Listen to your body and when you’re eating the right foods you don’t have to deprive yourself of eating. Your body will let you know how much you need and the best way to find out how much you need is to simply just eat when your hungry and stop when you’re satisfied.
If you are on a fruit diet coming off a heavy cooked food diet and a diet that’s not optimal for your health I would advise you to give your body rest on digestion and eat when your about 80% full so that you can allow your body to detoxify more effectively. But for the lifestyle, I would never deprive yourself of eating when your hungry and to calorie restrict.
Hydrate yourself effectively on fruit and don’t under eat on fruit because if you do you might also find yourself binge eating in the evening on the wrong foods if you’re not giving yourself enough fuel from the fruit in the day. If you observe the primates they eat tons of fruit all day and they are closet relatives regarding physiology and what we are designed to eat as frugivores. They don’t calorie restrict and they don’t have a set calorie base for “nutrition”. The primates just eat when they are hungry and stop when they are satisfied.
If you are not hungry and your body is in a state of toxicity then your body wants to rest and detoxify. I would listen at this stage of your healing and again just eat what you can and listen to your body and in due time when your body wants more food then eat more food. Focus on the fruit and the living foods and avoid the fats and proteins in high amounts and the amount you eat will not matter because in nature we don’t calorie restrict we just eat when hungry and stop when satisfied.
