We never want to build an obsession when it comes to diet. The goal is to eat food for nourishment and not just for pleasure. Treating your body as a temple of the Living God, is a good thing, and wanting to eat the healthiest food you have access to in it’s raw and living state is also a good thing. Mental imbalance however is not a good thing because you create unrealistic expectations for yourself for all circumstances, and it’s very hard to meet these circumstances 24/7.
Sometimes you have to modify some things, and have lower quality food, and if your in an extremely cold climate and don’t really have access too much fruit, don’t beat yourself up if you have some steamed veggies or a sweet potato, it’s better than giving into processed foods, that really damage the organs and glands and back up the lymphatic system. I always like to have dried fruit on hand so that I’m never put in a situation where I’m forced to eat cooked food. Dry fruit is very filling, it’s easily stored, and there’s no preparation whatsoever.
Human beings have been eating cooked food the majority of their life, so when you go on a raw food diet for a year or even less, you still may have some cravings for cooked foods, you may miss some of the flavors of these junk foods, but most of the time these cravings do stem from the environment in your body being in a parasitic and mucused state, and most likely filled up with parasites and worms that don’t like the raw living foods, because the raw living foods kill them and pull them out of the body, and starve them because they live off of trash and the dead not the living and alkalizing.
A lot of these cravings and compromises come from an emotional habit that you have built getting away from nature and creating civilizations of out of imbalanced chemistry. If you cheat on cooked food coming from a raw living foods diet and healing and regenerating your body, and feeling the benefits and having great success fixing and repairing yourself, you don’t want to go backwards because of the hard work that you put into achieving these results. However if you do go backwards, don’t beat yourself up it’s not the end of the world! focus on what you do the majority of the time, and having a slip up should not weigh you down, and block your focus, and make you think that it’s the end all, and that your no longer suitable for this lifestyle. You’re still a raw foodist if you eat raw food 95% of the time. This whole 100% concept, when it becomes a dogma and a religion, could really suppress the body’s ability to function optimally because of the mental unnecessary stress you put on the body from this imbalance in your mind.
I however have been on a 100% raw food diet for over a year now, and 80% raw for 2 years before that, but I enjoy this lifestyle, and just don’t have the desire to cheat, or to eat cooked food, but if I did cheat and eat cooked food, it wouldn’t be the end all to where I would find myself depressed, this is a mental imbalance and it’s not necessary to adopt.
Another angle to this message that I’m portraying that’s important is that when you do make the decision to adopt a living foods diet that promotes full body regeneration, and when the body adopts back to its natural diet it’s designed for, it will become more sensitive to foreign Invaders that come from a lot of these acid and mucus forming foods that humans eat. If you cheat you always want to make it count, you don’t want to go from a fruit diet to having a pizza, this could really shock the body, make you extremely sick, but at the same time this may be a good thing to teach you what your body wants, and what it needs, and also to learn how destructive these foods are when the body gets clean and starts to function like a well-oiled machine.
Sometimes cheating is a good thing, because if your body is clean, it will tell you real fast how bad it will feel when you make the compromise and this will prevent you from wanting to make the compromised again down the road.
If your miserable on a 100% raw food diet high in fruit, then your probably not desperate enough to heal, because you haven’t completely damaged your body with the acid /mucus forming foods, and in that case you should probably not adopt a 100% raw food diet, and have some cooked food for balance until you transition to 100% raw and you can handle it, and you create this mental balance of desiring it as a lifestyle, rather than forcing yourself to do something because you feel obligated to do it out of fear, or whatever your reasons is for becoming a raw foodist.
I highly recommend everyone adopt a plant-based diet and avoid animal products of all kinds, we don’t need to eat animals, and we need to leave the animals alone, and let them be, because there are sentient beings that are designed to thrive in nature just like any other species has this right.
If you cheat don’t beat yourself up, but always make it count with foods that are not going to leave heavy residues in the body, or compromise your system because you have done some deep cleaning.
You could really put a lot of strain on the bowels in the kidneys when you shock your system with specific foods after cleaning out your body on the raw living alkalizing foods. Having a steamed veggie soup, or some steam sweet potatoes, is a cheat that may lower your energy, and not make you feel as good as if you had a raw food meal, but also won’t cause destructive compromises to your body, and also create a heavy imbalance of creating a negative habit with processed foods but only contribute to acidosis and death.
If you miss going out and eating these non-optimal foods that are destroying humans health, then you may need to go off and experience the damage that they cause to the body. Some people have really good genes and genetics that can go very long but eventually the acidosis will creep in, and you will suffer the consequence of not eating foods that your species is designed for.
You must always go back to the simple truth that every species in nature eats their food raw, and humans are the only ones that cook their food, and this explains why humans are the sickest species that we have on this planet. The lack of energy you get from dead food, can never outweigh the energy when it comes to the physical body and mental body that the living foods can provide. You can make living foods taste absolutely nirvanic with the herbs and spices that we have in nature, when you get truly quality ripe organic fruit, there’s nothing that can mimic the sweet candy like flavors but also alkalizing hydrate the body and not weigh you down like the artificial sweetened products that people eat.
If you cheat, then make it count, and don’t worry about having a little cooked food once in awhile, it matters what you do the majority of the time, so having a strict militant label you must be 100% 24/7, could really rat out the mental body, and cause a lot of personality disorders.
The secondary best option for health apart from a high fruit 100% raw food diet it’s going to be a low-fat whole foods plant-based diet. I’m not against fats whatsoever, and probably consumed 20% in my diet, but cooked fats are very acid/ mucus forming, and hard on the body, and really suppress lymphatic flow from removing metabolic waste.
If you decide to cheat with some whole food plant-based meals, make sure that you keep them low in protein, because high proteins are hard on the kidneys, and if your on a raw food diet 95% of the time, your kidneys will become very sensitive to any form of proteins even the ones found in plants. If you cheat on a raw food diet, and you beat yourself up it’s simply just means that you be not be ready for a 100% raw food diet, and this is completely fine, just transition and make it a lifestyle, and don’t rush into things, becsuse life is not a race unless you make it one. Slow down and live in the now and embrace the present moment, and always forgive yourself and never beat yourself up.
Let’s all strive to get back to nature my friends, get back to the diet we are biologically designed to eat, tap into our intuitive consciousness, let our instincts guide us, and always remember the importance of what you do the majority of the time, and if you decide to cheat, just make sure it’s a healthy whole foods low-fat plant-based meal low in protein, and then get right back on the raw, and make that a consistent lifestyle, and eventually you will be able to find the mental balance and the consistency of eating 100% raw, to where it’s not a cult, or religious dogma, but rather just a simplicity that you have adopted through effortless desire.
