Failing to transition and fruitarians going back to eating meat


One of the biggest mistakes people make adopting the fruit diet and other detoxification modalities is that they fail to transition to a raw food diet. For one it can take some time to adapt to eating foods that are only raw from a lifetime focusing on a high cooked food diet and the reality is when you stop eating foods all kinds of junk comes out of the body! Why would mucus, parasites, and all kinds of smelly stuff come out of the skin, by bowel movement and through the skin? Living foods are alkaline in nature and don’t create mucus toxicity in the body and fruit and vegetable bowel movements when they leave the colon don’t have a putrefactive odor. It’s simple because the body is cleaning itself from waste build-up due to eating foods foreign to the human anatomy which all cooked foods are foreign to every living species that inhabit this earth. Cooked foods are survival foods and thank god nature has provided an alternative outside of climates that are not abundant in fruit (the food for humans)

So a person fails to transition and goes from eating a diet of whatever that’s highly acidic and mucus-forming right into a fruit diet and the detox is aggressive and a person gets ratted out and blames there discomfort on the diet when really it’s the body purging at a very high level and humans being very impatient in nature due to the matrix conditioning think that detox is a quick fix and may only take a few weeks to a few months to regenerate the body when in reality it can take 3-7 years depending on the person and the state of there lymphatic system. It took me 3 years to get from HELL to WELL.

Another common occurrence is getting blood tests and urine tests in the thick of detox and then being Manipulated by medical doctors that your “protein deficient “ I mean what freaking primate is protein Deficient Living off of fruit in the jungle? Not taking about primates living off of survival on compromised habitats pushed away from the fruit into the mountains because again for any species that are taken out of their natural habitat needs to turn to survival and the very reason why humans started cooking their foods. For one protein deficiency is a scam because it doesn’t exist! It’s how your body absorbs amino acids that are important. In the matrix we live in today we can get everything we need from a diet of 80% fruit and 20% other plant foods in their raw and natural state.

It makes no sense to me why a person that fails to transition or doesn’t understand the elimination process and how vital it is to eliminate what you stir up in the body doesn’t need to turn to dead animals for strength! We have a large plant kingdom to turn to and if you want to cook your food you could easily slow down your detox and take a break for a while if you got yourself ratted out failing to transition properly to food like quinoa which is more of an alkaline seed which happens to be high in amino acids. Be better to regain your strength on plants to slow down detox from the fruit diet than to just eat tons of proteins found a dead animal tissue which is highly acidic and putrefactive to the body! You could also slow down your detox with plenty of raw foods like greens and nuts and seeds. In my experience, I have lost tons of weight on raw foods and now my body has completely maintained its strength and size on 100% raw with a diet consisting of 80% fruit and the fruit being mangoes 95% of the time.

It’s just not necessary and it’s quite strange in my personal opinion why tons of fruitarians instead of just adding in some more cooked plant foods turn to dead animals and promote it for health?? Even myself took a break from the fruit diet and 100% raw for a year to take a break from detox knowing that it’s almost a decade experience to fully regenerate the body and now that I’m back on 100% raw 80% fruit I have no issue with maintaining strength, energy, and mental clarity.

Fruitarians that turn to meat and now are promoting meat for health when all you have to do is take a little break and add in some cooked whole plant foods return back to a 100% raw food diet down the road and you probably won’t run into the same pitfall that you ran into failing to transition and rushing into an all-fruit diet too quickly!

It’s not a thing that a person on a high raw plant-based diet doesn’t get enough protein and the reality of the situation is the body doesn’t need protein the body needs amino acids and if the fruit is low quality this doesn’t mean don’t eat fruit anymore just add in some greens and sprouts and herbs and you will get plenty of amino acids that way.

The lymphatic system is active in moving the trash out of the body focusing on the fruit as well as the kidneys that rely on hydration and alkalinity to maintain health so you can eliminate stored waste throughout the lymphatic system in the body.

Animal proteins are not gentle on the bowels and kidneys and it’s not a good idea to put a beating on your main eliminative channels in the body because of some confusion from MDS or other propagated “science” that you need dead animals to maintain health. Raw meat or cooked meat it should be preserved for your cat and other carnivore designed species because there is no tangible factual argument I’ve heard of and I have seen plenty of the carnivore peps videos and articles and it always goes back to regeneration with me because I’ve seen what fruit can do for many people that meat simple just can’t do or hasn’t been done for example a fruit diet for a Quadriplegic or a carnivore diet? Who has more of a chance getting out of that chair?? The fruit diet person or the meat diet person? It’s been done on a fruit diet already. Regeneration is going to point to who gets out of that chair and that’s how we talk about what’s healthy not a person that “fails” on a fruit-based raw food diet because of not transitioning and not making there detox a goal to clean out the bowels and get the kidneys filtering and that’s another one! Can you take a person of Dialysis eating dead animals and get them peeing and filtering? I haven’t seen it but I have intimately experienced guiding people to achieving this on a fruit diet along with herbal formulas.

Transition and be intelligent and when you get to all raw and all fruit understand that’s when the body can actually drain affectively but don’t go from highly cooked to all fruit overnight and give yourself several months to transition by adopting a mucusless diet first and even take a break if Necessary If already have been on 100% raw for a couple of years and return back to the fruit diet and even then you will most likely experience why the fruit diet is vital for maintaining a clean alkaline body because cooked foods of many origins can acidify the body and even to many raw nuts and seeds if you’re consuming too much protein.

Fruit to meat? It’s not Necessary and like I said if you don’t want to be 100% raw or all fruit forever it would be better to eat a high fruit whole foods plant-based diet which is much better for health than going back to eating dead animals and saying they’re healthy!
