Fatty foods effect on the gallbladder

Fatty foods effect on the gallbladder

Your gallbladder is your digestive organ designed to help you break down fatty acids. Not fats, fatty acids. If the gallbladder gets overburdened my these cooked rancid carcinogenic fats then the gallbladder will break down and become impaired and become overworked and lose its ability to produce bile that Emulsifies fats so you can process and assimilate them properly.

There is all this talk about “fats” being brain fuel and vital for health and hormones etc. I don’t see it this way because the human body is designed to run on carbon (simple sugars) and fruits have this fuel and just the perfect about of fatty acids in its proper ratios the body needs. When you overeat on fats you don’t feel good and this also can cause blood sugar issues due to sugars interacting with them and causing Fermentation in the body also blocking sugar from getting in the cells properly which in return can cause insulin resistance.

Cooked fats are very acidic and create rancidity which feeds fungus, and parasites in the body. Cooked fats will create galls stones and overwork the liver and in return create a lot of rancidity and fermentation in the body and in return make you feel nauseous, bloated and this contributes to digestive distress.

The only fats I would eat would be raw fats that are low in protein like coconuts, olives, and avocados and I would eat them springy. The gallbladder is designed for fatty acids in fruit, not nuts, seeds, oils, and rotting dead animal tissue, the same thing for the pancreas not designed for complex carbohydrates but rather for simple sugars found in fruit.

If you want a healthy gallbladder don’t overeat on fats and especially not cooked rancid fats, and if you don’t have a gallbladder you should not eat any overt fats because you won’t be able to digest them properly and I would get herbs for the liver to keep the liver cleaned and focus on a diet of fruits and tender veggies if desired sparingly.

Fats should never be cooked, only eaten raw sparingly. Cooked fats also create an over-acid stomach and a big contributor to acid reflux. Raw fats are anti-inflammatory but not hydrating to the body, and you want to put your focus on alkaline juicy fruits that hydrate the body, and these foods typically are low in fat content and nature did this for a reason. You want to be hydrated to experience vital health.

Some raw fats in the form of avocados, olives, and coconut can be balancing and keep the body warm in the winter season but these foods should not be a staple because the human body should run on fruit sugar and the fatty acids in the carbon-based fruits are hard on the gallbladder and keep the gallbladder healthy instead of damaging it and causing the gallbladder to break down and fail to do its job to break down fatty acids so the body can get the fatty acids it needs to strengthen structure functioning of tissue.

The End

Get back to nature my friends, get back to a diet that your biological design to eat, tap into your intuitive Consciousness, let your instincts guide you, live in the present moment, and I promise you my friends you will thrive!
