Humans talk about starving yet they consume 3-4 meals a day and a calorie surplus of 2-4K+ a day. Do you really think that you can’t go a day without food or water and even intermittent fast for 16+ hours a day because you will be “starving”
People are consuming 3k+ calories a day of fast food and the reality is they are starving on a nutritional level and also creating mucus in the small bowel blocking access for nutrition to properly enter the cells.
Nobody is starving in most parts of the world today because we are an eating obsessed culture of gluttony. Dry fasting is allowing the body to use all its energy on cleaning and repairing as we become taxed by toxins and environmental pollutants every day. Dry fasting allows the eliminative organs to relax such as the kidneys and bowels so that the lymph system can drain waste effectively.
The human body is a food processing machine and is constantly digesting food and trying to filter toxins out of the body through the kidney channel and skin. If the body spends so much energy on this don’t you think it’s wise to try to give the body a rest and to let it detoxify effectively? I think so and dry fasting is not “starvation” and quite the opposite if you know how to detoxify properly because the more bodily terrain and metabolic waste you get out of the body then the better you can fix digestion, absorption, utilization and eliminate more effectively. When you set up the right environment for the body to detoxify by eliminating acid and mucus forming foods from your diet and you fast then you can pull out the mucus and acids that damage and block the flow of energy for the elimination process and pathways to eliminate them.
I’ve been intermittent dry fasting for 16-18 hours daily for 3 years and now I require much less food for energy and actually get more energy when I fast vs eating heaps of calories. Fruit does enhance energy but long lasting energy with an even flow is when I dry fast or stay on liquids for a day vs eating loads of food.
It’s not about eating for energy it’s about creating an alkaline environment in the body and clearing out the acids that dehydrate it on a cellular level. Longevity is produced by eating less than eating more. If your an athlete and are on an optimal diet of fruits and tender leaves then you any need to eat more as you burn sugar because of fruit sugar burns quickly but still I think everyone should intermittent dry fast daily in the evening hours until you break your fast the next day from 10-2pm. You want to stop eating and drinking when the sun goes down like around 6-7 pm. This is a huge tool for learning how to overcome overeating and also to maintain the constant flow of filtering the giant lymphatic system of stored waste build up from decades of creating the terrain of acid chemistry, and also being exposed to environmental toxicity we breathe and absorb through our skin every day.
Starvation is eating fatty foods full of chemicals and proteins because you’re not going to get nutrition in your cells when the body is creating mucus and edema to buffer acids from damaging cells. If you’re on an organic fruit diet eating fruits, berries, and melons, wild herbs or herbal botanical formula supplements then you’re getting all the nutrition you can ask for. It’s about cleaning the terrain out so you can even benefit from the nutrition and this is why those that live a lifestyle of eating food that detoxifies the body effectively the way the body is designed to and fast will eat less overtime and feel more energy when eating less which is quite the opposite of starvation.
Also you just never mistake detoxification for starvation when your dealing with malabsorption and endocrine dysfunction such as adrenal burn out, pituitary weakness and a parathyroid weakness etc. when the body corrects this weakness during detoxification and fasting you may lose function and get skinny etc. but this is only a season of remodeling your house and those that finish the job will experience a brand new house it’s just very few actually put in the work to understand this and experience it. This is why starvation and malnutrition get blamed on a raw food diet and this is a whole other article because understand that the frugivore primates living in there natural environment are living on fruit and tender leaves and none of them are starving and becoming “malnourished” and they are also not raised on McDonald’s and chemical manufactured foods.
Fast and pray until the lord of your house returns! You can’t eat by bread alone and this is where fasting brings you into the kingdom of God which is found from within in the higher cellf state!
