Drug deposits may be the reason you have intolerances to citrus/acid fruits

Citrus and the acid variety fruits like oranges, pineapples, and grapefruits are very astringent fruits, and can expose weakness due to the sludge and lymphatic stagnation in the body, and when the terrain is being loosened up, it can cause discomfort as the body is cleaning itself.

One thing though that I have observed as a detoxification specialist and iridologist, is that those that even have been on a fruit diet for a while, and happen to have drug deposits present in the iris, and of course a history of pharmaceutical use, seem to struggle with citrus and the acid fruits. For one pineapple picked unripe is on the acidic side, and can burn anyone, regardless if they have drug deposit residues in the body, because pineapple is the one fruit that should never be picked off the vine green, well none of are fruit should be picked of the vine or tree green and unripe! This is the struggle with getting quality fruit, and properly ripe and balanced fruit on the alkaline/acid ratio balance. We can’t be to picky in today’s out of balanced Babylonian, capitalistic system built around money and greed, because even the unripe fruit is going to be more alkaline, and hydrating then anything else you have access’s to.

So regarding the acid and circus fruits and causing complication with people, such as immediate brake outs, head aches, rashes, rapid heart beat, palpitations, dizziness, and shortness of breath, and yes all these things can be symptoms of detox if your going to quickly, and not filtering and sweating properly, but they also can be the critic acid interacting with the chemicals in your body as well. There are certain medications that have warning labels regarding complications and side effects with citrus and medications. Citric acids can amplify, and increase drug effects and potency of alkaloids in pharma drugs, and possibly herbs high in alkaloids, so if you have drug deposits shown in the iris, and also a history of course regarding long term pharmaceutical use, then understand these drug residues are still very active in tissues, and when they come out of tissue, because fruits are pulling and astringent, they can interact with these chemicals, and cause these reactions and intolerances.

I have a long list of clients that have intolerances to citrus, and also drug deposits, iodine deposits, and sulfur deposits in the iris, that seem to have trouble even long term on a fruit diet with citrus and acid fruits, so to me this correlation, and intuitive observation tells me that this is the issue, and when the chemicals come out of the body, these intolerances to these fruits will go away.

You can’t blame the fruit, you just have to understand the high electromagnetic energy and astringency of the fruit, and how fruit acids can enhance alkaloid potency, which is a good thing when it comes to the herbal botanicals in my opinion, because at least the herbs have healing properties, not the deadly toxic pharmaceuticals.

Fruit will expose, and it’s only because humans have used their body’s as a test subject for decades of abuse when it comes to chemical saturation with processed foods, pharmaceuticals, supplements, and god knows what else Is put in the human body these days.

I’m also not denying the fact that the chemicals sprayed on the fruit may also play a huge part, and none organic citrus fruits are high in chemical residues, however these intolerances are also experienced with back yard citrus, and organic, so I’m confident that because of the chemical saturation in the body, citrus being very pulling in nature, and also high in citric acids, may be best avoided for a season, and to focus on the sub/acid fruits you can tolerate, and after a while of cleaning out these drug residues in the body, to reintroduce them back, to see if this intolerance goes away.

I’ve heard it time again that these intolerances were never experienced before the antibiotics and pharmaceuticals were taken, so it just makes sense that this coloration is what’s causing this issue. You can still detox on plenty other fruits that are astringent that will clean you out good, like apples, grapes, mangoes, berries, etc.

Things you can do to pull out chemicals and metals out of the body while you detox and use the foods and fasting to heal yourself, are herbs like Fresh Cilantro Leaf, Fresh Parsley Leaf, Bugleweed Herb, Irish Moss, Yellow Dock Root, Chlorella Powder, Alfalfa Leaf Juice Powder, and all your greens juiced will pull out heavy metals and chemicals in the body, take a 7-10 days solid food vacation on herbs and green juice, and these chemicals may come out, so you don’t run into these intolerances to citrus and acids fruit varieties. The fruits will pull them out aggressively, however it just may be very uncomfortable, and you don’t want to trip of the heart and create neurological reactions to strongly.

This is another reason some people have a lot of sensitivities, and need to work up with the fruits, and start on green juices, and work up to more fruit overtime.

You can still heal yourself with fruits, herbs and fasting, you just may have to keep the diet simple for season to get your kidneys filtering and to help the body eliminate effectively. If I can live on mangoes only, and herbal tinctures for 7 months, you can live on one fruit for a season as well, to heal yourself, and get well. I couldn’t tolerate any acid fruits at one point, and watermelon would increase pain big time, but I don’t have these issues anymore, because I believe when the terrain comes out, then you don’t deal with these issue, because in all reality fruit is the most compatible with the human species, it’s just humans have been so far away from nature for so long, detoxifying the junk out of the body, can be a roller coaster, but at least there is a solution, and healing modality to your problems, other then treating symptoms with pharmaceutical drugs that only create more problems, and then you can’t even enjoy the fruit, when the fruit is the nature food for the Homo sapiens, but I’m confident when you pull the chemicals and heavy metals out, and you focus on ripe organic fruits, you should overcome these intolerances you have with fruit, because unlike grains and beans, and animal foods, fruits are natural and designed for you, and none of those foods” are.

The End

Get back to nature my friends, get back to a diet that your biological design to eat, tap into your intuitive Consciousness, let your instincts guide you, live in the present moment, and I promise you my friends you will thrive!
