Cooked foods and detoxification are not compatible


The question you need to ask yourself is why would cooked foods promote detoxification? Why would cooked foods promote healing and regeneration?

Cooked foods are denatured and in order to clean your body properly and regenerate tissue, you must be one with nature to accomplish that goal. For healing, you want to transition to 100% raw and focus on the astringent alkaline water-rich fruits and the small percentage for balance and to slow things down when needed the veggie drinks, veggie fruits, and lettuce only.

The optimal diet for humans is fresh organic native fruits, veggie fruits, coconut, lettuce, and fresh herbs only.

Tropical fruits are the best and of course, getting them right from a tropical climate properly ripe. For detox, an all-fruit diet is most effective and it’s perfectly ok to detox in stages by doing all fruit for one week and fruit and low-fat salads the next.

Not only do you want to hydrate and alkalize your body but you don’t want to stress the body with heavy digestion and cooked foods are hard to digest because usually, the cooked foods you eat are heavy in complex carbohydrates, protein, fats or heavy cellulase veggies. All these foods will be too hard on the body to process and the body will find no window to fast so that the body can effectively eliminate waste.

Energy and hydration are what encourages the body to detoxify and dead dormant foods and definitely not high fat and protein found in dead animals.

The fruit is the most energetic foods whether you experience energy or not. If you don’t feel the power of the fruit your glands are down or you’re experiencing the power of the fruit allowing your body to detoxify and also fruits clean and dissolve waste in the body and move the lymphatic system to drain properly.

There are veggies you can cook that are not mucus-forming which means they don’t promote congesting the bowels and backing up the lymphatic system. (Starchless veggies) But these foods are for transition and you will eventually plateau on anything cooked when your body is clogged up from head to toe and your dealing with elimination problems mainly kidney filtration and you’re dealing with systemic acidosis.

Less is more for affective detoxification and this is why 100% mono fruit diet along with herbs and maybe some green juice thrown in the mix will start to encourage the body to pull out the obstructions that create dis-ease within the body.

Now after you put in the work and detoxify correctly and clean lymph and pull out the acids you can eat cooked foods again if that’s your focus but understand if you have highly damaged your body it will take several years to clean and rebuild it and once you get used to a clean alkaline living foods diet your body will not allow you to live in the world of cooked food dining trust me.

Cooked foods don’t promote healing and cooked foods were not the original foods designed for humans or any other species that live in the earth and in the waters haha. Humans came into the world on raw foods first there mother’s milk and also once upon a time went from milk to fruit in the raw state the way nature made the food. Let the sun “cook” your food not fire that damages food which in return will damage the body and especially if you already have elimination problems.

So if you are curious can I reverse acidosis and clean out my lymph system on a diet of raw and cooked?? I was not able to experience that and so many plateau on cooked and never clean the body effectively until they go raw and for the advanced people need to go all fruit, fast and get herbal medicine to properly heal and detoxify.

If your kidneys are not filtering and your eating cooked than good luck with your “detox” because cooked foods don’t have the cleaning nature to clean the kidneys and adrenals so that the kidneys can filter well and cooked foods don’t have the energetic power to move lymph! Also if your bowels are highly backed up the last thing you want to eat is dead tissue, animal fluids, eggs, grains, beans, and any starches because these foods are what damaged the bowels and left undigested remains in the colon, clogged up the colon with mucus and damaged the microbiome and bring in fungus, yeast, bad bacterium and parasites and when they create waste in the body now you become very inflamed due to the uric acid crystals that stick and weaken the bowel wall.
