So what would cause connective tissue weakness and dehydration? Get the broken record out… here it comes ACIDS! If you don’t remove your metabolitic waste out of the human body’s sewer system then you will experience the blowback of an acid cause. Acids dehydrate the body and until you get the acids out you will deal dry skin and this overtime causes wrinkling.
The answer to this problem is not just eating fruit!? Huh? I thought it’s all about fruit Jonathon!? Yes, it is a huge part because fruit does provide hydration to the body and fruit does move the lymphatic system. If you have acids in intercellular spaces then you will feel dehydrated until you get them out and fruit and even the herbs may not be enough to open up the kidneys so you can drain the body of these acids, and you may need to dry fast to pull them out and in the meantime you may feel even more dehydrated.
Look at it this way when you dry fruit like a date, for example, it looks wrinkly, well the same thing goes for the body when it gets dried out from acids and foods that dehydrate the body. (Acid ash foods) when you get the kidneys to filter and you remove the acids from the subcutaneous layers from the skin then you can hydrate the skin and improve the skin tone.
Wrinkly and saggy skin is connective tissue weakness. This is prolapsing of the skin and this is related to not utilizing calcium well and forcing the body to steal calcium from connective tissue to fight acids in the body that are caused from an acid ash forming diet. Proteins, cooked foods, and all your processed foods.
You also want to look at your eyes (iridology) to see if you have a genetic weakness in the parathyroid gland which responsible for the utilization of calcium keeping bones and connective tissue strong. Again it’s the same concept to heal the parathyroid gland and to overcome systemic dehydration that contributes to wrinkly skin and that’s to remove the acids that cause these dysfunctions. You have to hydrate with the fruit, get your kidneys to filter and put in the time and hard work clearing out the acids and mucus in the body and you can fix your parathyroid gland and get rid of systemic dehydration that contributes to dry, saggy and wrinkly skin.
If your skin wrinkles from the sun it’s because the sun being a ball of acid is only exposing your acidic body. Acids on acids cause wrinkles on the skin. When the body is properly hydrated you should not have skin issues from the sun when you bath in it.
Clean your sewer system with fruits, herbs, and dry fasting and see how you improve your skin tone because I can attest of looking much younger and much-improved skin only because I have been moving lymph out of my body, which is even more important regarding regeneration. Your skin will wrinkle more as you age without question but acid stagnation in the body and not filtering cause this to happen much quicker
Genetics plays a huge factor as well and producing inadequate amounts of melanin as well keep the skin from aging. Strong genetics and constitution will also determine the acceleration of healing because like I said the better you remove the sewage (metabolic waste/ acids) the more effective you can reverse these issues. I believe that dry and wrinkly skin is related to for one acidosis and 2 due to interstitial dehydration, which is systemic acidosis, and connective tissue problems stemming from a poor functioning parathyroid gland which is caused by acids stagnation that damages it as well.
