If you want to create effective kidney filtration you must understand that less is more when it comes to this reality. You want to give your pancreas a rest, and your gallbladder a rest and to focus on simple mono fruit meals. The more you create the ability for the body to process foods that are hard to digest your robbing the body of energy, which will rob the body of moving lymph, and getting rid of lymph through the kidneys. Believe it or not but a lot of plant foods are very high in protein, and if your eating the rainbow, this could be too much protein on very damaged and compromise kidneys which is not what you want in order to bring healing and restoration and create kidney filtration so that they could heal and function and to keep the river flowing on a daily basis.
Eat the fruit rainbow because the fruits have the Electric magnetic energy to move the lymphatic system, they are astringent, they digest quickly, and the kidneys love the fruits more than any other food. I have learned through trial and error that the more simple I keep things the better results I achieve. Fruits will expose weakness, and will create the highest detoxification when it comes to consuming food. You may feel better temporarily on a diverse raw foods diet but sooner or later you could plateau, because lymph stagnation doesn’t move effectively on the vegetables versus the fruits. If you feel worse on fruits but yet your filtering well, understand that your going through aggressive detoxification, and the process of removing metabolic waste from the body, is going to increase symptoms temporarily because it’s going to stir up all the weaknesses and expose them. If you start eating lots of vegetables on a raw food diet and you stop filtering and you feel better, then you only stop detoxed temporarily and your symptoms will soon expose themselves again because you didn’t get to the root cause of the problem and that’s interstitial lymphatic constipation.
If you have chronic lymphatic congestion throughout your body, and you also struggle with kidney filtration, you’re not going to increase filtration on vegetables, you need the fruits and the herbs and the dry fasting to really create this reality. If your somebody that just wants to heal up a couple minor health issues than a balance of fruit and green juice you can get by and still heal effectively, and there’s even some that could have a little cooked plant food and still create healing in their body, but for those that are backed up from head to toe with lymphatic waste, don’t have the convenience to go slowly.
At the end of the day we must as a human species get back to the diet were biologically designed to eat anyways instead of focusing on diets and obsessing over food. Humans are frugivores species which means that were designed primarily for fruits and herbs, the heavy cellulose fibers in the vegetables we cannot digest which proves we’re not herbivores and designed for the chemistry in the vegetables when it comes to essential vitamins and minerals that we think we need. So there’s no reason to eat the rainbow when it comes to the vegetable kingdom, because why use up the digestive energy when you could simplify things and allow the body to heal more effectively. This is a proven fact that the more energy you use up for digestion, you slow down the body’s ability to detoxify and heal. You need to find your balance and your own personal speed when it comes to healing, however if you really want to do this right, then I would avoid eating too many vegetables that are hard for the body to digest, and keep things simple with mono fruit meals, herbs and intermittent dry fasting in the evening and avoid excess drinking water if you have really sensitive kidneys.
The fruits and the berries have the highest amount of nutrition you could ever put in your body if you’re still constipated with the nutrition focus, however when I was on my mono mango feast for 7 months, I probably got more nutrition In the mangoes and the herbs then I could ever find eating the rainbow when it comes to vegetables. It’s not about nutrition coming in, however it’s about acids coming out that will create optimal health and true regenerative healing. If you don’t believe me, do a 15-day carrot juice fast, and then do a 15 day grape fast, and tell me what’s more detoxifying, and what created the most effective kidney filtration and energy? Dr. Robert Morse ND has experimented with this with himself and many of his clients and found that vegetable juice has absolutely nothing on fruit juice when it comes to moving out obstructions from the body. If you don’t move out obstructions from the body, then you can’t truly hydrate and regenerate cells. You must remove the blockages first in order to truly absorb from the nutrition coming in and if vegetables don’t have the power to remove obstructions, it makes no sense to put your focus on them.
Pretty much the whole world has some form of adrenal gland weakness, so if you have neurological problems, you definitely have low functioning adrenal glands. If you lack neurotransmitters, then you have low energy, and the vegetables don’t have the electromagnetic energy like the fruits, so they don’t enhance neurons in the body for nerve regeneration. However the fruits are what you need to create neurotransmitters, and to regenerate your nervous system. If you have a nervous system problem and are coming off a standard american diet, you will get benefits from vegetables raw but after awhile you will soon plateau, and need to focus on the fruits in order to get neurological enhancement.
For those that do have neurological problems that have been on an all fruit diet for many years can attest that the fruits are the most powerful for nerve regeneration. The fruits are the most superior food source because their designed for the human species. At the end of the day when it comes to true regenerative healing and getting in touch with nature’s design, it’s about the chemistry in the food your design for not the nutrition found in the rainbow of other foods. If fruits can regenerate the nervous system to where quadriplegics can get out of wheelchairs, then I think that’s enough information to prove that a fruit diet should be the default diet for the human species and focusing on eating the rainbow, should really not be the focus. If a high vegetable diet haven’t gotten four-stage quadriplegics out of wheelchairs but fruit diets have, I think we should understand from these cases what’s what when it comes to true regenerative detoxification and health.
I’m not an anti vegetable person, and think eating them in their proper balance can benefit a lot of people mentally, however I don’t believe they have the regenerative power that the fruits have, and if you want to create deep regenerative healing, you have to focus on the fruits, and even more so on the fasting. We have levels of damages in the human body that are so extreme, that non foods can fully regenerate them until they start fasting, you just have to know where you’re at when it comes to your health, and if you want it heal on a systemic level, you must create kidney filtration and if your plateauing with vegetables, I would highly suggest you get rid of them and focus on the fruits and the herbs because you will not regret effectively when it comes to rebalancing and regenerating your body, because without it you can’t have the quality of life your looking for.
