This is another convenient excuse not to eat fruit, and it’s also not a thing either. Fruit is human food, and if your body rejects fruit, it’s not your body, it’s the fruit exposing your body is a filthy mess.
Allergies and sensitivities to foods you’re designed for is an oxymoron. It’s lymph stagnation in the body (sewage) and fruit being astringent in its nature is only trying to remove the plaque build-up that got created in the body, from literally almost every other food expect from starchless veggies.
Fruit is a magical food, simply because it’s designed for the homo sapien, and because fruit steers the pot, and gets things moving, sometimes it exposes things that make the body feel uncomfortable, but the end result after the beginning cleansing period itself, is the opposite when it comes to fruit, and when the body gets clean and healthy on fruit, the opposite is true, and that’s intolerance to every other food category outside of fruit, and that even being raw alkaline starchless veggies.
Never make the excuse that your “allergic” to fruit, and if you think I’m stupid for saying it doesn’t exist, then put me to the test, and clean out your pipes first. Get rid of the excuse fecal matter, and Mucoid plaque, and parasitic infestations in the GI tract, get your kidneys filtering, and remove the acids and metabolic waste in the body, start hydrating and alkalizing the body, and when the body takes out the trash, you will find out for yourself experiencing that allergies are only because your body is backed up, and “fruit allergies” are not allergies, because fruit is active and astringent, so feeling bloated, gassy, and uncomfortable with fruit in your gut, is not the fruit itself, but all the shit that has been stagnant in the body, and now it’s trying to come out of the body, and being on a diet of fruit and raw foods, is only creating the detoxification process, and that process is creating similar reactions to allergies, but not creating them. It’s acids, mucus, and terrain in the body that cause allergies. Sewage will weaken the immune system, simply because trash build-up, will constipate the lymphatic system, which blocks the flow of energy, and creates friction and imbalance.
Instead of making excuses not to eat fruit, stop eating all the foods that clog up the body, push through the discomfort of cause and effect, when it comes to the body draining itself, and know-how to build-up to the fruits that may be a little aggressive for you, (such as the astringent varieties, which are usually citrus/acid fruits, grapes and watermelons) only because your so backed up with sewage, and the not filtering well, so fruits like citrus, will scrub and pull toxins, and acids to the surface of the skin, but hydrating, alkaline organic ripe citrus fruits don’t cause these problems, because your “allergic”, but instead because your being exposed, and no other food that has zero astringent proprieties is going to expose this.
The opposite is true, fruit creates beautiful skin, but fruit will also expose weak and acidic skin as well. It’s always a matter of pushing through the detox with fruit, getting to the other side to gain the awareness of how toxic the body can be, and how powerful, and active fruits are with moving, and steering things up in a clogged up lymph, and constipated body.
Fruit is only doing you a favor, and you have to dry your tears, trust the process, and push through the discomfort sometimes, to learn that fruit allergies when it comes to fresh, ripe, and truly organic fruits don’t really exist, it’s more just a reaction to cause an effect, because the truth is no food is pulling and cleans the body like fruit, and really no other food cleans anything, other then fruit, and this is why you would use citrus to clean dirty residues of a dirty shower glass door, well it’s the same concept in the human body as well when fruit is consumed.
Now can the body be allergic to fruits that have been manipulated by man when it comes to the chemicals put on the fruit? Yes without a doubt, but you don’t blame the fruit itself, you blame the chemical.
The fact the remains here is that when it comes to natural healing and regenerative detoxification, you need the fruits my friend, if your going to be eating food, because apart from the fruit, you will plateau very quickly with veggies, and in all realty veggies are not even foods designed for the Homo sapien species, and if you don’t have an issue with veggies, it’s only because they have no pulling and astringent nature to them, and this is why they will only get you so far when it comes to moving lymph and removing sewage in the body.
When the body gets clean, you will have more sensitivities with veggies over fruit, because simple when the body adapts to the simple and natural digestion of fruit, it will lot have a good time trying to digest the heavy cellulose fibers in the veggies that are not even properly digested in the human body, and it’s because humans don’t have teeth that grind their food like the herbivore species do, and we also don’t have multiple stomachs to deal with veggie matter like a lot of the herbivore species do.
Trust me when you clean and detoxify the body well, and if you’re not going to do a liquid only fast, to clean your pipes, wether that’s water, fruit or veggie juices, then you will need the astringent electrical fruits do make that happen, but you will get to the other side, and you will prove to yourself that your silly fruit allergy sensitivity, and your “test” that validates this lol, will simply only be distraction and myth, because all those that have pushed through the detox when it comes to taking out the decades of trash in their body, no longer have this “allergy” that their little allergy test said they had!? Interesting how that works?!
This reason why it frustrates me, is because when you look at the facts of what food humans are designed for it points to the fruits with flying colors, and regardless of the imbalances humans have created, and habits of eating foods with fire, and not designed for their bodies, because we have migrated away from the topical forest into cold climates, and a genetic mutation, and have had to learn to “adopt” doesn’t mean the facts don’t still remain the same, and I believe that humans are the most refined fruigivore species there is on this earth, and even more refined as a fruigivore then the primates LIVING IN THEIR NATURE HABITAT, because they are not anymore, and they are having to learn to “adapt” to inferior foods sources as well, living in a world of survival, and human created imbalances.
