Does less calories equal more health and life extension?


What does it truly mean to eat when your hungry and stop when your satisfied? This could mean for the average person that struggles with overeating to stuff their face with tons of food several times a day, because they think their hungry, and don’t truly know when their satisfied because food has become a tool to mask emotions. It has been said that it doesn’t matter how much fruit and vegetables you eat because they are alkaline it’s not a stressor to the body and because they are living and not dead. I think that over eating on any food is a stressor to the body, and if you truly eat when your hungry it will not be a growling of the stomach but more of a sensation of the tongue. Just because we have a chronometer, and a specific calorie index of what we should be eating on a daily basis, this cannot be objective reasoning based on how humans eat today, we must abandon these theories, and models for us, understanding that when you are eating healthy living foods, this does not pertain to the way that your body is going to function. If your eating nutrition, then you shouldn’t over eat, because your body should be able to absorb and utilize it, but when your eating nutrient depleted food that’s dead, then it’s easy to overeat because your trying to fill that satiation void that your lacking from the food your eating, because you’re not getting the nutrition your body needs to sustain you long term.

It’s not about calorie restriction, however not overeating calorie-wise is going to be a healthier option when you truly eat for nourishment, and not for emotional suppression. You don’t want to purposely suppress eating to a specific ratio of calories, however you want to build yourself up to where your body is getting highly dense nutrients from the fruits and vegetables into your body, so that you could run efficiently with the energy you need to thrive, rather than having to eat several times a day and several calories to feel satisfied. In the beginning, your going to have to eat a lot of fruits and vegetables to be satisfied because of coming off of a diet of toxic habits, and already trained to eat lots of calories and overeating for that matter. Once your body becomes accustomed to the living foods, you will find yourself eating less, and you will learn what it means to eat when your hungry and stop when your satisfied, because you will probably end up fasting more than your consuming.

I noticed with my own personal self that I don’t need to eat as much as I do, and that when I eat later in the day but not too late like at night, I could run off much less then if I have my first meal early in the morning. If I eat early in the morning I’m going to want to graze all day long, and I might end up finding myself overeating out of boredom, or to cover up stress. In my experience I have more mental focus, and energy when I’m fasting, versus when I’m over stressing my body on digestion with eating large meals several times a day.

Try to find the self-control and see how long you could go without eating because you’re not truly hungry, and get to that point where when you feel like your body isn’t still digesting your food, and you feel light and not full in your stomach, and then have your first meal, and some of you that have damaged bodies, and blood sugar issues, may feel the need to eat much earlier than somebody that has been fasting for long periods of time, but you need to figure out your personal need to when your truly hungry, so that you don’t overeat, because overeating will take away the body’s ability to heal the damages that have been caused from your past.

Most of the world will think you have an eating disorder if you are only getting about 1500 calories a day, but these people need 3000 calories a day because there eating dead dormant nutrient depleted food, and their body is begging for some kind of nutrition that they are lacking, and most of what they have in their body is water and fat anyways so this is a false appearance of health the way society has imaged it for us to look. The human body should not be massive, whether that’s too much muscle, or too much fat, the body should be lean and strong, and light and flexible. If you need to eat a bunch of food everyday it’s only because of the terrain in your body blocking the flow of energy for nutrition to get into the cells for proper absorption and utilization, and you will struggle with this problem, but after a while you will find yourself eating less and desiring less, and when you do overeat it’s only out of the pleasure of the taste of the food and boredom, or to mask an emotional stressor that your facing throughout your day.

Really it comes down to self control, and not suppressing and limiting true hunger just for the sake of obsession of health, but really being intuned with your body, and knowing when it’s truly hungry, and also knowing when your truly satisfied with your food. When you eat to a point to where the food stops test tasting as good, that’s a good indicator to stop eating because your becoming truly satisfied. Your body will detoxify better when you give it less stress with overeating, and you learn to give it what it actually needs, and you will find out that we could truly run on very little food when we clean out our bodies, and continue to eat live nutrient-dense energetic hydrating foods.

