Fasting as a lifestyle

Fasting as a lifestyle

Fasting is the ultimate form of healing.

Now elimination of unwanted stored waste and that can be many things is how the body heals and regenerates. Fasting encourages this in many ways as long as you’re informed on how to eliminate waste than you can experience the amazing benefits of fasting and the rapid healing that comes with it.

Now fasting, shouldn’t that help you eliminate the toxima and acidosis? not always and this is where you must become an artist. Fasting allows the body to break up waste and creates an immune response and actives the endocrine system to produce hormones and cell activation which puts the body in a state of steering up lymphatic toxemia/acids and also is not on overdrive with trying to process and eliminate.

What I’ve learned is you want to utilise the basic forms of fasting when you’re not time-restricted fasting (intermittent fasting) which is dry and wet fasting. Dry meaning not eating and drinking and abstaining from liquids absorbing into the skin and liquid fasting being water, herbal tea, fruit, and vegetable juices. Dry fasting is going to put the body in the ultimate rest phase and the kidneys are not going to be overworked so that they can filter the waste the lymph system is pulling to the kidneys for elimination. The liquids are to break up and also encourage hydration and alkalinity while the body is dumping loads of acids/toxemia.

I’ve been intermittent dry fasting for over 5 years and one meal a day just naturally has become apart of my lifestyle for a little over a year. I prefer to keep the colon clean and liquids all day and one meal in the evening is what’s effective for me.

Apart from intermittent fasting whether that’s dry or wet I have been drawn to 4-5 days on feeding and then 4-5 days on extended fasting periods. Dry fasting, and water fasting mainly with like a 1 day juice day on the last day before I get back on my feeding days.

I’ve been playing with this for a while and it’s amazing how little if any inflammation I feel on a dry fast and water fast vs when I’m eating. I have no obsession with fasting and even my diet anymore even though I focus on the raw mostly and when I eat cooked I focus on low protein 100% plant-based. If I play with the wrong chemistry and I experience a blowback I fast and I give my body a rest so that I don’t create homes for acids to create stagnation blocking the flow of energy and creating an environment of disease.

As a regenerative detoxification specialist, I help my clients transition to a fruitarian diet and I encourage herbal botanicals for healing phases and fasting in balance because when healing and getting out of hellville you can’t afford to be eating dead foods and high protein chemistry. But for me personally, at this stage of my life, I’m more attracted to fasting intermittent and short term extended fast as a lifestyle rather than maintaining the purest diet because I feel like humans just overeat regardless of what that is and this is why we never give the body a rest to get rid of the acids and the colon is always on overdrive as well as the digestive anatomy such as the pancreas, liver/gallbladder.

It would be best to maintain a mucusless diet and because cooked foods don’t promote regeneration but raw foods do and fasting without question does as well.

I’m always thinking about nature and lifestyle, not about aggressive fasting such as 90+ days on juice which I think can be a benefit for certain metabolic types (heavyset person) but not for a skinny person and 7-10 day dry fast I think is way too long to be dry unless your an ancient breatharian wizard 😆 and 30-40 day water fasting as well for certain people and especially the skinny that already has bone-related issues and adrenal gland issues. I think regeneration can take place with fasting and feeding but not overeating and focusing on a mucusless diet.

Truly for proper detox and to clean and move lymph you want to camp out on the fruit diet (DRM protocol) and to put in the work focusing on the fruit and herbs and for lifestyle to adopt the mucusless diet healing system (founder professor Arnold Ehret) which can be 100% raw or just focusing on cooked and raw mucusless meals and foods.

Fasting is a lifestyle and learning to play in nature more, connect with soul family, and to eat less because in this society we live in today worldwide the focus is on eating way too much food and never allowing the body to rest and eliminate properly.

The End

Get back to nature my friends, get back to a diet that your biological design to eat, tap into your intuitive Consciousness, let your instincts guide you, live in the present moment, and I promise you my friends you will thrive!
