We live in a diet obsessed culture. We live in a culture that promotes a specific body image. We live in a culture that thinks that as long as you lose weight your going to be “healthy” we live in a culture that doesn’t even understand the terminology of regenerative detoxification, this should be the replacement term for getting healthy, not going on a so called healthy diet, and losing weight because we live in a world of chronic obesity.
A lifestyle that promotes regenerative detoxification is not a “diet” program! It’s designed to dig up the root and create a long-term permanent solution.
We have diets that are being promoted and funded and falsely advertised such as a Paleo diet for a keto diet. Both these diets however are full of karma And promote suffering of innocent animals. That alone will not solve a problem but only mask the symptoms and temporarily cover up a problem.
Not only will people suffer the consequences of their Karma when they eat dead animals, and support the funding of the death of innocent animals, it’s also very foreign to the human anatomy, and there is nothing about the human species that is designed to eat dead putrefactive flesh from another sentient being!
Anyone that comes from a standard American diet, eating predominately processed food, full of additives and chemicals and flavor enhancers, is going to feel better When they adopt a diet mainly based around Whole Foods, even if it is animal food, when you remove processed carbohydrates, processed meats, you could heal at some level, and detoxify at some level, because you’re removing more metabolic waste that you had accumulated in your lymphatic system, but to clean your lymph system that is really backed up, it’s going to take a raw living foods diet to really clean it out, and you must go after the root and dig it up to overcome the problem, which is acidosis to regenerate the entire human body, and also keep it healthy and rebuilt for long-term, not feeling a certain way temporarily, and plateauing very quickly!
When you’re out of balance with your natural diet for too long, the body will send out signals and compromises will take place. The fact is that the human body’s natural main fuel source is carbon not fats/proteins. If you switch your fuel source over to lipids, you may feel good temporarily especially if you’re overweight, because lipids are anti-inflammatory, and just mask and cover up symptoms, but they don’t dig up the root, and detoxify the body, and that’s how you regenerate the body as a system, and cure problems that you accumulate and experience.
The body is designed for simple sugars mainly found in fruits in their raw in their natural state, when you rob your body of simple sugar, overtime the body will fall into a state of dehydration, which will create an acidic environment were pathogen’s, microbes, parasites, yeast, molds, worms, and fungi live and thrive!
Diets will always cause a crash and burn, there’s always a feel-good wedding ceremony in the beginning, especially if you’re coming off of a standard American diet, but soon the body will plateau, and if your kidneys are not filtering, and you’re not cleaning your lymphatic system, then it’s getting backed up, and eventually when the organs and glands start to shut down, that’s when the body will send signals of acids chewing on cells, and you will regret a temporary solution, and not getting to the root cause.
I continually bring up the fact that it’s not about diets to overcome these problems that we have created, it’s about returning to what we should be doing in nature, and every animal has a species specific diet, including human beings.
Humans are not cave dwellers, And even the Paleo diet was not built around meat when we bring up our ancestors! This is a fabricated lie that the meat and dairy industry is funding for people to do false missed leading research, that is based on partial truths, and a whole lot of disinformation.
We need to go back real far to figure out what climate that humans originate from, and it wasn’t caves and I having to create fire to survive but it was a tropical climate where the fruits flourished, and they were easily accessible. There is nothing aggressive about the human nature that would indicate that we need to live in caves, or hunt pray.
Nature has provided food for every species that is easily accessible to them in their raw living state, and humans it’s the same situation, but because of climate change, and because we have migrated away from the tropics for so many years, humans had to find tools, and discover fire so that they can dig up the roots, and hunt for pray to survive. Every diet outside of a fruit-based raw food diet is only a survival-based diet!
The optimal diet for humans will always be a fruit-based diet, and unfortunately because we have damaged our bodies to such a high degree, people have sensitivities to fruit, only because the fruit is very astringent, and pulls, and tries to move waste from the body, and this will only trigger your symptoms temporarily, however if you push through the detoxification process, and focus on regenerative detoxification, you will experience the complete opposite with fruit, and you will start to gain sensitivities towards every other food outside of it, proving that your body has readopted back to its natural diet, and that’s what you should be eating.
All other foods outside of fruit have a long digestive time and don’t eliminate effectively, however fruits clean and are eliminated from the body very quickly.
Fruit truly provide all of our needs, but we must get through the detoxification process that they create in the highest form, because when you start eating food your designed for, the body starts to heal itself, it will heal every damage that it discovers, and this will be a season of your car in the shop breaking down and repairing, but it may take several years to do so, before it really builds, and you experience all the benefits of a healthy lifestyle, but I don’t care how long it takes because we have the research, and the facts are that you don’t want to go on a diet that only mask symptoms for a temporary solution, but instead to adopt a diet that is designed for your species and anatomy, and also promotes regenerative detoxification, which digs up the root, regenerates damage cells, and cleans and repairs the body as a system, so that you could experience health permanently for long-term as a lifestyle, not just another fad diet of food that is out of balance with the human organism.
Get back to nature my friends, get back to a diet that your biological design to eat, tap into your intuitive Consciousness, let your instincts guide you, live in the present moment, and I promise you my friends you will thrive!
