Forgive yourself and get back on track with your diet


There are many reasons why we fall of our diet and when I say diet I simply just mean the natural optimal lifestyle diet for humans, not a fad diet that’s designed for temporary things like losing weight.

When you learn that you are a frugivore designed for raw foods you can’t deny the fact that eating fruit and simple salads is the diet you should be on for optimal health and that’s why you keep going back when you fall off. You know you don’t feel the best when you stray away from fruit and raw foods back to cooked foods. You know that cooked foods are stimulating, sedating and very addicting and that’s why when you start eating even cooked Whole Foods it’s easy to fall into eating the processed stuff too.

Your friends, environment, stress and looking for a comfort blanket going through hard times it’s easy to turn to food to distract yourself and to numb yourself to “get by” I’ve been there and I know many of you have as well.

Forgive yourself and don’t live in a state of “defeat” you are not defeated you simply are just human and sometimes you can go the distance and sometimes you backtrack a little but the best you can do for yourself is to forgive yourself and just take steps to get back on track and look to other things in life that make you happy rather than being so fixated on your diet.

You know what makes you feel your best and you know what steps you need to make to get back on track. It’s ok to make mistakes because it’s an opportunity to learn from it and it’s not a “sin” if you fall off your diet it’s the principle to why and we also don’t live in a perfect world and sometimes we are put in a place of not being able to even offered food let alone a diet abundant in fruits and vegetables that can be expensive especially when organic is a priority to your health.

When you need to heal then make it happen and trust that when the money goes out it will come back on because turning to nature to heal is self-love and you will be provided for if you put your health as a priority. You don’t have to be perfect all the time when you have your health and you don’t have to make diet your persona ether. Do your best and always make fruit the focus if you can and when the time is right and you are in a better place you can reset and rebalance the body on an optimal diet based around fruit and tender greens just say you will and you won’t leave in the state you are in and you will learn and grow and enjoy the journey learn in duality and cause and effect will always help you make the choice a little easier ? and if the diet is alkaline and hydrating you know you are going to feel your best!
