You do not become satiated with cooked foods. Cooked foods create a numbing effect. Cooked foods sedate, stimulate and cause overeating patterns. Real satiation doesn’t cause overeating. Notice after hydrating and alkalizing the body with fruit and simple raw food meals that you find yourself eating less, and you find yourself more content on little!?
When you get clean and you empty the body of yeast, fungus, and parasites and you hydrate the body cellularly overtime you will become a simple eater and feel your best on a simple diet of fruit and simple salads or veggie fruit salads.
When you hydrate and alkalize the body 90% of the time and then eat cooked foods and you stimulate the body with salt, starch, fat/oils, and stimulating spice such as garlic, onions and spicy peppers you may find yourself eating more than your pancreas can handle and this is why you experience the brick belly effect. Because cooked foods are drugs they stimulate the brain to want more then you need and you end up overeating. You also overeat because oils are void of absorbable nutrition, and cooked starch is just concentrated sugar and dead foods have no life, enzymes, and enough nutritional availability to satiate you.
You will find yourself overeating and when you don’t digest your meal because you slam the pancreas and gallbladder you will find yourself with acid reflux, brain fog from excess fermentation, gas, bloat, retraining water, and severely dehydrated from the acid hit you put on your body. Cooked starch, cooked fats, and cooked anything will deplete the body of electrolytes and cause dehydration. Cooked starchy foods absorb water as well causing dehydration. It’s the live foods that create oxygen in the body, fuel the cells, activate ATP and clean the body of metabolic waste.
If you want to hydrate after overeating on cooked foods I would drink coconut water, cucumber juice, or drink watermelon juice for best hydration.
Cooked foods are not satiating and anyone that thinks they are don’t understand what it feels like to be hydrated and alkalized on a raw vegan diet focusing on the fruit, tender leaves or the low sugar fruit varieties. It’s not about calories it’s about hydration, alkalinity, and oxygen.
It’s the cooked foods that are acidic and mucus forming and this is the root cause of lymphatic stagnation in the body. This is what damages the eliminative organs, congest the lymphatic system and creates interstitial lymphatic constipation in the body. Yes, there are mucus lean and mucusless cooked foods and those are the starchless veggies and cooked fruits. The problem though is that cooked foods are dead foods void of enzymes, oxygen, and this is why people overeat on the cooked foods because cooked foods don’t satiate the body, the raw living foods do.
If you are not satisfied with raw foods it’s simply because you still have excess parasites, yeast, and fungus in the body and or you may have a hyperthyroid and malabsorption issues. When you fix the adrenals, thyroid, clean out the small intestines wall of mucoid plaque and you filter the acids out of the bowel interstitially, and you get rid of the microbes that feed on the dead foods then you will find yourself eating less, satisfied on simple and when you do cheat on cooked foods every once in a while you will learn first hand that heavy cooked foods dehydrate the body, cause bloat, gas, inflammation, and simply block the flow of energy and slow down the elimination process.
