It’s energy and hydration that should be the focus always for healing and optimal health and athletic performance. Humans these days are too concentrated on proteins, and heavy dense foods for “energy” calories and nutrition is the focus. The body primarily runs on energy and hydration and the fruit sugar in the fresh ripe fruit provides this fuel for the cells, brain and nervous system. It’s the fruit that builds the skeletal system, not foods that humans are not biologically adapted to eating such as meat, dairy, eggs, grains, beans, nuts, and processed foods.
Cooked foods may have energy regarding sugar, proteins, and fats however these foods are acidic, they are hard on the kidneys, and overall rob the body of electrolytes and cause a dehydration response. Remember by observing simple chemistry alkalis hydrate and acids dehydrate and create a cationic environment which means damage to cells and tissue in the body. Focus on alkaline foods and these foods are fruits and vegetables. Make raw fruits and veggies the focus and the largest percent of your diet because without energy and hydration then you will never achieve optimal health and foods that dehydrate the body will create stagnation of lymph and when lymph is not moving then your sewer system is backing up and if the sewage (metabolic waste) doesn’t come out of the body then acids stay at home, tissue gets compromised and dysfunction, dis-ease or disharmony will take place.

The issue today regarding our natural diet is that the food is being compromised with chemicals. It’s not just a fight of nutrition and this I believe is the least of our worries because nutrition is simple in most species observing their natural diet. Humans are not omnivore so the diet is not complex. Like cows are designed to eat grass, humans are designed to eat mainly fruit and tender leaves. Humans are frugivores. Properly ripe fruit grown on nutrient-rich soils have plenty of nutrition, however, those soils don’t exist and sorry nobody is dying from deficiency because health is not really a deficiency problem. The problem is stagnation of sewage coming out of the body and this causes issues of absorption and utilization. You can’t talk about “deficiency” until you fix those areas of the body and it’s acid and mucus forming foods that cause that problem!
People are healing on fruit-based raw vegan diets because of the hydration and alkalinity and the cleansing properties of these foods cleaning the lymphatic system and hydrating and regenerating cells in the body. It’s not the nutrition even though the nutrition is found in fruits, berries, herbs, and vegetables anyways and these are the foods that feed the majority of species on this earth plane.
We are in a fight against chemicals because fruits and veg grown in the world today produced for the shelves at the grocery stores are manipulated with toxic acids chemical compounds. You may feel sick and have some detox on an optimal fruit based cleansing diet in the first several months, but you shouldn’t feel terrible on fruit and veg after a while and if you do it’s not the fruit and veg, it’s the fruit and veg being sprayed with chemicals and these chemicals are attacking the nervous system, destroying the microbiology in the body and the result is digestive issues, brain fog, and fatigue, etc.
You still need to hydrate and alkalize and that’s where the fruit comes in the picture and organic, seasonal, and locally grown in best to experience the benefits you’re looking for. You can’t blame the diet if you’re eating conventional fruits and veg sprayed with toxic chemical agents.
Go to the tropics and eat natural ripe fruit not sprayed with chemicals and ripening agents that are not radiated and genetically modified and you will know what hydration and an alkaline body feels like and when feeling light and energetic is experienced you will know real fast that optimal food is not these high-calorie rich acids and mucus forming foods that cause dehydration and back up the lymphatic system and contribute to dis-ease because, without hydration, alkalis, and fluidity in the body you can never experience regeneration at this level of toxicity humans are dealing with in this chemical world of toxicity!
Hydrate and alkalize for 30 days on a diet of 80% fruit and 20% salads and then eat cooked foods “high” in nutrition and calorie density, you will find out real quick that energy and vitality is not experienced this way and that hydration is what makes the human body feel well and run efficiently. Your own experience will teach you not flawed study funded scientism. Use your common sense and open your mind to the experience because intellectualism will complex your reality and lock you into nowhere land because your body will teach you real fast the reality of what’s what and that’s what your a species designed for fruit and fruit is hydrating and the most energy producing fuel source for the human body without question and even if you observe science look to this study because not only is it obvious when we observe nature but it’s obviously recorded as well ?
