Chimp and bonobo primate diet - Should we eat like the primates?

Chimp and bonobo primate diet - Should we eat like the primates?

Researchers also found that bonobos share about 98.7% of their DNA with humans—about the same amount that chimps share with us.

The chimpanzee diet is primarily vegetarian and consists of more than 300 different items, mostly fruits, berries, leaves, blossoms, and seeds but also bird eggs and chicks, many insects, and occasionally carrion. Chimpanzees also hunt, both alone and in groups, stalking and killing various mammals such as monkeys, duikers, bushbucks, and wild pigs. They also appear to use certain plants medicinally to cure diseases and expel intestinal parasites.

What do you guys think? Do you think this has always been chimps/bonobos natural diet? Or do you believe that this is survival do to the compromises of their environment has created this diet in the same way that humans had to “adapt” to on omnivore diet due to migration away from the fruit forest into colder scarce environments? It is without question that the Homo sapiens have pushed primates up Into the mountains away from the fruit and we have taken the fruit for the market place.

Seeing that are anatomy is almost identical to theres it would only make sense observing nature that we should eat like them and to be in harmony with nature. I think that the diet of primates a thousand years ago was mainly fruit if not an all-fruit diet but what do we really know regarding the past?

We know what works for regenerative detoxification and fixing the body growing up on processed Frankenstein foods and that’s a fruit diet 100 raw with the help of herbs and fasting however what is a frugivore diet? Is it 100% fruit or just highly fruit-based? I have my opinion but this bit is for social networks, rational thought and observing with an open mind and I just want to sit back and read the comments and be the observer.

What do you guys think? Is a frugivore diet supposed to be an all-fruit diet as we observe nature and the earth a thousand years ago? Or is the frugivore diet what we see today? And should we eat like the chimps and bonobos today or what they ate 1000 years ago? and do you think that the diet they adopt today is what they adopted 1000 years ago?

Please don’t Psychoanalyze me like I’m asking questions because I’m confused! I’m trying to create a dialogue so don’t make this post about me it’s about the collective and what everyone thinks?

I do think that when we look at nature and the physiology of the primates seeing that it’s almost the same as ours then we should come to the conclusion that we should adopt the same diet because humans have lost there way with their diet and humans have lost their instincts and have left nature!

Where is the research, research nerds!! that states the chimps and bonobo diet was 100% plant-based and mainly fruit if not 100% fruit centuries ago?

Here is the research I have found regarding the early human diet. Fill free to read it and to state your thoughts! ? ? ?
