When it comes to detoxification and removing acids from the lymphatic system greens will slow this movement down. So if someone has a lot of acid back up, and has a chronic health condition, it’s better to abstain from greens to crack open the kidneys to get the kidneys filtering.

Not suggesting anyone jumps into an all fruit diet coming off a SAD diet, but to work there way up to this for detoxification purposes. The human anatomy is designed for fruits because are anatomy, and physiology is designed as a frugivore not a herbivore species, we do not share the same anatomy as a herbivore. We do not have multiple stomachs or grinders or walk on all fours lol.

So if are anatomy, and physiology is not designed for greens, we do not need them, and they don’t matter. However I do recommend we take herbs, and herbs are foods, and considered veggies, but there veggies on steroids, and are known to detoxify a toxic body, and move the lymph system. In today’s world detoxification, and cleansing the body is vital, and the herbs promote this, and so do greens in the beginning of transition at some level before the body plateaus on them, and most people find themselves plateauing after a while with greens when there trying to move the lymph system, and heal there body. You may need to consume them for balance, or building, but not for detoxification purposes. We can get away with consuming tender leafy greens without creating any health issues because there not mucus forming, and they are anti parasitic, and alkaline in there chemistry, but there not an essential need for the human body because we are frugivore species.

Vitamins and minerals is not the main focus for regenerating, and healing the body, this is not factual, and true science. What is true science however is detoxification, and removing the obstructions in the body that create an acid ash that breaks down and damages cells, organs, and endocrine glands. When you remove the terrain through detoxification then your body can utilize, and absorb the nutrition coming in. If you don’t clean out the body effectively, you will get nowhere with the vitamin and mineral concept, and modality. Piling on minerals and vitamins wth an acidic body will get you nowhere, because an acidic body cannot even utilize it in the first place.

Mineral needs are not essential for the human body, because the human body is designed for the amount of minerals found in the food it’s designed to eat, that being fruit!

Your body only requires the vitamins and minerals form the foods it’s biologically designed for. You focus on your species specific diet you will get everything you need to thrive and function.

The problem is the body is so toxic, and congested from the wrong foods we have been eating our whole lives, it’s difficult to get the benefits from an all fruit diet right away, because the fruits are the highest in energy, the most active in detox, and create healing crisis like no other food on the planet. If your having problems with the diet your biologically designed to eat, don’t blame it on the fruits, we must look to our damaged bodies, and understand that we must clean it out first in order to reap the benefits. There are healthy people that thrive on an all fruit diet because they cleaned out there bodies enough to thrive from an all fruit diet.

Here is the proof we are designed to eat at least 95% juicy fruits, veggie fruits, and some roots, but not leafy greens. Here is the records of what early humans ate based on the science findings!

At the end of the day to avoid pointless arguments, understand for digestion and moving lymph through detoxification, veggies don’t have the energetic needs, astringent need, and digestive need to give the body more energy to do that, it’s the fruits that take the “cake” if you will, and it’s just a fact, that you will get much further in your healing and creating more detox on a diet of fruits and herbal botanicals only, then a raw food diet with too much vegetables.

If your plateauing in your healing, and you’re still eating too much veggie matter, get rid of them, and get the herbs that support the kidneys and adrenals, so that your body can handle the detox that an all fruit diet creates. After a while of all fruit, you will find out very quickly what your body prefers, and thrives on, and it’s not a diet high in protein from nuts, and seeds, and vegetables, because raw veggies are very hard to digest, and also go by what your body teaches you, not what the gurus say about “nutrition”, and all that wasted focus when it comes to regenerative detoxification of rebuilding the human body, and the body doesn’t clean, and rebuild on proteins and vegetables, but it does on a diet of fruit!
