off cooked food and transition to a living foods diet.

If you have acid stagnation that has damage the lining of your GI tract because of these acid forming foods such as gluten and grains, I would highly suggest a very simple diet based around fruits and herbal botanicals, and I would even avoid the acid fruits, and the hard to digest salads and vegetables, because the cellulose fiber can be an irritant when there’s damages and ulcerations in the GI tract.

Truly a diet of fruits, berries, and melons in the sweet and sub/acid category along with the herbs and the green juices, can be beneficial as well if the body is very acidic, and can’t tolerate specific fruits because of the astringent power. Even though these astringent fruits may sting and expose weakness due to alcerations in the body, doesn’t mean they’re causing damage, but should be abstained so you can find your balance and toleration, and then to work up to these more astringent and detoxifying fruits.

The fact that remains here is that a fruit based diet is the most effective healing diet, and the most compatible diet for the human species, because we are frugivores and have a digestive system designed for the fruit fibers and living waters. I don’t recommend that people just come off cooked food diets, and jump right into a limited diet of fruits, berries and melons, but some of you have to, if you truly want to clean your lymphatic system, open up your kidneys and heal the ulcerations caused by acids, and there’s even some of you that have damaged your bodies to such a degree that you need to work up to a lifestyle and habit of fasting not just eating the foods and taking the herbs. For somebody to jump right into an all-fruit diet is going to experience aggressive detoxification reactions, depending on their genetics, constitution and how bad their health is. If you can’t handle the cause and effect of detoxification, I highly suggest green juice, and also a little bit of steamed starchless vegetables for dinner so that you could detox at a moderate level, and work your way up to all fruits, so that you don’t overburden your body & mind with aggressive detox you can’t handle.

The human body truly has not adopted to these foods even though their whole plant foods, doesn’t mean they have the healing power, and are compatible in the human body like the raw living foods are such as your fruits and your optional veggies if desired. You could remove gluten all you want, and replace it with other acidic grains, but you must understand that your problem is much deeper than what you think, and it’s just acidic foods exposing a stagnant acidic condition, that could only be truly healed on a diet that promotes regeneration and detoxification.

Most people that have this so-called condition and have an intolerance to gluten grains also have an intolerance to most acidic foods, and we must break the denial and build the discipline and habit of returning back to nature and adopting a living foods diet that’s more compatible with her, just like all animals in nature, we are not adapted to cooked because we are designed for the living, no matter what these funded studies, and “scientific data” tell us about being adapted to these foods don’t hold much water when it comes to real human experience, because people aren’t reversing chronic and degenerative health conditions on cooked but they are however on the living. Yes a Whole Foods plant-based diet can reverse a lot of poor health conditions coming off of a standard american diet, but for those that are truly backed up with acidosis and the lymphatic system is clogged from head to toe, can only go so far on cooked food until they have to give it up and dig deeper, and allow the body to detoxify and heal itself with living chemistry that provides the electromagnetic energy the body needs in order to heal itself.

Dead food do not have the life force and biophotons to electrify the body, and turn on organs and glands to function properly like living foods do. We are living in a day and age where mother nature is very quickly waking us up, and reminding us that we must return to our biological diet, and put an end to killing the food and depleting its life force. Stop adopting medical conditions, celiacs disease simply does not exist, because humans have an intolerance to most grains, starches, and putrifactive, mucus forming animal products.

Most people are not going to believe this but it’s a fact that we’re frugivores truly designed for a fruit based diet meaning that at least 90% of our calories should come from fruits and predominantly from juicy fruits. Frugivores can tolerate vegetables in the sense that they don’t create acidosis, and mucus in the body, however they do not digest as well, and you will not get the bioavailable nutrition and utilization from them, like you can with the fruits, and that’s why people juice the vegetables in order to get the minerals and nutrition from them.

You could reverse your systemic acidosis by not only eliminating gluten but also all the other acid and mucus forming foods I listed, adopt a living foods diet based around fruits, use the herbs to help bring restoration, and healing to the ulcerations in the GI tract, and all throughout the body, and get back to nature, get back to the diet your biologically designed to eat, tap into your intuitive consciousness, let your instincts guide you, and I promise you my friends you will thrive.
