The reason why I believe that somebody that is transitioning to a 100% raw food diet especially based around fruit should take a solid food vacation for 15 days, is because their digestive system and pancreas has been beat up from their prior cooked food diet, and there’s a lot of metabolic waste, and plaque build up in the colon, and may not benefit in a comfortable way just jumping into a raw food diet when there is still lots of terrain in the body. You want to get rid of the mucoid plaque, excess mucus, parasites, fungus, yeast, and molds so that you could better tolerate the raw food, and not have lots of bloating, gas and uncomfortable symptoms.
Fruits are very astringent and pulling and stir up a lot of waste that has been stagnant in the body, and you want to do your best to flush it out, so that you can better at tolerate the astringency of the fruits pulling and trying to remove excess terrain that the body shouldn’t have. Most people have 30 lb of excess fecal matter in their colon due to these acid/mucus forming foods that do not become process&absorb properly and stick to the walls of the colon and never make it out properly because they never belong in the body in the first place.
Transition is always going to benefit you the most, and prepare you for detoxification. A lot of people will just jump from cooked food even high protein diets right into just fruit or a 100% raw food diet, and have a very uncomfortable experience when the floodgates open up in the body tries to remove this excess terrain, and a lot of people will end up going back to cooked food because the body stops the process of elimination and they start feeling better temporarily.
The fruits are like a solvent with pulling out acids that are in interstitial spaces in the cells, and the leafy green veggies are like brooms and scrub and pull mucus and fungus out of the body. The reason why I believe that doing juice only for 15 days along with herbs and enemas, is because it’s important to get that mucoid plaque build-up out, so that things will flow much more effectively, and not so aggressively, because the high vibrational raw living foods do not stick to the body, but they clean the body as they come out for elimination.
Juice is still going to stir things up, but the juice will pull things out quicker, when there’s a lot of stagnant build up, and the herbs also will help scrub and pull unwanted fecal matter, protein plaques, biofilm, amyloid plaque, ect.
Doing an enema before the juice fast and at the end of it, after pulling out this unwanted metabolic waste from the colon, you will then be able to go on and experience the benefits of the living foods, without being overburden and overwhelmed by the cleansing reactions, and if you don’t get rid of this excess plaque buildup, then it’s going to be uncomfortable eating the raw living food for most of you. It’s not the raw living foods that cause these problems, and that our bodies are not adapted to them. It’s just the aggressive nature of the raw foods pulling on the trash buildup that shouldn’t be in the body, and the cooked foods do not do this, but just add on more plaque buildup, but you got to empty out the trash, if you want to experience optimal health.
When doing the juice fast, I would recommend fruit juice in the day, and a big green juice in the evening along with herbal formulas that help the body detox effectively. The fruit juice is going to pull on the lymph system, and remove acid build-up, and the green juice and herbs is going to pull unwanted fungus, yeast, parasites and worms, out of the body, and it’s also good to have a balancing green juice that will slow down detox in the evening, because all fruit juice will be very aggressive with allowing the body to use a lot of energy to heal itself taking away all digestion, and also fruits are very astringent and the green juice not as much.
The Fab Four herbal kit from The herbal Health Club designed by Robert Morse ND is a great starter kit for everyone transitioning to a raw living foods diet, and is taking on a healing journey of regenerative detoxification. The Fab Four kit are herbs for the kidney and bladder, endocrine glands, lymphatic system, and the GI tract. I would also add on the parasite M formula and the pancreatic formula while on the juice fast. This is how you attack this intelligently if you are coming off of acid and mucus forming cooked foods, and want to clean out your pipes so that you could tolerate the heavy raw fibers coming from the whole raw foods.
In my experience and many other people’s experience doing this will benefit you in the long run, and give the pancreas a rest so that it can heal and regenerate, instead of just switching from cooked to raw, and trying to get the pancreas to adjust from breaking down the raw food, when it wants to heal from the damage that was caused from the cooked, and by eliminating energy on digestion, when the body starts to want to heal itself, which can only take place on a raw food diet, you can then reboot its function when you start eating solid food again. You always want to break the juice fast with mono fruit meals, and I would do that for at least a week after the juice fast, and I would stay on The Fab Four kit, and herbal formulas for several months while the body expectorates and gets rid of decades a metabolic waste sewage, and really focus on opening up your kidneys to eliminate acid stagnation so that your whole body will refunction properly as a system, and ultimately when you fix digestion, absorption, utilization, and start to eleminate properly, you will thank the raw foods for transforming your life, and healing your body on a systemic level.
Good fruit juice would be apple juice, grape juice, watermelon juice and orange juice. And a simple green juice recipe would be apple, beets, parsley, ginger, cilantro, cellery. I would also recommend the GI broom formula after at least 30 days on a raw food diet to pull out sulfur and any access mucoid plaque, and the GI room will also restore any type of ulcerations or damage that took place to the GI tract from the high protein foids and acidic starches.
In my opinion if you want to detox properly, then this is how you attack it head-on, and if you want to restore your body, and gain optimal health for the long run, then I highly recommend you adopt this as a lifestyle, not just a quick fix temporary cleanse, because yo-yoing from healthy food back to food that’s not designed for you will only cause more dysfunctions and problems you may deal with down the road.
As a human species we need to get back to nature and get back to our biological diet, and stop playing games with our health, and the food that we put in our body, we need to grow up and understand that food addiction is a serious problem, just like a drug addiction would be, and if we’re damaging our health with food, then we are no greater than an alcoholic or drug addict.
Go on a solid food vacation for at least 15 days, adopt a high fruit living foods diet, reverse the systemic acidosis, and become your own master of health, and then go on and help other people find their wellness, which is truly found in regenerative detoxification, not surgeries, drugs, and masking symptoms, this is irresponsible death sentence created by an unconscious and ignorant medical establishment, that knows nothing about health, and is not in the business of regeneration.
