Enemas are for emergencies, and transition but not for maintenance


There is no doubt that human beings have greatly damage their bodies do to decades of eating processed, and chemical “laden foods” that clogged up the GI tract in such a way that the only go to the bathroom once a week and some people once every other week. This is serious systemic lymphatic constipation as well as metabolic plaque buildup, damaged adrenal glands with low neurotransmitters and the result is chronic constipation ahd the sewage is blocking the flow of energy. I believe that enemas are a tool for emergencies, and for the early stages of cleansing during transition. They are a great tool to flush out excess plaque so that when you rebalance your body on a raw food diet coming off of eating cooked foods your whole life, you could pull out the excess plaques so that you can better utilize the raw living foods coming in scrubbing and bringing things to the surface that shouldn’t be in the body, and enemas can help flush out things that are so clogged up.

However I do not believe that we need to constantly intervate flushing and cleaning the colon. Mother Nature has provided plenty of herbs and also the foods such as the fruits berries and melons to scrub and flush and remove the terrain that’s inside. When somebody is chronically constipated they may need to use enemas for emergencies until they get their bowels moving with the herbs, but to use enemas several times a day, and weeks on end, in my opinion can weaken the bowels, and cause dependency. Yes it is true and alarming that people have damage their bodies to this degree that laxatives, herbs, and even a living foods diet cannot flush things through, and an enema to help bring relief when a person needs it.

Coffee enemas are dangerous.

I do not support putting coffee in enema bags to stimulate the bowels to create a bowel movement, this in my opinion is worse than a stimulant laxative. Coffee is a stimulant, it’s also very acidic, and it’s hard on the liver and adrenal glands. Stimulants and caffeine are hard on the adrenal glands, and encourage them to produce too much hormones all at once like your dopamine, serotonin, epinephrine, and the like, we know that if you over stimulate the adrenal function then they will stop making these hormones naturally and you will fall into adrenal fatigue. Enervating the bowels with caffeine will also cause addiction and make it difficult to have a bowel movement without a coffee enema. You don’t want to constantly be putting acidic chemistry in your body when your trying to remove acidosis that’s causing the constipation.

I think that if somebody needs a solid food vacation, it’s helpful to have an enema before the juice fast, and after the juice fast. I also think that 14 days is a good enough time if your using the herbs and the fruits to remove the plaque buildup and metabolic waste and an enema once before and after is a moderate use of it. But when somebody uses enemas 3 times a day everyday, innervating the bowels with clay’s and charcoals, this is way too aggressive for the body and not a detoxification method that I support or get behind. Other than having an enema once before and after a juice fast, I would only recommend them when you absolutely have to for emergencies. There are plenty of herbs that mother nature has created that are natural and non addictive like cascara Sagrada and also the foods that are raw and there living state that will help to promote bowel movements while you clean and get to the root cause of the problem. When your body starts getting rid of things with nature’s method rather than man-made methods, you know that your actually healing but when you depend on an enema bag, you never know if your weakening your bowel muscles and causing dependency, and you will never know if your body is starting to work with you rather than you having to work it for you with a device.

If you want to create extra power when you use an enema, I would suggest lemon juice, or herbs that are astringent but anything more than that to me It’s too aggressive and not necessary. You always must remember why your clogged up in the first place and it’s always going to go back to the diet. If you continue to eat mucus forming foods then your going to create an overload of mucus in the body that’s going to block the flow of energy and create a state of dis-ease! Remove the problem first, and you will never have to resort to an enema because you’re clogged up for weeks not able to have a bowel movement. If you are a person with chronic constipation I’m I highly suggest you get rid of mucus forming foods, and acid forming foods especially the milk and dairy products, and the dead flesh from animals. Do yourself a favor and eat the foods are designed to eat which are fruits, berries and melons, and utilize the herbs that are known to enhance and repair damaged tissues in the body. You must break the habit of piling on the sewage in the body. The lymphatic system can only hold so much sewage until it starts to break down organs, glands, and impair the nervous system with acids. There is only two sides of chemistry that being acid or alkaline, and if the food is acidic than it will clog you up. I don’t believe in aggressive detoxification in the form of having to use tools, to clean the body, I think that we have astringent fruits and astringent herbs to scrub and to pull out the metabolic waste.

If you do decide to take an enema to help kick-start your detoxification on a living foods diet, you must understand that you need to be hydrated or else you could really stir up sewage and not be able to eliminate it. It’s very dangerous to take enemas while your very dehydrated and want to make sure that your body is holding enough water to help pull things out. And God forbid anybody use enemas while there dry fasting because this could really damaged tissue and cause severe clogging and shock the body to where you can’t eliminate anything.

Enemas are safe if you do them correctly, with distilled water, herbal blends, and a little lemon juice. If you have to do them a couple times a week because you weakened your bowels and clogged yourself up to a point to where you can’t have a bowel movement it’s perfectly understandable to rely on them temporarily, but you don’t want it overdo things, because anything in excess in detoxification and moving things too quickly can be detrimental to your healing. You want to be patient and just allow nature to move things through in a non aggressive innervating fashion. It’s best to just eat mono fruit meals and take herbal botanicals formulas, and to fast for a specific time of day and to just let the body rest and move things out naturally.

There are some people that just want to quick fix and create aggression thinking that they could just get it over with, but it doesn’t work like that. Decades of damaging your body with acid and mucus forming foods and an acid and mucus forming lifestyle, it’s going to take a couple years and for some decades to really clean out their body well and get things functioning properly. There is no quick fixes when you have transgressed against the law of mother nature. For those that are too aggressive end up hurting themselves and regretting it. Going on long-term juice fast, using clays and charcoals, and multiple enemas a day, can rat you out and throw you out of balance to where you actually go back and create more problems by eating junk food, I’ve heard and seen this happen many times, with the aggressive types of people they want to heal themselves on their watch, and this ends up creating a lot of stress mentally, and they end up going back to the problem they came from.

If you don’t have a state of balance and make this a lifestyle, and your too aggressive trying to purge, it will be hard for you to do this long-term. I think the most effective way to heal is to use the foods in their holistic form, avoid isolates, and innervating methods, and the body will clean itself out on its own. In all reality real healing takes place when you don’t consume water or food, or use enemas in my opinion. When you just remove the obstructions, and stop clogging the body up with food that is out of balance and not grown in nature, the body will effectively heal itself, and clean itself out on its own. A lot of the times when the body is in shock because it wants to heal itself on a living foods diet, too much aggression can shut it down. When an animal get hurt or sick in nature, end up with a virus or whatever, they go find a place in nature, rest and don’t consume anything and just allow the body to do its work with healing itself, I believe that’s the most effective tool for humans as well, but were so fixated on creating devices because we want a quick fix now.

All I can say is be careful with enemas, use them in moderation, and in my opinion anything more than lemon juice or herbs that are designed to restore the function rather than to stimulate it, is all you need if you desire enemas to help clean the excess plaques out. Be wise and understand that too much innervation can weaken the bowels, and using coffee and other stimulant modalities, can really put a number on your liver and endocrine system.
