Fruit kills parasites, and this is why you're having massive cravings for foods that feed them


The fruit is electrical food, it’s full of energy and magnetics. Parasites hate energy and oxygen. They love food void of electromagnetic energy, and that is dead food. They love starches and rancid cooked fats, and this is why you crave those types of foods when you go from a diet of starch, dairy, and meat to a diet of fruit, and tender simple salads.

It has been said that fruit sugar feeds fungus and parasites lol! That one always makes me laugh because I know first hand that fruit has pulled out the parasite from my body, and many times even without taking any herbs. If I stray from eating just fruits, and simple salads, and I start eating a little starch even once a week, and I get back on fruit only, or fruit and simple salads only, for at least 2 weeks straight, I will get rid of parasites, and also have massive die of cravings for starches, and even the nasty stuff like potato chips ? why is this happening? Because again when you hydrate and alkalize the body with fruit only, they can’t survive, and this is why a diet of fruit and simple salads starves them out.

They don’t like greens ether, because the chlorophyll is full of magnetics, and oxygen, but the fruit is even stronger for killing them because of fruit hydrates the body more then greens do.

Push through the cravings, because when you get rid of these little conscious demons, you will have a craving for fruit and raw foods only, and will not cave in to the late-night cooked meals anymore. The more you feed the parasites, the harder it will be for you to stay consistent on your diet. If your cravings are unbearable, then I would step up your protocol to a herbal “killium” formula like the parasite g and parasite m from the herbal health club, and get rid of them, and you will crave nourishing life-giving living foods.

You also must understand that a fruit-based raw food diet is not a diet that numbs, sedates and releases excitotoxins in the brain, so you have to face your problems, and learn to work through them on this lifestyle, because cooked foods will bring you down, but the live foods elevate you to make decisions actively when that bowl of pasta will help you put it off real fast to worry about the next day. The problem with using foods to numb and suppress your higher self, is that you never get stronger, and you never experience that results in your looking for, so train your mind to succeeded, and change your thought pattern, and it won’t be so difficult to overcome these hurdles with those late-night parasite craving foods, your struggling to give up.

The good news is that you can eat a bounty of fresh sweet fruit, and tender leafy salads, and you will only change the terrain environment in your body, and get rid of the microbes that feast on these sticky residues these foods leave behind in your stomach and GI tract. Fruits clean out the terrain and don’t leave behind residues for them to feed on, so they starve themselves.

You don’t want to feed parasites, fungus, and worms in the body, because they will poop, and create uric acid in the body, and this is more acids on the acid load, which means more irritation, and inflammation in the body. Pull these creatures out with fruit and tender simple salads, or green juices, but the more you give in to the cravings, the more this sets you back with your healing.

If you give in, don’t beat yourself up, just make a more mindful choice next time, because it’s a transition to 100% raw, and it can be challenging for many people, that are used to eating processed foods and hardly any Whole Foods, and fruits and vegetables. It’s not a race for many of you, but a transition, so if you’re having cravings for the cooked foods, make it count, and instead of going for the starchy foods, beans, grains, dairy, and meat, go for the starchless steamed veggies, or veggie broth, and always eat cooked with a salads for dinner, and do this as long as you have to, and just fill up on fruit all day, so your to stuffed to eat dinner, because for some reason in the evening that’s when these parasites like to be feed, because they love the darkness, not the light, and that’s why I call them “demons” ?

If your real hunger in the evening, then you probably not eating enough fruit during the day. Most people new to this lifestyle still have the mind conditioning that fruit is a snack because we have been conditioned that way, but you need to understand you need to eat a meal amount of fruit, which means several pieces of fruit, not just 1-2 pieces. The fruit is much lower in calories than your past typical breakfast, whether that oatmeal or bacon and eggs, so you would need to eat larger amounts to satiate you to hold you over in the day. If your only used to eating 1-2 bananas or 1 mango you need to triple that amount, in the beginning, to hold you over so your full and satisfied long term.

Don’t be afraid to eat too much fruit because it’s “too much sugar” fruit is human food, so that means the body is designed for fruit sugar, and fruit sugar is alkaline, not acidic like processed sugar is. It’s living sugar, and it won’t hurt you.

If you have problems with fruit sugar, it’s your body that is not working properly, because when it gets clean and you remove the terrain and acids out of the body, your body will thrive on fruit sugar, and any other high sugar food, like starches, will create an issue, and this is why when those get used to eating fruits and vegetables and return to cooked foods, get the hangover effect, because the body has adjusted to its natural food, and can detect the acid and mucus-forming foods much easier now that your body is properly hydrated and alkaline.

Parasites hate fruit, and this is why you see them in the toilet because fruit kills them, don’t fear the fruit, because it’s the best food for cleaning out the trash in the human body, it’s the best for moving the lymphatic system, and cleaning your kidneys, so you can remove your metabolic waste, and fruits will elevate you to higher consciousness, help you to overcome anxiety and depression, and overtime when you embrace fasting, and eat less, you will become an enlightened master, and your light can never be turned off, and we can’t say this for dead foods, because they don’t bring you to spiritual evolution, but the fruits and living foods can ?
