If your life and persona are wrapped in your diet then you are wasting your life because life is much more then what you put down your pie hole!
Find a hobby and be productive in life and eat when your hungry and move on. If your mind is always thinking about perfecting your diet you are creating constant anxiety which leads to mental “illness”.
Diet purism is silly but animals are not foods and that’s a conscious subject not diet related. If you are stuck on purism with raw foods or fruitarianism and your even afraid to have a salad and if you do you beat yourself up when you eat something outside your diet once in a while you are creating mental “illness”
If you always think about food and it runs your life you are hurting yourself and missing out on life. Yes diet can be a priority when you have based your diet around toxic foods that have destroyed your health because chemistry does play a vital part in cause and effect when it comes to maintaining health or losing it.
Eating fruit and raw foods will help the elimination process and most if not all health problems are related to the lack of eliminating waste without question but if you get to a place of health from the detoxification process on a fruit diet with herbs and fasting and want to find your “balance” with other foods do your thing I’m not judging and I got over that years ago if you have been paying attention.
I am not a purest and haven’t been for a year because I got over basing my life around diet perfection I just do my best and I put my focus on other things in life. I am a detoxification specialist and help people heal with fruit, herbs, and fasting because diet is vital when it comes to bodily regeneration. I do not associate myself with raw vegan purest and militant non loving vegan people, I associate with people on my vibration frequency and that’s love, nature driven peps and those that desire spiritual evolution of disconnecting themselves from this low vibrational unconsciousness Babylon matrix system.
If you base your life around gossip and pointing your finger and judging people by what they eat when it comes to cooked or raw then you are vibrating on low levels and need to go through the karmic cycles of life until you wake up and focus on things that matter in life.
Yes I tell people to eat raw foods and focus on the fruit because it’s vital for healing and I am a healer but that doesn’t mean I base my diet around detox 24/7. I am not afraid to eat cooked food when the fruit sucks but just because I’m not “perfect” with my diet doesn’t mean I’m going to tell someone they shouldn’t when they are trying to heal.
Get the work done, heal yourself and what you eat after you heal is your business and I am not policing anyone because again I’m not your raw food figure I am a light bearer and healer and I would rather put my energy on love and human evolution then be the guy that got someone to eat fruit lol!
Eat healthy of course and fruit is the best food for humans but find other things to do with your life then basing it on being a “special” raw vegan person ? if you have no love you are not effective on this planet and if you judge and base your life on diet gossip and all that bullshit then I guess get through your weird silly experience but I chose to dissociate with raw vegan and cooked vegan police people.
Music, love, nature, human connection, and knowledge and spirituality and whatever else that’s beautiful can be implemented in your life other then basing all that you do around the food you eat. I see a trend and I don’t live in that world when it comes to creating a persona around detox, diet and veganism. I’m into health, detox and veganism of course but it’s not my identity and I try not to have one because I’m always trying to grow, learn and evolve.
Get back to nature my friends, get back to a diet that your biological design to eat, tap into your intuitive Consciousness, let your instincts guide you, live in the present moment, and I promise you my friends you will thrive!
