Thinking you need to eat “enough” to be healthy and to get enough nutrition when your body is telling you to rest and fast is modern-day conditioning and it’s the fear of not “getting enough” that holds you back from healing effectively.
When you avoid food that is mucus forming and acid-forming without question you will help aid in the elimination process. It doesn’t matter how much you eat when you eat just fruit. The amount means nothing. Don’t dry to gain weight because less doesn’t mean you will get thinner. You may get thinner on an abundance and eating less won’t make you lose more weight either.
Let your body clean the sewer system and being skinny and not stopping that process as you eliminate effectively through bowel cleaning on fruits.
Herbs and fasting will do you heaps of favors down the road when you fix digestion, absorption, utilization, and elimination by allowing your body to rest so it can heal effectively. If you need to eat an abundance yes make it count by just eating fruit but never overfeed your body when it wants to fast and has no energy to process. Force-feeding is never a good idea because it’s not about what you feed the body it’s how you process and utilize the proper chemistry that comes into the body and how effectively you eliminate old toxic waste.
Over time as the body gets clean, you will find yourself eating less and this is when you want to overcome the conditioning of “needing enough” to allow your body to express proper function. If you eat less and when you eat it’s healthy Whole Foods but yet you feel more energy on less that’s your body saying it’s getting enough of what it needs so stop force-feeding because when you do this you will not feel good anyways and you will also slow down the eliminative process when you use trying to heal.
It’s not about more it’s about how you process and assimilate fuel from the proper foods. Less food when the body is weak is actually more and with time and consistency on a time-restricted fasting lifestyle you will learn what your body needs vs is what the mind wants and craves when there is no actual need.
The more natural Whole Foods you eat the less you will be under the hunger spell. It’s the processed chemical derived foods that tempt you to eat more and it’s overeating that makes you more “hungry”.
Allow the body to rest and process effectively. Clean the dirty culturing medium in the body and shift the terrain to an environment of healthy bacteria and give it time and consistency and with the time you will never eat for pleasure but rather eat for need and nourishment and with time as you get rid of the bugs that feed on the dirty terrain you will find yourself thriving on less and the theory of calories and an abundance of nutrition will only be a myth when you experience the opposite results as you get clean, you eat simply and you don’t overeat when you don’t have to.
