Eating healthy food could be banned soon


If we respect the laws of nature and stick to our species-specific diet we will without question encourage the body to remain in a state of hydration and alkalinity which keeps the body healthy and also helps aid in regeneration through the process of detoxification. Humans in today’s world will go through this process when they change there eating habits from cooked to raw.

Now it’s vital to understand that cooked foods don’t promote health and whether I or anybody ever eats cooked foods needs to be honest with themselves and understand that cooked anything is not medicine to the body and cooked foods are never superior in nutrition vs there counterpart raw. Any food that is truly edible and produced from nature that promotes health and nourishment to the body will be produced raw and be able to be eaten raw and properly digested in its natural state. The fruit is king and fruit is the food designed food for humans. This raw food digest rapidly and is the most gentle fiber on the colon and kidneys and this is why bowel and kidney problems get healed on a raw food fruit-based diet.

Cooking is not natural however I believe nature in her wisdom and grace has produced a variety of plant foods for humans for survival purposes. the fire was created to stay warm and to be used to break down certain foods to digest them and to extract any nutrition leftover from the cooking process. Fire to natures bounty was not intended to kill and eat animal parts full of stagnant blood and acidic proteins. Fire to food was a survival measure in climates that were not abundant in fruits, nuts, herbs, tender leaves and succulent savory fruit “vegetables”

Cooked foods that provide enough sugar and energy are found in your starchy veggies, grains, and legumes and this is why these foods have been a staple in most civilizations in climates that don’t produce a viable sugar and energy source that is fruits, berries, and melons.

If you can eat raw and maintain a fruit-based diet stay there and most people can these days as of now and much easier in the tropics where the fruit is originated and packed with flavor and nutrition.

We are facing times of change and the foods have been compromised and controlled by the elite that has hitchhikers on their backs (influenced by negative/evil entities and the food can be used as a weapon and soon take away your rights to eat healthily and even produce your own food from your land unless they have some form of control and the seed is produced by them (GMO) this will happen first in the matrix. (Places in the world that feed this Babylon greed.)

Nature has our back even if the living foods and fruits are taken away from us. If ever in a situation where you can’t get fruit for yourself and family then cooked foods would be your only option and when it comes to cooking you want to eliminate all processed foods and animal foods and focus on carbon and sources if food not too high in proteins. Beans/legumes and whole grains you don’t want to make your staple. If it was me I would focus on tubers as a staple and pumpkin and then wild rice, white rice, quinoa as a secondary option in a survival situation. None of these foods are designed for us and none of these foods have anything on fruit and tender leafy greens and sprouts but in survival situations, the foods high in carbon and lower in protein would be best regarding keeping inflammation down in the body and if you have a garden I would grow tons of salad greens because greens are important to eat with cooked starchy foods if it’s your only option.

Right now soul fam as much as we have the “right” to buy and eat fruit I would stay raw as long as possible but we live in a world where we have lost our rights to choose and we are seeing an NWO unfold before our eyes and the food will be apart of the negative forces control. It would be best if there is still time when the quarantine ends to transition your life over to the tropics and if you have the money I would buy a house somewhere in the tropics and preferable off greed away from tourism and grow an abundance of fruit, herbs and greens, and some starchy veg for backup and live off the land.

Cooked foods cannot clean the body and regenerate damaged tissue like raw foods can and I’m specifically referring to fruits and herbs and this is why cooked is survival food, not optimal food.

In this season of time, it’s more important to strengthen the mind and get in touch with your spiritual body and find your peace within and not to try to master perfection regarding your diet. I would stay raw and focus on the fruit as long as we have right to but we must prepare for a new reality especially if you remain in the matrix relying on grocery store fruit to prepare yourself for survival and the best way to strengthen the body from “viruses” or nervous system damaging bioweapons apart from the raw foods and fruit is going to be a plant-based diet high in greens if possible low in fat and Whole Food meals 100% plant-based and Cruelty-free. Animal proteins damage cells, weaken and clog up the giant lymphatic system and create a terrain that attracts viruses, pathogens, parasites, and unwanted bacterium and also slow down elimination and create Putrefaction in the body.

The reality of not being able to live off fruit anymore is shocking and scary to think about but if humans sit on their hands and do nothing and make no noise for freedom and the right to be one with nature than watch how scary things get and your food is apart of there plan to control you to submit to there agenda to usher in a real-life hunger games society and world.

If you’re in the tropics like me in Quarantine do everything in your power to stay in the tropics as long as possible because you do not want to go back to your country outside of the tropics knowing you may not have access to fruit alone natural ripe fruit native to the land when the food agenda gets pulled into high gear they will create recalls and all kinds of propaganda to keep you away from the very foods that strengthen immunity in the body and keep the lymphatic system clean and that’s fruits and vegetables. At least in the tropics, there is an abundance and ability to forage for fruit and an easy place to grow your own greens and vegetables.

Grow a garden now and grow sprouts in an abundance and prepare yourself because a big possibility is you will lose access to fruit if people do nothing and allow this game of control to continue and its fear and lies that will keep you in a submissive state of I will do what I’m told. It’s your voice and action that creates change but doing nothing will only carry out negative outcomes and the food is next even though that has already been controlled but I mean on a level like you lost the right to travel and gather as you used to that what will happen with the food.

In every situation be positive and trust in every challenging season there is a bounty nature that has prepared for the conscious light beings that keep the faith and fight the good fight! Just be informed and tap into your intuition so you prepare for you and your family!
