Alkaline nectar! Fruit the perfect food for humans. The electromagnetic energy of fruit brings hydration to cells and rapidly creates an alkaline state and fluidity and this will remove acids out of the body and encourage a ph of alkalinity that buffers acids.
What is inflammation anyways? It’s acid stagnation, it’s acids in spaces around cells that are not coming out because the pathways of elimination are blocked. The bowels, kidneys, and skin are failing to eliminate these acids and this is why your body is inflamed.
Understand that chemistry in the form of liquid, food and what’s put on the skin and if this chemistry is acid dominate and these acids enter the body and are dumped into the lymphatic system must be removed through the skin, bowels, and kidneys or else these acids will find homes in tissue and damage cells, tissue, organs, glands, nerve and bone and lead to “inflammation”
Fruit pulls the pain out of the body and I know this to be true very well. You may feel pain in the beginning on a fruit diet when the fruit is pulling on the lymph system creating activity of acids trying to be removed out of the body so in the meantime you may feel more pain and discomfort but once the proteins come out and the acid load from the acid ash diet that was consumed before the fruit diet you will experience a pain free body and you will know first hand the fruit is alkaline and a food the purifies the human vessel.
People don’t die form chronic “inflammation” they die on acid stagnation and the accumulation of metabolic waste (SEWAGE) if acids are what’s causing lymph stagnation and its acids that damage tissue and cells wouldn’t make sense to consume chemistry that’s alkaline dominate?
To clear up the confusion about the acid fruit varieties. Acid fruits are not acidic in the sense that they leave an acid ash in the body like acid forming proteins do from grains, beans, eggs and dead animal tissue do. Fruit acids are astringent in nature that contain acids that convert to alkali in the body. For example lemons are acid fruits but the Ph of a lemon is very alkaline. Acids are damaging to the body in cooked foods and foods heavy in proteins which fruits are not. Fruits are amino acid based not nitrogen dominate.
Fruits clean the kidneys so that the kidneys can filter out the acids that cause inflammation in the body. If you don’t filter the lymphatic system then you are in trouble because If you don’t get rid of the acids that accumulate in the body then the acids will get rid of you.
Fruits alkalize the body and lower inflammation and those that have entered this level of eating know that when they are on the fruit diet the body is not inflamed but when you start eating cooked foods and especially foods high protein the inflammation comes back.
Inflammation is not normal and natural it’s simply taking places because humans are eating the wrong foods and with time when you eat foods that are foreign to the body and mucus and acids build up then you will soon understand and experience cause and effect. There are only 2 major fluids in the human body blood and lymph and the blood feeds the cells and the lymphatic system cleans the cells and when you feed the cells with alkaline raw living foods like fruits, berries and melons then the cells get fed and the cells can get clean and inflammation will come out and the body can repair and rebuild itself.
