It’s unfortunate the state of our fruit supply, and what we have access to in the grocery stores. The fruit is picked unripe and shipped overseas, the fruit will start to ferment as it “ripens” and if the fruit doesn’t ripen properly, this could cause issues such as not digesting effectively and causing fermentation. For somebody that has weak adrenal glands already struggles with metabolizing sugar, and fermentation happens, and this is what causes fungal overgrowth, and this is why it’s also important to get the best quality fruit possible, and make sure it’s properly ripe and tastes sweet before you eat it, if you want to avoid a fermentation problem.
If you taste a metallic flavor and sourness in your throat, it’s most likely due to fermentation taking place in your gut, and I believe it’s due to improper unripe fruit. If your eating complicated fruit bowls and you’re not combining your food right this will already cause a fermentation issue, and that’s why it’s important to eat mono fruit meals to avoid this as much as possible. Fruits are the easiest food to digest, which makes it a bonus to get your simple sugars and also your electromagnetic energy to fuel your cells. As difficult as this is to accept, the truth is Mother Nature created fruit to ripen on the tree or Vine, and if it doesn’t ripen nutritivly, and it’s picked unripe for the marketplace, then we have manipulated Nature’s natural cycle, and that’s why we run into these issues I believe.
The banana is an exception, because it ripens nutritivly even picked green and unripe and that’s why so many fruit eaters make the banana a staple in their diet, because it’s a good fuel source and staple and you will also experience the ripeness of it when eating versus other fruits that ferment and goes bad quickly, because they’ve been picked too soon. This is another example why people complain about fruit not tasting good, it’s because they’re not eating fruit that nature created, they’re eating fruit that has been genetically modified, manipulated, gassed, and picked way before it should for its proper ripening cycles.
The sweetness of the fruit will determine its alkalinity balance, so even though the fruit has been picked unripe, just make sure you always eat it when it’s sweet and soft, because at least you know your getting the alkaline benefits of the fruit, and it’s going to digest much more effectively than biting into an unripe sour fruit that just doesn’t ripen properly due to the process of fermentation because it was picked too soon.
It’s truly unfortunate that the very food that is created for the human species has been manipulated because of the improper ripening cycles, and it’s very hard to experience the true benefits you would experience if you were eating them ripen on the vine or tree. You must do your best, and understand that fruit is still on top of the mountain when it comes to regenerative detoxification and moving the lymphatic system for elimination which is vital and important to restore the function of the body, to drain the septic tank, that could only be drained by the electricity that vibrates off the fruit, even though the fruit that most people are eating has been altered and manipulated in some fashion.
Most of us that live in the states, or that get their food in the grocery store, are compromising with unripe fruit ingestion, but understand that if you have a chronic health condition you can still heal your body on fruit that has been compromised, and I am an example of this, but to be truthful about the matter, I have noticed fermentation taking place in my gut when I get a bad batch of fruit that isn’t properly ripe, and we have to do our best to avoid this and go out of our way sometimes to purchase quality fruit, that will ripen properly, and at least in its sweetness so that we can avoid these digestive issues and fermentation that may take place in the body. If the fruit taste sweet and pleasurable, and you could tell that it’s digesting quickly then your probably going to avoid the fruit fermenting in your gut, just don’t eat sour unripe fruit, because when the fruit has been sitting on the counter and softens but still tastes sour or bland, than it didn’t ripen properly, and you shouldn’t eat this food in my opinion if your trying to avoid fermentation that could lead to an overgrowth of candida.
I think this is also a reason why fruit gets the blame when it comes to specific symptoms people face from it, it’s because no other food needs to ripen except for fruit in order to be eaten properly. You want to do your best to support your local farmers, instead of only purchasing cheap conventional food and grocery stores, because if you want to improve your health you want to improve the quality of your food as well. This is another reason why people are so frustrated trying to heal on a fruit based diet living in Northern climates that are not conducive to producing fruit and that must be shipped in across the world. It’s possible to find a good fruit source to be shipped in that will at least ripen to sweetness, but if you have no access to quality fruit, then your only left with vegetables, and vegetables are not energetic enough at least for regenerative detoxification to move the lymphatic system and promote cellular regeneration like the fruits can.
And this is why when you get back to your biological diet which is a fruit-based diet, your more motivated to move out of these climates and to migrate towards tropical or sub-tropical climates that produce fruit that tastes good, so that you could at least enjoy it for one, and two, so that you could avoid these digestive issues that are caused not by the fruit itself, but because the fruit has been manipulated and picked unripe.
When you eat sweet and ripe fruit, you will experience effortless digestion and won’t deal with the fermentation in the gut, but often when you do eat unripe fruit and you experience the lethargy, it’s most likely because fermentations is taking place, on top of your already underlined issue with weak adrenal glands that are already struggling to help you to metabolize sugar for proper utilization of it.
You still must do your best, and understand that there’s no better way to create optimal health and regenerative detoxification, which is vital to remove systemic acidosis that’s causing these serious health conditions that humans are suffering with in today’s world, and no cooked food, and definitely no animal food is going to make up for this problem, because these foods are ten times worse then the unripe fruit in my opinion. You just must go out of your way if you truly want to avoid fermentation taking place from consuming low quality fruit matter. With these changes, and growing your own fruit, and at least moving to a place where you can get quality farmers market type fruit that has not been manipulated, and sprayed with chemical residues, because no fruit in my opinion should be altered or manipulated like they are, and that’s why it’s worth every dollar going out of your way to purchase the best quality fruit possible if your going to make it a staple and live on it.
If your on a 100% fruit based diet I highly recommend you make these changes, and you compromise with your lifestyle and what you spend your money on, because your health is most important, and it’s your biological diet that’s going to reset the dysfunction taking place in your body, and bring you to a state of wellness and health. It’s not like you can’t get access to quality fruit, because there are plenty of places in the world that aren’t living in this low human consciousness manipulating the very food source that is designed for humans. We blame the fruit rather than the manipulation that is taking place to the fruit all for the good sake of profiting and making money, while humans continue to eat food that’s not designed for them that is contributing to more chronic diseases.
Do your best to make it a goal to move to the tropics or at least two a climate that is conducive to producing quality fruit that is not sitting on the counter for weeks to ferment and “ripen” but that has been picked properly, so that when you do eat it you’re not going to ferment it in your gut, because we can’t modify our lives all the time to meet our needs in a world of unconsciousness and domestication, we have to do our best to make things work for ourselves rather than trusting in a broken system that is designed to make money not to produce quality fruits and vegetables.
We live in a world that is unfortunately producing concentration camps for animals because it’s built around meat and dairy!!! Instead of wallowing and doing nothing, make it a goal for your own personal health to chase the fruit if you want to thrive on it long term, but instead of blaming the fruit, make it a goal to find the quality fruit to where you could actually experience the true benefits, rather than having to modify your diet because you have migrated out of your natural habitat and continue to live in these vices of Babylon!
