When you cook you bond chemistry, which means you create an acidic compounds, which in return create a cationic environment, which means acids become dominate and stagnant in the body, which also in return creates systemic dehydration. Heat creates combustion, and combustion is acid chemistry.
When you bring alkaline chemistry in the body, acid chemistry comes out of the body, and now your creating an anionic environment, which is a hydrated environment. Fruits and vegetables are the alkaline dominant foods raw in their fresh and natural state. Acids come out cells, tissue, glands and organs can repair themselves.
You can create an acid exhaust system in the body, and damage your eliminative organs such as the skin and kidneys, or an alkaline exhaust system which keeps the eliminative organs healthy, so you can eliminate the acids that destroy them. You must maintain hydration, and cooking food and ingesting them, creates a dirty exhaust system, and causes dehydration. If the eliminative organs get damaged, and your consuming acid forming foods, which are all cooked proteins, whether that’s animal or plant sources, then acids don’t come out, and dysfunctions are imminent, when it comes to the functions of the human body.
Your urine and sweat remove your metabolitic waste (acids) acids damage the thyroid gland which controls the way you sweat, and when you struggle to sweat, then you don’t remove acids through the skin like you should, when acids damage the kidneys, they get clogged up, and mucus and calcification causes this, and you don’t filter the acids out via the urine.
Cooking foods don’t promote filtration though the kidneys, and cooking actually impairs the body from healing itself. All you have to do is be the experiment for yourself to figure this out. Cooked foods don’t heal and unclog the kidneys, it’s the foods that promote hydration do, and that’s fruits, berries, melons and vegetables.
If you were to close off the exhaust system in your car, what do you think is going to happen to the engine, and mechanics of your car? Same thing in the human body. Acid and mucus forming foods such as your beans, grains, starches, and animal foods close off the exhaust system in your body, (skin and kidneys) and also the bowels get clogged up, and you get constipated, and you can’t remove your digestive waste.
It’s vital and important to keep these pathways of elimination open, so your body will clean itself, and the fuel you give your body will determine how it runs. I don’t care what anyone says, cooked food is not medicine, the living foods are, and fasting will allow your car, (body) to get its monthly tune ups, so it can clean itself effectively. This is why fasting and detox should be a lifestyle, not just a temporary thing to get out of hellville, and then return to this hellish city again.
We live in a toxic world, and acids are dominate regarding the foods we eat, air we breath, and chemicals put on the skin. When you cook food, you remove the living water and electrolytes, which creates dehydration and carcinogenic compounds, and this is why the body creates more white blood cells indicating the body is in attack mode. This commonly occurs when you are sick, your white blood cells come out to protect you. It may surprise you to know this immune response also occurs when you consume cooked food. lt is referred to as digestive leukocytes, but it’s interesting to note, this reaction does not occur after eating raw/uncooked food.
Forget about the bullshit labels such as “disease”, “autoimmune”, and “fibromyalgia” and understand chemistry and physics rules creation. It’s acidosis, and it can all be fixed when you stop putting acids in the body, you hydrate with alkaline dominate chemistry, and you get your eliminative organs healthy, which will happen in time on a diet that cleans out the body, and sorry to brake it to you, but it’s a very simple one at that, and it’s a diet of fruit. You want energetic electrical astringent foods, which are fruits.
I don’t think any cooked foods are properly alkaline sorry, because when you cook them you create more of an acid ph in that food. But Jonathon quinoa, millet and amaranth are alkaline, ok! Well then if your going to eat them, it’s best to sprout them, and eat them raw if you want to keep them properly alkaline, but at the end of the day, they will not move the lymphatic system, clean your pipes, and starch clogs up your GI tract, and leaves residues behind, which ferments, and brings in fungus in the body to clean up the mess.
Do you see what I mean? Don’t find excuses for why cooked foods are a good idea, because it’s not a good idea, and I’m just simply speaking the truth when it comes to hydration and alkalinity, and cooking destroys that, sorry to brake the bad news to you.
If the food doesn’t promote regeneration, then why waste your time? You want to heal right? You want to maintain right? You want to enjoy your body while your here living in one right? Then stop cooking your foods, and transition to a living foods diet, and you will thrive on fresh ripe fruit the most regarding the function of your physiology, as a fruigivore species, but the good news is vegetables are alkaline as well, and even some sprouted, soaked nuts and seeds on an occasion for some balance would be better for you in my opinion, then anything damaged, cooked and destroyed, because cooking creates unnatural chemistry whether it’s “mucus lean” or “mucus free” or not. Mucus is not the main cause of all “disease” it’s acids that are the problem. Mucus is only a response from the acids, and when you get clean, and your body adapts to alkaline raw food eating, your body can detect acids much easier, and even cooked starchless veggies could create mucus in the body, when your body is used to a diet of mainly fruit, and some vegetables, because cooking is acidic, and that’s a fact, because combustion is acidic, and the mucosa creates mucus to protect the body from acids.
Cooking should never be a maintenance food for health, it’s only a temporary thing to transition coming of a junk food diet, to a raw food diet, and in my opinion you don’t want to camp out their for to long, especially in todays world regarding the toxicity overload, and genetic weaknesses we have created from cooking food, and the chemicals we have put in our bodies.
