Every species in nature has a diet that nature has designed for them. We have the omnivore species, herbivore species, frugivore species, and the carnivore species. Before we analyze the human species, let’s take a look at what kind of diets the other species eat and thrive on.
When it comes to anatomy and physiology, what others species in nature do we resemble the most out of these categories ? Why don’t all species eat the same? Why are there even categories? The digestive tract is designed to eat specific foods depending on what species you belong to. Nature really does make things simple for us. Humans seem to complicate the simplicity, and reality that we are no different then other species in nature. Humans are the most confused species when it comes to the food they eat!
If we were to compare are anatomy to other species in nature what species do we resemble the most? I would say the primates with common sense. Why do humans complicate things when it comes to the food they consume? We know not to give are pets certain foods, but we don’t know how to feed ourselves in order to be healthy! Look at how closely we resemble the primates that are deigned as biological frugivores.
Human teeth are not designed for tearing flesh as in the lion, wolf or dog, but rather compare closely with other fruit-eating animals. Human teeth correspond almost identically to the chimpanzees, bonobos, and other frugivores. The complete absence of spaces between human teeth characterizes us as the archetype frugivore. The “canine” teeth of humans are short, stout, and slightly triangular. They are less pronounced and developed than the orangutan’s, who rarely kills and eats raw flesh in its natural environment. Human canines in no way resemble the long, round, slender canines of the true carnivore. Human teeth are not curved or sharp like the wolves or tigers, nor are they wide and flat like the grass and grain-eating species. Human teeth are actually like the fruit-eating monkeys, and the human mouth is best suited for eating succulent fruits and vegetables. It would be extremely difficult, if not impossible, for humans to eat raw flesh without the aid of fork and knife. It’s quite obvious to me that humans do in fact have a species specific diet like other species in nature, and it’s 99% identical to the bonobo fruigivore species. Fruigivore species are designed to eat at least 95% of there food consumption from fruits! When we look at the facts and eveidence based on the diet are anatomy is most compatible with, then you would think we would be more aware of what we should eat! We are so confused it’s scary! If we keep things simple maybe we can get far in healing are bodies simple going back to the foods we are designed to eat, instead of following a ridiculous structure of eating a variety of chemistry to meet a specific macro or nutrient quantity. We go on crono-meter to see if we are meeting a specific daily nutrient content? For what? It’s as simple as understanding that every species in nature has a diet designed for them, and it’s 100% raw and the Homo sapiens are not a special exception to this! Do we really think that cooking are food and eating other species is healthy? Has intellectualism and unconsciousness brain washed us this bad? Stop wasting your time with crono-meter, or meeting a certain macro ratio, and just eat the foods your designed for.
Your designed for fruit so get over trying to justify getting proper nutrition from other places!
Why are we so confused about fruit? Why are the so called “nutritional experts” demonising the very food humans are designed for? I’m so tired of hearing about how getting too much fructose is harmful for you, or it can cause faty liver! Maybe high fructose corn syrup can, but not fresh, whole, ripe and organic fruit of the tree grown in nature!!! Fruit sugar is life and energy for the cells in the human body.
I know that these so called nutritional experts are stuck on vegetable thinking. (“The green movement”) The facts are humans are not designed to eat veggies. The cellulose fibers in the veggies are not even digestible in the humans digestive tract. There is a good reason we created juice extractors, and there is a good reason why so many people struggle with digesting vegetables.
An herbivore is an organism that feed exclusively or mainly on plants. Herbivores typically have adaptations towards a specialization of eating and digesting plant matter. This could include but is neither limited to nor has to have flatter teeth to grind plant matter, long intestines, gut microbiome to digest cellulose and other hard-to-digest parts of plants.
Do we even come close to resembling horses, cows, elephants, or a deer? Cows have multiple stomachs for a good reason, because there designed to brake down and digest plant matter, humans aren’t. If someone even tries to claim that veggies are better for us then fruits, there stuck on none empirical evidence, and have invested in unconscious “Intellectualism” that holds no water, and should be ignored, rather then praised as health experts or “pioneers” in the health movement. Saying fruit has too much sugar is like saying water is to wet! If we don’t use are common sense, and get back to nature, and eat the food for our natural design, everything will come into balance in its proper time. Fruits are good for you, they are designed for you, and you are a fruigivore species designed for a species specific diet like every other species in nature.
Fruit is the easiest food to digest, which should right there, tip us off that we are biologically designed to eat it. Just because we are able to digest other foods, does not make us fit for their consumption. Omnivores are designed to eat everything. Humans can eat meat, but they are not designed to, which means they are not true carnivores or omnivores.
It’s quite Interesting that the very food thats designed for humans, is also the very food that heals them, and detoxify them better then any other foods source. You can make excuses all day, and try and justify that eating fruit based diets are not healthy for you, but at the end of the day your concepts are just built on theories, and not based on facts. Imagine you’re the only person on earth, there is no infrastructure, there are no restaurants, only you and the wilderness. Soon you’ll undoubtably get hungry. What are you going to eat? There are animals running around everywhere, so you could kill, one and cook it over a fire. But time is of the essence and you need something to eat now, not later. Besides, the act of killing an unarmed animal and tearing its flesh apart doesn’t exactly sound too appealing, if there is a fruit tree, your going to eat the fruit every time, your instincts will never guide you another direction, only brain washing does that.
Fructose is the highest energetic form of a monosaccharide or simple sugar. Neurons (nerve cells) especially attract fructose molecules. Fructose enters the cell through diffusion molecules. Fructose enters a cell through diffusion instead of via active transport, which its counterpart glucose uses. Diffusion saves the energy for the body and cells. Any activity requires energy, including the activity of transporting nutrients across cell walls. Most nutrients also require a helper or carrier to assist in this movement through the cell wall into the cell. As ATP (adenosine triphosphate) is a cells stored energy, it is used in active transport (the assisted transportation of nutrients across cell membrane walls). Glucose needs insulin to a certain degree as a “utilization hormone” for this active transport. Fructose, on the other hand, requires no ATP or insulin and is simply pulled or absorbed through the cell wall by diffusion. For diabetics, fructose is perfect, especially if they remove complex sugars from their diets. Complex sugars create excessive glucose levels in the blood which then creates more insulin demands. Raw fruits and vegetables are always your best sources of simple sugars. This is One reason why your blood become stronger and more energetic on these foods. Foods high in protein and low in sugar’s, or foods high in complex sugars, rob your body a vital energy, creates acidosis and elevate blood sugars. Simple sugars also aid alkalization of the tissues, which is vital for tissue regeneration and vitality. Fruits are good for you, they’re designed for you, and they will not hurt you in anyway. There is no food, supplements, or superfood on this planet that’s more superior than fresh ripe organic fruits. The evidence is clear that humans are frugivores. If we don’t except this fact we could never move on to simplicity with what foods were supposed to eat. The diets of every other species in nature is very simple and not complex. The more simple we keep things, the cleaner our bodies will get, and the more healing we will attain from it.
Eat simple, eat what’s designed for your species, and ignore the theories, and intellectual concepts that holds no water or facts.
