If you eat less but yet you are emotionally damaged and disconnected from your higher self you may become undernourished. But when you disconnect yourself from the physical realm of the limited mind and you spend time in nature and you spend time breathing and collecting positive thoughts you will find yourself needed less food and when the cells can breathe that’s when the euphoria takes place!
Food is easily an obstruction. Why because you eat to try to satisfy emptiness or you eat because you believe the limitation of thought that you need so much nutrition to function. No, you need energy and you need to inner-stand that you are not limited and that you are supernatural! Meaning that true nourishment is from nature and breathing and meditation and food is a small fraction priority at these high levels of consciousness.
Fasting has been a normal modality of life for generations. In nature, it’s normal and natural to go days without a meal, and yet those that live in nature don’t suffer from physical infirmities because they have not been brainwashed to think that they need 3-4k calories a day to experience health and vitality.
In the equinox of Capricorn and cancer, you will get enough vitamin D and you will also be able to sweat to activate the natural process of detoxification. Sweating is so important to remain healthy long term. The Homo sapien is designed to dwell in a climate that’s tropical. We are homo Saipan species and we require the tropical sun to stimulate warmth so that the body will sweat. When you sweat you open up your pores to get nutrition from the sun. You’re designed to sweat in the sunshine in a tropical environment.
If you’re not dwelling in a tropical environment you might need to rely more on the foods such as fruits and green juices and herbal drinks but eating in an abundance does not mean that you are actually getting the fuel you need because in today’s world the human body is so damaged you fail to digest, absorb, utilise and eliminate which means eating acid ash foods and even too many raw foods that consist of vegetable matter could put the body in processing overload which means you don’t actually get the fuel you desire because the human is not just a physical specimen but rather an infinite spiral being of infinite consciousness and when you eventually enters these levels you will find yourself eating less and fasting more.
Fasting has levels. Water, dry, and liquids of all sorts can be a fast and I would listen to your body and intuition to see what works for you. Just inner-stand that eating in an abundance is just as corrosive in the addiction of drugs and alcohol and can be even more obstructive than drugs as we see clearly in society.
If you’re on a nutrient-dense diet of fruits and vegetables but yet you eat like a glutton especially if you complex your diet with too many veggies, nuts, and seeds (gourmet raw) you can experience the same struggle of wellness because your eating more than your body can process and eliminate.
Yes, there are levels of health without question. You must transition and find your balance. Eventually, you will feel the obstructive nature of eating too much and learn to eat less. The past societies that relayed on the natural cycles of eating and fasting and relying on nature in what it produces obviously innerstood that the food was eaten in a cycle because 3 square meals a day was not even available.
Most of us live in a city and a society of instant convenience gratifying every desire we can with food and drink and the brainwashing is so thick many of you think that you need to constantly eat for health when in all reality you should abstain from food and drink to allow the body to properly clean itself.
Eat 5 days a week and eat one meal a day in a 2 hour period and try to eat in a 2-3 hour period and focus on alkaline raw juices when you not eating and get in nature as much as possible and breathe and collect positive thoughts. If you try to make nature a Babylon schedule you will fail. You need to believe in what you are doing and not be influenced to compromise your diet and lifestyle to please your surroundings.
Eat less and fast more because the inner knowing and awareness are within you and eating the wrong food to feel “accepted” will do you know good in the long wrong especially when you already know the truth regarding the natural human diet.
Transition and adopt a Whole Foods diet high in fruit and for detoxification go all fruit so you can detoxify properly and let your body tell you how much food you need and truly eat when truly hungry and fast! Spend time outside when fasting end find solitude through meditation in nature.
As you clean up your diet and meditate more you will eat less and realise that food doesn’t really nourish. It’s your lifestyle and willingness to grow and evolve and connecting to nature that will manifest real everlasting change.
Food is energy but you don’t need to indulge because your body as you become clean will tell you how much you truly need and it’s most likely half of what you actually need. Eat when hungry and stop when satisfied and fast for mental and emotional development and get outside in the sun as much as possible. Eat less and live longer.