I’ve never been one to promote calorie restriction, or even focusing on calories at all, because of all the confusion that is being stated regarding it. People use calorie restriction to lose weight, or athletes use calories as a tool for muscle building, but I think that these both can be achieved along with health when you start fasting and focusing on the root cause of our problems that block the pathways of getting energy, and that’s acids and mucus, and terrain stagnancy in the lymphatic system. Energy is not just found from calories in food primarily. To create more oxygen pathways in the system, you must remove acid stagnation that dehydrates the body, and also getting your fuel from nature where were designed to function such as getting our vitamin D which is a vitamin primarily found from the sun which means that we need nature in order to have health, and to get our fuel as well, proving that food is not an essential source of energy alone.

Don’t reduce calories, to lose weight, or deprive yourself of eating, but rather focus on cleaning out your body from the stagnant waste buildup from the overeating of acid and mucus forming foods you have been eating your whole life, and calories will naturally be reduced, because you will give your body what it needs, rather than what it wants out of boredom, suppression, and just overall conditioning, and bad habits thinking that eating more healthy food is best, because your afraid you’re not going to get a specific ratio of vitamins and minerals, is complete utter nonsense, because it has been proven that those who eat less are healthier than those that eat more. Less is more when it comes to health, not slamming food to get a vitamin that you feel like you’re deficient in, deficiencies only exist in a culturing medium of sewage stagnation in the body, and the more you clean it out, the less fuel you will need from food, the more energy you will get with fasting, and also the younger you will look and feel when you abstain, rather than add-on.

There are plenty of studies that actually prove that calorie restriction produces more longevity and health, and again I think this also pertains to a 100% living foods diet, even though the living foods are not obstructed to the body. If you don’t clean out your body it’s not going to matter how much living food you stuff down your system, but when you fix absorption, and utilization, then you will experience the truth of how powerful calorie restriction is versus those who think that getting 3000 calories a day is vital and essential to be healthy. When somebody has absorption issues, it’s not going to matter how less they eat or how much they eat, until they fix their absorption and utilization problem caused from a backed up lymphatic system and kidneys not filtering for too long they will not be able to gain weight. Don’t fear that your going to get deathly skinny, if you’re eating raw living foods, your body is just breaking down from detoxification to remove all the toxins and stores that are found in fat cells, water retention, and even from your bones if they’re stored there, but after a while, if you focus on the nutrition not the calories, weight will start to come on naturally, and I say this coming from somebody that struggles in this area, and still hasn’t gained much weight on this lifestyle, but rather I say this with confidence because I have felt stronger and more energetic even though I am much skinnier then when I was eating fattening foods that just caused water retention and excess fat but not health.

It could take several years to start gaining weight when your body is very toxic and you suffer with malabsorption, but still even with this condition don’t focus on eating more, because this will just suppress your ability to detoxify the underlying issue which is acid stagnation and mucus stagnation in the small intestine brought on from too much excess starch and protein, from your prior cooked food diet, so returning back to it, will never fix your problem, but only make it worse for you to deal with down the road, and people that have severe malabsorption can’t even put on weight on fettuccine alfredo, grains and all kinds of toxic and putrefactive animal products.

In all reality this experience on this plane is just a mind screw, and we’re only living in a physical body, so if we train our minds to be strong, with positive thinking and manifesting positive outcomes, as well as not focusing on the physical body, but trying to evolve on a spiritual level which a raw living foods diet high in fruits will produce, then the time frame of healing will no longer be a constant focus, but rather you will just enjoy the journey of leaving your body, rather than being so suppressed to it stuffing yourself with too much food, and focusing too much on healing the physical, when really in all reality if this is a constant stress and anxiety for you, and you need to fix your emotional and spiritual state which is suppressing your physical body from progressing.

When you truly eat when your hungry, and you stop when your satisfied, you will also notice how much better the food actually taste, and how truly satisfied you will become on less. Don’t overeat, and don’t under eat, just truly attain, and achieve eating when your truly hungry, and when you start fasting you will realize that you only need 1- 2 meals a day, and could easily water or dry fast for 20-23 hours very easily without feeling hungry or deprived. Focus on health and not eating, because food has become a luxury of gluttony, rather than for nourishment and feeling the energy stores for just what your body needs. Put less focus on the food, and more focus on your spirit, and everything will come into balance, and you will intuitively grow in this understanding, and achieve this form of discipline without feeling deprived, but rather just from Instinct, and repetition on a living foods diet.
