Fruit the gentlest food for colon health

Fruit the gentlest food for colon health

The fibers of the fruit are gentle in nature even though the pulling power of fruit when it comes to moving the lymph system is strong fruit fibers are gentle on the colon and when you have colon issues it would only make sense to eat the foods you’re designed to eat and the foods that are the gentlest on the colon are going to be the food you’re designed to eat. The human body is designed for liquid and just enough fiber to keep the bowels clean.

Fruit is full of water and easy to digest fibers and it’s the roughage and proteins and dead animals tissue that break down the bowels and create degeneration.

Fruit digest the best and there is no strain or struggle when the bowels empty the remains. Humans are frugivorous by nature anyway so doesn’t it make sense to eat the foods that are the easiest on the colon? I guess you would have to find out for yourself. Adopt a 100% raw food diet for 10 days and then just eat fruit for a day and you tell me how your digestion is and how your bowels feel vs the roughage of the veggies and nuts and seeds.

This is how we learn we experiment for ourselves. You may not have a pleasant experience or understand what I’m talking about if you fail to transition and you come off a diet of highly processed foods and cooked foods but once the bowels empty the excess trash build up and you experiment from there you will know what I mean when it comes a day on fruit vs a day on anything else how your gut feels and how the bowels feel.

Focus on the sub/acid fruits and tropical being even better and when you eat fresh ripe fruit you will learn what real digestion is like and how you don’t feel weighed down or feel like you got an acid brick in your gut. The gas and bloat are almost none existent after weeks on just eating mono fruit meals and by adding other raw foods or cooked you will soon experience the gas, bloat and digestive disturbance come right back.

I think I have some say on this matter regarding what mono fruit-eating is all about and especially being a long term mono fruit eater and spending over half a year eating just mangoes what digestion feels like on just fruit vs fruit mixed meals, fruits and salad and fruit and cooked foods to tell you that real digestion is experienced on a fruit diet and the best foods for the colon are fruits. High fruit is not going to teach you this. You will have to adopt an all-fruit diet to understand colon health and if you have bowel issues and colitis of any kind the best food for colon health would be ripe fresh sub/acid fruit and of the bowel is very inflamed than going on juice for a season may be the best option and to do your best to work the acids out and to rest the damaged bowel by removing any form of fiber that may cause irritation.

All fruit is good but sub/acid I recommend only because if you don’t get the fruit of the tree or vine ripe and it’s an acid fruit variety this fruit may be hard on the teeth and might be over acid. Fresh ripe sub/acid fruit may be easier to get buying fruit outside the tropics and even the sub/acid fruits are picked unripe but the acid fruit just maybe too acidic if not picked properly. The sweet fruits don’t move lymph that well on detox and some of the sweet fruits are lower in water which doesn’t hydrate as affectively and the water-rich fruits whether that’s a sweet fruit, or sub/acid fruit are going to be best for hydration and digestion. The lower the water content the harder the fruit will digest but all fruits will digest better than veggie or any dead animal product, or grain, bean, nut, or seed.

The more we keep the colon clean and healthy the more we will avoid toxemia or acidosis backing up in other places of the body.

When it comes to eating keep it simple just like all the animals do in nature and that’s eat when your hunger and stop when your satisfied and if you want to adopt an all fruit diet I would suggest moving to a climate that produces fresh, ripe fruit in an abundance so you can enjoy the fruit as a lifestyle but in healing you can’t be to picky so do your best and you will only know with time that when it comes to diet that an all fruit diet is best on the colon and raw living foods like veggies, leaves, sprouts, nuts and seeds etc in smaller amounts is the best outside of a strict all fruit diet for healing, and maintaining optimal health and focus on the fresh organic ripe fruit and the evidence is in the experience and for some of you regeneration can take several years but it’s worth it because nothing outside of fruit is going to be the easier on the colon and encourage the colon to heal because the body heals on the most natural foods designed for humans and how you eliminate the sewage caused from eating all the foods that are not naturally designed for us.

The End

Get back to nature my friends, get back to a diet that your biological design to eat, tap into your intuitive Consciousness, let your instincts guide you, live in the present moment, and I promise you my friends you will thrive!
