It’s obvious that in society today we have been told that it’s important to get your protein, and without protein you cannot build a healthy body. Are their any facts behind this? Is it important to find out where to get your protein?, or to understand what your species specific diet is? We could ask these questions all day, and continually get confused about what diet is the healthiest for man, and where to start when it comes to nutrition and health, despite all the confusion. The most important thing is to use your common sense, and to figure out what makes sense, versus what you have been told. Usually the information about nutrition that you find in the mainstream, is just a big pile of dung wrapped with the giant bow of confusion, and holds no real scientific truth behind The claim. What do we know about protein?, what foods contain large amounts of protein?, and do these foods have a reputation of creating a healthy body in the first place? People are so stressed and adamant about encouraging people to eat protein, in order to survive and thrive on this planet. People are fixated on proteins, and these proteins foods are causing detrimental Health consequences, such as eating too much dead animals.
Your worried about protein, but the more foods that contain protein are causing inflammatory conditions, causing weight problems, tumors, cancers of many kinds, bone deterioration, bacterial infections, E coli, viruses, and creating lots of parasitic, activity in the GI tract. Proteins from Meats, dairy products, grains, eggs, are abrasive to the mucosa of the body. This causes a lymphatic response that can cause excessive mucus to build up within the tissue and cavities of the body. Digestive stages of protein matter results in the production of uric acid. Uric acid is abrasive and irritating, which in flames and damages tissues. Uric acid can create arthritis in the joints and muscle tissues, uric acid causes gout. The more flesh protein you put in your body, the more work your immune system, and the more parasitic activity will grow inside of you, many parasites including many viruses, bacteria and worms and flukes feed on waste from flesh protein digestion.
The body does not use proteins for one, the body is looking to break down the proteins to find the amino acids for proper absorption. This protein Ash that is Left Behind in the body is very inflammatory, and corrosive to the human anatomy. Amino acids are found in fruits and vegetables, and you do not need to find them in starch, grains, and animal Meats. Proteins found in meat requires a much more difficult digestive process for human beings, which then robs the body of vital energy. Because of the high acidic content of eating too much meat protein has also been linked to colon cancer, the second largest type of cancer in America today. Thousands of people die each year from accumulated effects of eating high protein diets. The liver, pancreas, kidneys and intestines are destroyed when protein consumption is too high. 20-40 grams of protein a day is plenty but most people eat 150 - 200 grams a day. Fruits and vegetables are much simpler for the body to break down, as they are basic amino acid structures. It has been proven that a fruit and vegetable diet supplies more available nitrogen than a meat diet. You could eat all the proteins you want, however, your body cannot rebuild itself properly without proper bioavailable amino acids.
Animal proteins putrefy in the body causing body odor. These protiens cause a cesspool of toxins to build up in the intestines and the tissue of the body. This not only creates an environment for parasites to grow, but the acids create and inflammation response, which blocks cellular respiration, eventually causing cellular death. High protein diets also create an excessive amounts of adrenaline from the torture and killing of the animal, producing this adrenaline in their tissues, and then man eats the adrenaline and becomes very aggressive And angry, eventually causing adrenal gland failure from depleting the natural epinephrine in the adrenal glands, from overstimulation from the epinephrine being produced from the dead animal proteins.Meat also stimulates and irritates and inflames sexual organs especially the prostate gland in males leading to chronic prostatitis, and prostate cancer.
Meat eating societies have a much shorter lifespan as well, and you will find this in climates such as Northern Canada, and Alaska that only have a low life expectancy span.

WHAT FOODS ARE HUMANS DESIGNED TO EAT?
To make it easy on ourselves, we just need to understand what are species is designed to eat, and are these foods high in protein, or are they high in amino acids? Well the obvious answer to this is that man is designed to eat his food raw, and these foods are fruits primarily, veggie fruits, and herbs. When you come to understand that your a frugivore species, this whole protein myth should vanish from your mindset, understanding that it’s about the utilization of amino acids in a healthy body, that will create healthy muscles, and strong bones, it’s not the protein that creates this reality, in fact proteins creates the opposite down the road.
Research by anthropologists shows that we had an arboreal past. Our genetic ancestors were once tree dwellers. At that time, our genetic ancestors depended upon products of the tree, and later upon the fruits of stalk and vine for our sustenance. Dr. Alan Walker, an anthropologist of John Hopkins University in Maryland, has done research showing that early humans were once exclusively fruit eaters. By careful examination of fossil teeth and fossilized human remains with electron microscopes and other sophisticated tools, Dr. Walker and his colleagues are absolutely certain that early humans until relatively recently, were total fruitarians. These findings were reported in depth in the May 15, 1979 issue of the New York Times.
Dr Alan Walker and his associates, anthropologists at John Hopkins University, using the most modern electronic microscopic equipment, state: “Preliminary studies of fossil teeth have led to the startling suggestion that our early human ancestors (Australopithecus) were not predominantly meat-eaters or even eaters of seeds, shoots, leaves or grasses, nor were they omnivorous. Instead they appear to have subsisted chiefly on a diet of fruit. The number and structure of his teeth, the length and structure of his digestive tract, the position of his eyes, the character of his nails, the functions of his skin, the character of his saliva, the relative size of his liver, the number and position of the milk glands, the position and structure of the sexual organs, the character of the human placenta and many other factors all bear witness to the fact that man is constitutionally a frugivore. You will get all the amino acids body is requires from fruits and vegetables alone. We don’t need to complicate things, and get outside of what our species is designed to consume, because intellectualism, and the meat and dairy industry have propagated lies, about getting a certain amount of protein, not understanding that there is a great consequence of consuming proteins, because the human body is not designed for these proteins, but rather the amino acids that are bioavailable and easily absorbable found in fresh fruits and vegetables.
You could build muscle, and build strong bones, on fruits and vegetables alone, you just have to fix your body through detoxification. A healthy body with real muscle tissue that is not artificially put on through stimulants, not hormones, found in animal foods, you also don’t need to get your protein from Beans and Grains, because these foods are also dormant Foods, high phytic acids, and enzyme inhibitors, and leave behind a lot of mucus and acid Ash that deteriorates cellular function as well. You just need to fix digestion, absorption, utilization, and elimination of waste, in order to build up on fruits and vegetables. The reason why people are not able to build up on fruits and vegetables is because they have to fix and detoxify their body with these Foods, before the body can start to build up naturally the way that nature designed them to.
Don’t get caught up in the myths, pseudoscience, and so-called Health gurus fill your mind with lies without any real scientific proof, and just keep it simple, and understand that every species has a species specific diet, and those very foods are designed for you are going to be the very foods that will nourish and replenish and build your body the way that nature intended it.