I believe fruit sensitivities are from the terrain in the body, and when fruit steers this up, then it will create a blowback effect, and it’s the chemicals put on the fruits, that cause them. If you have organic options, I don’t care what the excuses are not to eat them, because you can rearrange your finances to afford them if you really desire to, and you must understand how important it is to eat organic food, because you can’t blame the fruit if it’s sprayed with chemicals, and the neurotoxins effect your body in a negative way, and if the food is genetically modified, then technically you can’t even call it food, because it’s not in accordance with nature to be called food.
Call me crazy all you want, but I truly believe that humans are so refined as fruigivores that we are a species that is only designed for fruit, and that’s organic, ripe fruits that contain a seed. You may tolerate starchless veggies in the sense that they don’t back up the lymphatic system, by creating mucus and residues that create dis-ease, but you don’t have a digestive system designed for them, and you don’t have an anatomy that is designed for any other food apart from fruit. The human body was designed for the simple digestion and hydration of the fruit itself, sorry but that’s what I believe, and I’m sticking to it, until someone can prove to me without a doubt that their other foods designed for the digestive system regarding the human specifies, that make your case, but even better put your body to the test first, and get rid of the excess terrain and debris first, and trust me, your body will simply only tolerate the fruit, and this is another reason why I believe “vegans” are having issues with a “vegan” diet it’s because the focus is cooked plant foods for most vegans, and the focus is over eating on grains, starches and veggies, and I don’t think we even need to talk about the highly processed mock meat vegan foods that people are eating, and the soy bean in my opinion is the worst, and the gluten grains being the seconded. Also it’s the conventional plant food sources that are sprayed with toxic chemicals. Also intolerances regarding fruit can be caused from the consumption of unripe fruit, especially the unripe acid varieties can be hard in the pancreas and cause discomfort, or any fruit that is eaten unripe, but that’s a man created problem, not nature itself, so we can’t put the blame on the fruit itself, because it’s picked ungodly to soon, and doesn’t ripen properly for natural consumption.
True allergies, and intolerances can only be caused by foods that are not designed for humans, which are truly every foods apart from fruits, and you just do your best if you don’t want to be a total fruitarian to eat the living foods you can tolerate, but trust me when you remove the culturing medium (terrain) in the body, you will have no issues, if any when you consume fresh, organic ripe fruits, berries and melons, and the opposite is true with every other food category outside of them.
We live in a dualistic world, and also a world that doesn’t cater to fruit and healthy eating, so you find your balance, and you do your best most of the time, but to me when I eat any other food apart from fruit, it’s not because I feel like I need the food to meet an illusionary “nutritional” need that is simply illusionary, but instead because it’s a cheat, for balance, or taste pleasure, because the way I see it in my mind, and research, if it’s not a food designed for you specifically, then it’s not going to benefit you in any real tangible way.
I myself don’t eat just fruit 100% of the time, but I’m also not in denial ether about what foods are designed for me, because I am not a nutritional thinker, apart from the nutrition found in fruit itself being important, I’m more of a natural common sense thinker, and my focus is foods specific to species, and the ratios of nutrition regarding foods are only important in that food designed for that species, and all the hype on nutritional deficiencies are only because humans are eating cooked foods, and fake processed foods, that are clogging up the body, and weakening the glands that make utilization possible, and the small Intestines that allow access of nutrition to even get in the cells to feed them, and this is why I myself am a less is more thinker, because the simpler the diet is, and the most simple the digestion is, and that is mono fruit eating, the better the body cleans itself to fix these problems, and when the body gets clean, and these problems get fixed, you don’t run into deficiency, because it’s not deficiency anyways the way that concept is taught, it’s utilization and pathways being blocked, because of acids that damage the tissue responsible, and the mucus and other terrain material that blocks the flow of access, and again when you take out the trash in the body, then you don’t run into these issues, and I know this to be true clearing up these issues, going from a “balanced” diet, to a literal mango only diet for 7 months straight! Sorry but if anyone claims authority here with real life experience, it’s me, because as a fruit based living foodist, I think I have the recored of longest mono fruit feasting on this planet, at least that has been recored in the public setting. If anyone has gone linger on just one fruit for a season, at least longer then 213 days in a row, I would be interested to know!
I’m thankful that I did adopt the mono fruit lifestyle, and have actually based my diet on at least 80% mangoes for almost 3 years now, and I know from introducing other foods after this simple diet, and lifestyle of eating, that my body refuses to “adopt” to any other food, raw or cooked other then fruits, and that’s on every level regarding the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
I can cheat a couple days a week on gourmet raw food and get away with it, but if I try to eat other raw foods other then fruits everyday I get a blowback overtime, and if I eat cooked foods, I feel my lymph system backing up big time. If i eat starch I get a fungal reaction such as itchy skin, and intense emotional eating binges for starches, when I return to mono fruit eating, all that goes away in a couple days.
From the science, and understanding of regenerative detoxification regarding cause and effect, and how fruit being electric, pulling and astringent in nature, can expose weakness, and the sewage overload in the body trying to be removed from the cleansing nature of fruit, and my own personal experiences living on a simple fruit diet, the body wants fruit, and when the body returns to its natural design to eat fruit, the opposite is true with intolerance to every other food, apart from fruit, and you just have to live through this yourself, to understand this, and when you do, all these “allergy” sensitivity test you take that says you can’t eat fruit, is a joke, because again these “sensitivities” don’t last when you remove the culturing medium in the body, that fruit simply just exposes!
Get back to nature my friends, get back to a diet that your biological design to eat, tap into your intuitive Consciousness, let your instincts guide you, live in the present moment, and I promise you my friends you will thrive!
