Eggs why do we call this a food? It comes out of a chickens vagina?! Female chickens have a menstrual cycle that can be daily during certain times of the year. Like women, hens have ovaries. During a hen’s cycle, an ovary sends a yolk on its path. The yolk forms what we know of as an “egg white” as it moves through the reproductive tract into the shell gland. The shell takes about 21 hours to form an “Cluck!”—out pops an egg! And humans gobble this up and call it a health food?!

We have been taught the strangest things regarding food, and what we should achieve and healthy and optimal physical body. Grown humans still drink cow pus, yes!, mucus pus laden liquid fat and protein from another species As a full grown adult?! Humans cook up hen periods because they are stuck on stupid thinking you need “protein” the last thing the body wants or needs is protein from animals. We are just saturating the body with acids and the human kidney is getting beat up because of it.

Eggs are loaded with protein and cholesterol, the worst thing for the colon and kidneys. You may feel stronger building muscle on acids, but these muscles will not last once the kidneys and bowels get clogged up, and you loose filtration removing metabolic waste and acids. Once your lymphatic system backs up then you are looking at running into all kinds of inflammatory problems.

“A single egg yolk contains approximately 215 mg to 275 mg of cholesterol (depending on the size). The egg yolk of a large egg provides more than the 210 mg cholesterol in a Hardee’s Monster Thickburger (Hardee’s Food Systems Inc, USA).”

Why would you want to saturate your body with another animals cholesterol fluid? The body makes its own, and most people don’t understand that the lymphatic system is a cholesterol-based system designed to buffer and remove acids, adding more cholesterol in the body is just adding more acids in the body. If your cholesterol is elevated then your lymph system is backed up (human body’s sewer system) and if you’re not eliminating your waste then it stays at home chewing on tissue in the body.

The body is just made of a bunch of cells and 2 major fluids, blood/lymph, acids get dumped into the lymphatic system for eliminating waste via the kidneys. This is vital and important to avoid chronic inflammatory conditions in the body.

Eggs are straight up acids, and the cholesterol in them may buffer acids in the body, but in return create more acid conditions because of the heavy proteins they contain. You may feel good eating them temporarily because of the cholesterol but the end game is damaging the Endothelial cells, and clogging the arteries to the heart leading to what medical doctors call “heart disease” the leading cause of death in America?! Why? Because Americans love their proteins, and can’t understand that these animal products lead to the leading cause of death!

This whole egg and bacon keto fad will only cause more health problems for you down the road. Animal protein is the most offensive “nutrient” you can put in your body if you really want to achieve long-lasting sustainable health and vitality.

Animal proteins also have, in general, higher concentrations of sulfur-containing amino acids, which can induce a subtle state of acidosis when metabolized. One of the mechanisms our bodies use to compensate for this acidosis is leaching calcium from our bones to help neutralize the increased acidity. Over time, this can have a detrimental effect on bone health.

Pay attention to your bowel movements when consuming a lot of eggs, most people experience tons of constipation from eating eggs. Do you really want to suffer from constipation all in the name of I need to get my protein bro!? We need to replace this ignorant thinking with I need to clean my kidneys and get my lymph moving bro, and it’s the fruits, berries, and melons that will help you achieve that, not dead putrefactive animal products that contribute to systemic acidosis.

The goal is to remove waste from the body, not to store it to ferment and putrefy leading to Lymphatic constipation in the Gi tract. You want to keep your intestines clean and flowing with natures bounty foods, such as your fruits and vegetables, that clean your body when they come out not clog up your pipes setting up a parasitic environment that just leads to more pain and suffering.

Whole plant foods feed the microbiome and beneficial gut bacteria, animal products kill and destroy, because they are straight up acids, and the human body is designed to function on alkaline chemistry, not acid chemistry.

Animal proteins putrefy in the body causing body odor. This putrefaction causes a cesspool of toxins to build up in the intestines and the tissues of the body, both interstitially and intracellularly. This not only creates a base for parasites to grow, but the acidity creates inflammation, which blocks cellular respiration, eventually causing cellular death. In my opinion, high protein diets kill thousands of people directly each year, and thousands indirectly. A review of fourteen studies published earlier this year in the journal Atherosclerosis showed that people who consumed the most eggs increased their risk for diabetes by 68 percent, compared with those who ate the fewest. In a 2008 publication for the Physicians’ Health Study I, which included more than 21,000 participants, researchers found that those who consumed seven or more eggs per week had an almost 25 percent increased risk of death compared to those with the lowest egg consumption. The risk of death for participants with diabetes who ate seven or more eggs per week was twice as high as for those who consumed the least amount of eggs. Egg consumption also increases the risk of gestational diabetes, according to two 2011 studies referenced in the American Journal of Epidemiology. Women who consumed the most eggs had a 77 percent increased risk of diabetes in one study and a 165 percent increased risk in the other, compared with those who consumed the least.

Do yourself a favor and stop eating animals, they don’t deserve all this Unnecessary suffering, and consuming them is causing Unnecessary suffering for humans! Get to the root cause of why your health is declining, and it’s not happening from fruits, vegetables, and other whole food plant sources, it’s caused form animal consumption and processed foods.

You can’t mask symptoms with high-fat diets that just buffer the acids coming from the proteins, but the body is still strong up acids and eventually, the masking of symptoms will stop and your body will break down, and eggs break down the kidneys and bowels and lead to systemic acidosis.
