I am truly not a big fan of the nutritional concept of natural healing. Human beings are way too fixated on thinking they need over amounts of nutrition and minerals in order to create a healthy high functioning body. This can be further from the truth from what I’ve learned and experienced. The less coming in the body the more the body has a chance to clean out the existing cause of the problem, and that’s sydtemic acidosis and mucus stagnation and fungal and parasitic activity amongst chemical stagnation from what’s found in the supplements, prescription drugs, foods and drinks that humans consume and have consumed for decades in their lifetime.
I proved to myself that nutrition is not an important when it comes to healing the body. Cleaning the lymphatic system and allowing the body to repair damaged tissue, and rebuilding it all on very little amount of chemistry and minerals. I lived on mangoes for 7 months and they were not all organic, and many times eight conventional mangoes, I cleaned out my body’s with this simple form of eating, and my body has been repairing quite strongly ever since. When I came to the realization that I’m a frugivore species predominantly designed for fruits, I got over the nutritional concept that is taught and came to understand that deficiencies only exist in a culturing medium of a backed up lymphatic system.
The simpler you eat, the more they lymphatic system has a chance to clean itself out from the stagnant terrain that has built up for a lifetime. We need to stop becoming fixated on thinking we need to eat a rainbow of foods in order to get a certain amount of nutrition and minerals and simply just get back to understanding what your species is designed to eat, and the more you clean out your body the more that you will be able to absorb and utilize nutrition coming in and you will not require the amount of nutrition and minerals and vitamins you think you need. I mean eating only mangoes for 7 months straight is a very low source of minerals, and my body continually became stronger, I got rid of the inflammation in my body, I’ve gained and awareness and mental clarity through the roof, and felt no deficiency whatsoever.
There are many civilizations of people that eat very simple amount of food because they don’t have access to the variety that we do especially in America, and we’re so fixated on minerals and supplements, and yet the sickest civilization of people on the planet, and yet these people are thriving eating one or two items of foods weather that’s raw or cooked and don’t suffer with the amount of issues that we do, and also aren’t fixated on minerals and nutrition. The body doesn’t need a whole lot of nutrition in my opinion, the body needs to allow the cycles of metabolic waste to be removed through the body and that’s about removing the acid and mucus forming foods not necessarily adding on a ratio of specific vitamins and minerals.
We don’t need the green powders, the rock salts, and all kinds of specific sprouts, sea veggies, and vegetables to get the minerals that the human body needs, in my opinion eating a diet predominantly based around fruit, about 80% coming from fruit, and 20% coming from veggies you will get everything you need, and you don’t need to eat 3 to 6 meals a day in order to get that requirement.
The simpler you eat, and the less you eat, and the more you fast in my opinion will encourage the body to recover and repair & gain 0ptimal health vs eating an abundance of food trying to get your specific ratio of nutrition and minerals, never allowing the body to rest and process the food, and allowing the body to clean out old metabolic waste from eating acid and mucus forming foods. It’s not about nutrition coming in but acids coming out the creates a healthy body, and we must relearn everything we’ve been taught regarding vitamins, nutrition and minerals because it’s a huge distraction and will only cause you to be drifted away from your natural biological diet and thinking that complexity is more beneficial than simplicity, is just not true because the more simple the better your health becomes, and that’s why people become much more healthy on extended water fast or dry fast when they’re not consuming any form of nutrition whatsoever.
We need to teach ourselves what’s best based on personal experience rather than the propagated studies and scientific data that is only subjective, and we’ll only suppress the ability for the human species to evolve and to understand that simplicity and less is better. We do have studies that proves that lower eating consumption is more conducive to longevity vs somebody that eats a high-calorie diet, eats the rainbow, and takes their nutritional supplements and mineral supplements.
You don’t have to waste your money on these ridiculously high priced supplements and green powders, you can go ahead and waste your time, but until you understand that eating less and fasting is much more beneficial then overeating, even healthy food because you feel like you need to get a specific amount of minerals and nutrition.
Humans aren’t suffering with nutritional and mineral deficiencies, they’re suffering because their lymphatic system is backed up and all their eliminative channels are damaged! When you open up your kidneys and empty the floodgates of acidosis, and you hydrate your body on an interstitial level with a few fruits and vegetables, your body will become so clean and healthy that it will only require very little amount of chemistry in order to get the most out of the chemistry coming in.
When your detoxifying you never want to put your focus on nutrition and minerals, it’s a huge distraction and has no science whatsoever when it comes to understanding the basic chemistry of acid and alkaline, the two major fluids in the human body blood and lymph, and elimination of acids in the body through the kidneys, and this is the simple truth that will set you free, and you only need a fruit diet, fasting, and some herbal botanicals to help support the organs and glands because they have been damaged by the acid and mucus forming diets while you detoxify on a simple diet, and the less chemistry you intake, and the more you abstain from the problematic foods, you will never need to waste your money on an abundance of food, supplements, green powders and whatever else to meet your so-called requirements that have been written down on paper for you to follow that have no real tangible truth attached to it. I rather go with my intuition and just stick to my biological diet, and I think that I debunked this theory when I only ate mangoes for 7 months straight!
If humans are designed for fruit diets in which fruits are lower in minerals, then why are we as a species so fixated on minerals? We have fruits, berries, melons and botanical fruits and they will give your body everything it needs when it comes to minerals, and if your adding in a little leafy greens your going to get more minerals than you actually need, so we need to stop the fixation on minerals because the soil has become depleted and the earth has become damaged, because even that theory holds no water when it comes to true regenerative health, because I truly believe the body becomes more efficient with just a simple living foods diet and fasting. Humans overeat, and we only need a few meals a day. Test it for yourself, the more simple your diet is and the less supplements you take, the better you will feel and the better your body will function.
